- Andrey (6/5): Для ночевки! - Отель подходит исключительно для остановки на ночь. Бесплатного трансфера из Домодедово, как было заявлено при подтверждении бронирования, в отеле нет!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Для непродолжительного проживания - Останавливались на несколько часов, чтобы отдохнуть между перелётами. На более длительное время не остановилась бы в этом отеле. Проезд к отелю практически по бездорожью, таксисты едут неохотно. В отеле всё средне-чистое и средне-аккуратное. Днём был жуткий запах еды. Однако работники очень приятные, отзывчивые.

- Melanie (8/5): Recepção aconchegante - Escolhemos esse hotel por ser próximo ao aeroporto, pois tínhamos um voo no dia seguinte bem cedo. Foram muito gentis, nos deram um apartamento amplo e com várias comodidades. Agradeço muito à senhora do restaurante, que nos serviu uma refeição quentinha antes de dormir (chegamos muito tarde) e nos preparou um café da manhã bem cedinho com muito carinho e atenção.

- Sergei (6/5): Плюсы и минусы - У этого отеля есть несомненные плюсы и есть ещё над чем стоит поработать. Из явных плюсов: расположен близко к аэропорту, бесплатный трансфер, wi-fi, в номерах чисто, бельё и полотенца белоснежные, персонал внимательный, возможность отменить бронирование вплоть до дня заезда. К минусам я бы отнёс: заказывали номер с индивидуальной ванной комнатой, получили с 1-й ванной на 2 номера. Для нас это проблемой не стало, т.к. бронировали 2 номера. Мебель в номере была частично сломана (пуфики). Простыня на 1-й кровати была странной квадратной формы и не закрывала кровать (мелочи!). Замок в комнате работал с заеданием. Из туалетных принадлежностей был только гель для душа. Тапочек было 3 пары на 4 человека. Трансфер из аэропорта пришлось ждать полчаса. Трансфер в аэропорт почему-то только на фиксированное время, кратное получасу. Может всё это действительно мелочи, но предложений сейчас много, а путешествую часто. Хотелось бы получать больше комфорта.
- Jerome (2/5): une honte - arrivé à 1h du matin, l'accueil est envahi par les supporter de tous les pays. 30min en moyen par réservation. A mon tour, l’hôtel ne prend pas la CB et il n'y a plus de chambres disponibles malgré la réservation. On m’emmène après au moins 1h d'attente dans un autre hotel partenaire situé à 10min. Là, l’accueil est aussi long alors qu'il n'y a personne, logique à presque 3h du matin... seul point positif, la navette gratuite pour aller à l'aéroport... bref, nul, à éviter
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Expedia does not have a clear information about payment process for Hotel Jet. It uppers that my mom had to pay at the hotel even though Expedia showed booking in dollars, and all info of my CC was collected like If I fully made a payment. So confusing, all it was just to book the room and after all steps and booking confirmation you’ll see at the very bottom a small txt that you have to pay at the hotel in the original currency:( never had this with Expedia booking before
- Maria (2/5): NO PRIVATE BATH - The hotel is ok but the room has NO private bath as advertised in the Expedia website. Too expensive for what it is. Would not stay here again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The hotel is in the middle of nowhere (the location they say is not true) , when we arrived there’s no available rooms at 2am. The worst experiencia ever. We stayed in other hotel in front of the airport.
