• francisco (8/5): Está bien el sitio pero.. - Está muy céntrico y esta limpio. La cama es cómoda. La ducha y la zona del aseo está mezclada, es algo común en Albania ya que muchos hoteles lo tienen así, pero cada ducha es igual a mojar todo el aseo.no hay separación entre la ducha y el resto que impida mojarlo todo.

Muy atento. El baño, muy básico y se inunda, fuera de la habitación y la ducha no está terminada, se sale todo el agua. No hay ascensor y hay q subir 5 plantas con el equipaje.

• Sereen (7/5): Cozy - Location is absolutely perfect. Cafes all around, Center is a 2 min walk, grocery store is a 1 min walk. Bed was comfortable. Nothing however, there are pigeons that may bother you if youre sensitive to noise, i was fine with it but others might not be.

The host has only got back to me two hours after I tried to contact him and he only asked for the money cash that obviously we did not leave. Terrible experience, never had something like this happened, not recommended at all.

• Alice (7/5): A great place to stay in the heart of Tirana. - The location of the guesthouse was amazing! Everything was in walking distance. Alban the host was great and met us downstairs at check in. He carried our bags up to the room which was a huge help as it was a lot of stairs! Alban also messaged lots of good recommendations for the area! You get what you pay for. It’s a cheap accomodation and it looks and feels like it. But you have everything you can possibly need so we didn’t have anything to complain about. There is also a lot of stairs! Beware!

• Marta (7/5): A good stay! - The staff is really nice and kind, they are really helpfull and available. Also the location is in the center of the city, so it’s really convenient. The shower doesn’t work properly and also the AC works but only as a ventilator, so the room was a little bit hot, also due to the fact that is under the roof.

Además las facilidades para late check-in y check-out son un plus. El anfitrión majísimo y nos ayudó mogollón Por ponerle una pega, es un quinto sin ascensor.

• Alba (10/5): Correcte - La persona que ho gestionava va ser encantadora, super atent i ens va ajudar en tot. Les escales i que el wc estava a fora de l’habitació i havies de creuar una part comuna tot i que era privat.

No centro da cidade a 3 minutos da estação de bus para o aeroporto e toda a Albânia. O proprietário Alban muito simpático e muito prestável. Vou voltar.

• Vendela (8/5): Overall It was good and didn’t needed anymore for that night - I was only here for a night an I appreciate the fast and smooth check in I could do. The location was good for me, had what I needed nearby. The staff was nice and easy to communicate with through whatsapp, answered quickly. A minus was that it was not so cleaned in the bathroom. On the floor it was some gravel or something. And I hung up my towel in the evening and the morning after it was gravel on that too. So it must have been falling from the roof I guess

Vaisselle et frigo à disposition. Attention appartement au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Cheveux dans la douche à notre arrivée. Et nous avons eu un problème d'eau chaude et de pression dans la douche à 21h.
• Louis (8/5): No frills stay in prime Tirana location - This perfectly located guesthouse does not have all the frills you would expect from a regular hotel. What you can expect here is the easiest access to the main square, efficient air conditionning, clean bathrooms and basic comfort. What else do you need? It need certain upgrades, especially regarding AC drippings leaving stains on the walls and trimmings and plumbing, but overall it was everything we needed. We got to stay there a total of 6 nights out of 24 on our family trip. Alban was always available to answer our questions promptly and accomodate us with early checkin, etc. even though we never got to meet him. Like I said, some rooms need fresh painting and it looks the entire building is in desperate need of better plumbing, but it's really nothing major. Also not exactly a complaint, but get ready for the stairs, there are many.

Sistema di autocheck-in ottimo, supportati comunque dal titolare via telefono, molto gentile a spiegarci il tutto. Terrazza carina per rilassarsi con gli altri. Aria condizionata ben funzionante. A primo impatto l'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano di un edificio un pò trascurato, per cui potrebbe sorgere della preoccupazione salendo fino al piano. Non c'è ascensore. I bagni e le docce sono da aggiustare, qualcosa era mal funzionante.

• Blanco (9/5): Tirana Central Guesthouse - La ubicación es muy buena, esta cerca de todo lo que se puede ver en el centro. Las camas eran cómodas y había aire acondicionado. También está cerca de varios pubs y discotecas. Por la noche la zona creo que es no es de las mejores, al menos para mujeres solas.

• Michel (10/5): - Pour notre deuxième séjour au Central, nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre plus spacieuse. Sinon, l'emplacement est parfait, les hôtes très sympas et efficaces. La pâtisserie face à l'appartement est exceptionnelle.
• Carlotta (8/5): Tutto sommato però ci siamo trovate benissimo e il fatto di avere un host così disponile ci ha permesso di avere un punt - La posizione centralissima, con tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno (ATM, bar, ristoranti, supermercato, etc..) e host cordialissimo e super disponibile La doccia che non ha la struttura e che risulta un po’ problematico lavarsi senza allagare il bagno.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione centrale! Abbiamo sentito un pò di rumori di notte, ma d'altronde eravamo nel centro di una capitale!

Dal momento in cui ho confermato la prenotazione si è dato un grande da fare per qualsiasi tipo di consiglio. • Federica (6/5): Ottima posizione - Alban, il gestore è stato davvero gentilissimo e ha risolto i piccoli problemi appena possibile. La posizione è ottima. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono. Va benissimo per giovani, coppie, e famiglie abituate a viaggiare. Non avevo capito che il bagno privato fosse esterno alla stanza, e con una bambina è stato un po' complicato. Tendeva poi ad allagarsi a terra e a fare cattivo odore, perchè rimaneva sempre umido. Alcune cose nella stanza vanno risistemate... ma niente di insormontabile!

El anfitrión muy simpático, te manda antes las instrucciones de cómo entrar y muy amable en todo momento preguntando qué tal la estancia. El baño incluía un bote de gel No tenía persiana y entraba toda la luz al amanecer. Hay que subir muchos pisos andando para llegar a la habitación

Mi ha mandato dei video su come raggiungere la struttura e anche dei suggerimenti per il soggiorno. L’unico problema per me era raggiungere il 4 piano per problemi al mio ginocchio. A pochi minuti dalla piazza centrale, supermercato e caffetteria con tavola calda (consigliatissimo) dall’altra parte della strada.
• Catalina (7/5): Muy práctico - La ubicación de los apartamentos es ideal. A 1 minuto andando de la plaza Skenderbeg. El propietario muy simpático y dispuesto a ayudar y recomendar. Cubren las necesidades básicas, no son espacios de lujo, pero está todo limpio y equipado. Toallas, mantas, edredones. Si eres muy friolero con el aire acondicionado (calor/frío) pones fácil solución. La verdad es que la calle y los primeros pisos del edificio dan impresión de poco cuidado y hasta de zona peligrosa. No lo recomendaría a gente que pase miedo en "callejones oscuros" pero no nos sentimos en peligro en ningún momento. Están subiendo 4-5 plantas, así que se necesitan pulmones, poco equipaje (aunque el dueño se ofrece a cargarlo) y ganas.
