• LEBORGNE (8/5): Vue exceptionnelle à proximité des cascades - La vue est exceptionnelle, le personnel est top, la chambre est propre. Le restaurant est très bon, et la vue est vraiment exceptionnelle. Nous ne savions pas qu’il y avait une « boîte de nuit » au dessus du restaurant, et donc nous avons été réveillé pendant la nuit…

• Chris (6/5): Für eine Nacht ohne Ansprüche ausreichend - Das Personal war gewillt, wenn man es angesprochen hat. Das Frühstück war ausreichend Im Gesamten ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkte nicht mehr ansprechend. Wir sind an einem Freitag angekommen, da war der Pool noch schmutzig und der Boden glitschig. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls schmutzig. Schwarze Haare im Waschbecken, altes Klopapier vom Gast vorher??? Am Toilettenrand und Wasser auf dem Boden vom tropfenden WC Anschluss.

The place has such an authentic kasbah atmosphere, full of charm and character, and it makes you feel like you’re somewhere really special. The hospitality was exceptional — everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. On top of that, the food was absolutely amazing, fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy the real Moroccan feeling. Highly recommended.

Le petit-déjeuner est de très bonne qualité. Le gérant se distingue par son professionnalisme et sa grande gentillesse, tout comme l’ensemble du personnel, attentif et accueillant. Très bon emplacement, à seulement 5 minutes en voiture des cascades. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

• Lee (3/5): - The potential to be amazing. Beautiful setting and buildings. We booked a suite but were shown to a basic room. It took half an hour to sort, during which time we were left in the heat with no communication or offer of water. I also pointed out at this point that we had been charged twice. This has since been resolved. When we eventually got to our room we discovered a filthy toilet and no towels (the reason given was because we had bathrobes instead !?). There were exposed live electrics next to the bed. The pool was really dirty. We went to dinner at 7.50 (I had been told restaurant was open till 10.30). No staff were there and the restaurant was in darkness. By 8.10 we found a member of staff and ordered simple pasta. By 9pm we still hadn't been served our food, no staff present to order a drink. We had a small can of sprite an hour before! By 9.10 we told the member of staff we eventually found that we were going to bed. 20 minutes later there was a knock on the door and our pasta had arrived. We declined. We were happy that we were only staying one night. As we were taking our luggage to the car the next morning we were chased by the receptionist, demanding we paid for the two cans of sprite from the evening before. We had every intention of paying. We hadn't checked out and found the attitude very unprofessional. In fairness, the owner apologised as we were checking out and waived the cost of the sprite!

Je conseille à tte les personnes allant à Ouzoud de séjourner dans ce magnifique palais et qui mérite bien le nom.

• Michela (1/5): Avis extrêmement négatif - Avis extrêmement négatif Mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été absolument désastreuse. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé la chambre sans serviettes, sans papier toilette et infestée de cafards. L’hygiène est inexistante et inacceptable. L’établissement est très isolé, loin de tout service essentiel. Aucun transport proposé, aucun soutien pour nous aider à rejoindre la ville ou à obtenir ce dont nous avions besoin. Après avoir mangé une pizza servie sur place, nous avons été gravement malades. Malgré cela, aucune aide, aucun geste, aucun médicament ne nous a été fourni… jusqu’au moment où nous avons envoyé un e-mail ferme et formel rédigé par notre avocat, réclamant un remboursement et les avertissant que nous poursuivrions nos démarches. Ce n’est qu’après avoir reçu ce courrier qu’ils ont réagi : ils ont fait venir un médecin, qui a effectué une visite expédiée de 5 minutes, nous a donné un médicament puis est reparti. Ce même médecin a “vérifié” le traitement que nous prenions déjà, mais n’a même pas remarqué que le médicament qu’il nous a prescrit était incompatible avec un autre que nous avait donné un pharmacien auparavant. Cela démontre un manque de professionnalisme alarmant, non seulement de l’hôtel mais aussi du médecin qu’ils ont mandaté. En résumé : service inexistant, hygiène déplorable, personnel indifférent. Cet hôtel est à éviter absolument.

Au niveau de la pension complète la cuisine n'était au top niveau rapport qualité prix. La cuisine est en cours de travaux donc certains plats n'étaient plus disponibles. Quel dommage. C'est le seul souci que nous avons rencontré. Elle sera prête normalement cmfin juillet. Le gérant nous a fait un petit geste sur quelques boissons en plus.
