• christine (6/5): This accommodation could be great. - The location is perfect. The apartment was in need of a deep clean. The windows were very dirty and I cleaned them on arrival while my husband brushed cobwebs from around the door and garden furniture. There were droppings which turned out to be a mouse which should perhaps have been picked up on if the cleaning team were allocated more time to ensure the apartment was suitable for habitation. The kettle didn't work. The couch smelled of dog. The cottage is animal friendly but I would think removable covers for soft furnishings should then be compulsory to ensure it is also people friendly. We stopped sitting on it so it wasn't the most pleasant of stays. I informed the letting company of these concerns so hopefully they would be rectified for future guests.

• Ralph YG (6/5): Lovely weekend in Sorrento, apart from the accommodation - Location Endless stream of emails and text messages before arrival and departure No smart TV, no Netflix, Stan, Foxtel Noisy, annoying dripping tap International Roast instant coffee- do they still make this stuff? A list as long as your arm of what you can and cant do. Being expected to put the bins out on the street

• Katharine (8/5): Perfect set up and location for our group. Although, expected better quality for the price. - Location great. Cute house. Sunny deck with big table - ideal for breakfast. Nice secure garden area for the dog. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Was a bit weary - needed some TLC to set it apart from other properties.

• Laura (8/5): The cottage was clean and well appointed, and in a fantastic location. - The location was fantastic, just around the corner from the shops and restaurants. Single bed mattress were quite firm, a mattress topper would fix that.
• Dorothy (7/5): Enjoyable stay. Great weather in a great spot. - Great location. Walk to shops and beach. Very private. Comfy beds. Big outdoor space. The sofa was a bit low and needs firmer support for seniors.
• Matthew (10/5): We had a fabulous time, was a great place to stay and be able to easily enjoy the area from! - The location was amazing, so close to the Main Street I barely moved my car. The rooms were light and airy, comfortable amenity’s. The properly was easy to locate and get to and from. Getting into the property was nice and easy too! The only issue we did have was the parking situation, we weren’t sure entirely if we should park parallel to the fence or 90° but we figured it out. Did eventually see the info in the folder a day or two later.
