- Marian (7/5): From the photos we were under the impression that the balcony faced out towards the beach. The agent was easy to get in - The location was perfect and it was exceptionally clean and contemporary. The balcony faced out onto the back laneway with noise/smell from delivery vans and rubbish trucks. The A/C was not working properly. As it was hot during our stay, this made it very uncomfortable at night
