- Michael (6/5): Cheapest Place in Makati - Location is adjacent to the Makati nightlife. Plenty to and fro in the corridors, can be noisy. Very basic accommodation, needs refurbishing.
- Ernst (2/5): Spart from the lication it's not a good stay - The check-in was ok, although the 1st room was filthy and the changed the room. Although there it was a room with breakfast included, they never served breakfast as there was no personel either.
