- Prasert (10/5): A lovely paradise escape with a lush green lawn for the happiest dog 🐶💚✨ - The Onsen unit is very well maintained and fully secured with its own private gate and fence, so my dog can wander around safely and freely — a lovely bonus 🐶✨ While comfortable overall, the design could be more chic and thoughtfully styled, and the parking area would feel nicer if kept tidier, as there were quite a few leaves 🍃✨

The location is stunning and incredibly peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The team is fantastic – they take care of everything for you with a warm and welcoming attitude. The food is excellent, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy, including fun options for children. One highlight was a treasure hunt organized for the kids right at the accommodation – full of exciting clues and puzzles that were both entertaining and a bit challenging at times. This is truly a unique and beautiful place, and we would definitely recommend visiting. An unforgettable experience for the whole family. The showers could have a bit more power, but that’s all.

Our butler Ploy and the team were lovely and extremely responsive. Breakfast on our balcony was tasty and a good size. Location was great. Loved this place and would definitely come back! The only disappointment was that the swimming pool that was advertised was in fact a private pool only available to some residences as I understand. This was not communicated to us and the advertising was misleading, which led to our kids (and us!) being very disappointed when there was no pool for them to swim in. We did raise this with the wonderful staff who allowed us to swim in one of the pools that was available that afternoon which was nice, but we were disappointed about the misleading advertisement.

- Liu (7/5): The room and staff 100%, breakfast 30%. If have second chance won’t choose to stay in. - Every corner are clean in the room. The room and bathroom have no unpleasant odors. The staff is very friendly. I was dissatisfied with the breakfast. There were only three set menus to choose from, which is very disappointing for a five-star hotel that should offer a more diverse breakfast selection. My whole family was disappointed. If we stayed for more days, this breakfast would make me sick. By the third morning, I had already started eating instant noodles. Moreover, the taste of the three available options was also far from satisfactory. the road outside the villa is in poor condition, and there is no space for guests to take a walk after dinner. The only option is to drive elsewhere.

The Residence was 3 stories with a rooftop jacuzzi and lounge area. Super large rooms, plenty of space, very comfy bed. The bathroom was spectacular and probably the best/largest/nicest we've experienced. Endless bottled water was supplied and the concierge was on call (and Line app) for whatever we needed. First night a wasp appeared in the lounge (not surprising as it's in a nature area!), but the staff came to our rescue with non-poisonous sedation insect spray, captured the wasp carefully and released it back outside to nature! The breakfasts were ok considering the remoteness of preparation and delivery to our Residence. But the coffee was very bad (fyi however we are coffee snobs though!).

The tent-space is quite big for whole family (6-7 persons). Good activities such as grill mashmello, atv, pool, and large garden field. There is also private assistants on your stay; so helpful. : ) They might some noises around the tent during the night time but the room provide you with earplugs and eye patch.
- Igor (10/5): The best place I've ever been - Probably the best place to stay in the area. The view is fantastic, and the staff is ready to assist with any requests 24/7. The kitchen deserves special mention – the breakfasts are delicious and hearty. There’s also a wonderful option for a romantic dinner. If needed, you can order from the menu (with very reasonable prices). Everything is super tasty and comes in generous portions. You could easily stay in the house for days, enjoying the view from the second-floor bathtub and the third-floor jacuzzi. There’s a free minibar, coffee, tea, and water. The house itself is very spacious, with two large TVs to choose from. The only place you might see neighbors is on the first-floor balcony, but otherwise, total privacy is guaranteed. The only thing that slightly distracts from a perfect getaway is the sound. If your windows are open, you’ll clearly hear (but not see) the people from the nearby villa when they’re dancing, cooking, or swimming in the pool. With the windows closed, though, it’s completely quiet.

For dinner we opted to dine it and ordered the Moo-ka-ta set. Was extremely impressed with the set up and the experience to dine in the woods. The whole package is equivalent to a presidential suite of a 5 stars hotel. With 7 persons, the site felt very spacious. Private butler. Private pond with standup board, kayak, and paddle boat. We also booked ATV’s. Conveniently located near major food joints eg Midwinter. Not sound proof between tents.

They were accommodating to our requests and replied our messages promptly. They were very generous in giving additional snacks for our kids. They were truly a pleasure to work with. Our room was extremely comfortable, very spacious and peaceful. It came complete with a campfire site where we could toast marshmallows, preferrably at night and they were provided free of charge by the hotel. Great selection of choices for room service and breakfast. Many activities for the kids, and they were reasonably priced - such as baking cookies and clay painting which were done in your unit. They also provide ATV rides which were near the glampsite. There was adequate privacy. Views here were spectacular. We have recommended this place to many friends and family already and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will return to this place. There is nothing that we didnt like about this place.

- Grant (10/5): Perfect stay with our dog - we would have stayed another night if it hadn’t have been fully booked. - Very comfortable and quite enormous for two people and a dog. Staff were absolutely fantastic - quite rare to find this level in Thailand. We didn’t leave the accommodation because everything was so good! We had superb food, massage and fireside marshmallow toasting all in our villa. In the morning our dog went for a grooming which was very skilled and we enjoyed a super breakfast (they even found us some oat milk). Highly recommended. Really nothing - it’s quite wonderful and so great that we could bring our dog.

- Kankanid (10/5): - Beautiful luxury tent I've ever been in Thailand. So much joy and chill staying in the villa. Butler is so helpful and have a great service mind. Food is good especially Somtum. Breakfast was served right to my bedroom which I like most. High privacy. Recommended!

- Gustav (10/5): an amazing stay with great food, exceptional service and a stunning property - the property is beautifully secluded and private with stunning views of the surrounding area the newly built condos (not related to the hotel) does sour the views a bit. they shouldn’t have been allowed to build that high.
