• William (9/5): Excellent location, staff and facilities. Very good value for money just for convenience. - Excellent location. The ADO bus terminal is right across the street (though you have to walk around to access the terminal). Laundry, water refilling, food and fresh fruit available closeby. Friendly staff, free water refills and tea/coffee. No electrical point near to bed stand (it's behind the chest of drawers) and the light switch to the room is located across from the door so be careful if you come in when it's dark.

• Katja (9/5): - Die Wohnung war einfach aber sauber. Es wurde sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Das Personal war freundlich. Wir haben die Unterkunft vor allem wegen der Nähe zum Ado Bus gebucht. Es gibt viele Cafes/Restaurants in der Nähe. Preis-Leistung hat hier wirklich gepasst.

The shower, which was spotlessly clean and lovely could have had slightly more pressure. That said, my teenage boys thought it was fine.

• monique (9/5): Aanrader pal achter de hoofdstraat en achter ado busstation - The location is excellent. The service is great. The airco is working well. The pool is nice especially in the night with the lights. You get a towel for the pool. There is a sharing kitchen with refrigerator, very handy. I did not know I booked a room without a window for this price. There are 2 little Windows in the door and in the bathroom of course. I saw other rooms with window for another price.
• Carrillo (10/5): Bello y cercano al centro. Lo recomiendo - La ubicación el buen descanso, la limpieza. Agua disponible todo el tiempo, un refrigerador comunitario. Alberca. Una linda terraza No hay un ventilador en el techo por lo cual debemos prender el AC para enfriar el cuarto sin embargo enfría mucho. Creo que un ventilador les ayudaría a economizar en energía y mantener un comfort térmico
• Carrillo (9/5): Bonito y adecuado - La alberca. La ubicación, la decoración. Un ventilador de techo ya que el Aire enfría demasiado y no se regula la temperatura. O el cuarto bse calienta demasiado. Con un ventilador quizá podrían evitar eso e incluso evitar el encendido del aire.

Pool was nice to cool down in. The rooms had everything that we needed and if the there were any issues with the hot water, the staff attended to it promptly. Would stay there again Sometimes the hot water ceased.

• Anna (8/5): Very good - The staff was very friendly. The location looks good - five minutes to the ADO station. The kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately there was no window in the room. But that you should be outside in Tulum anyway, which is quite easy to bear.
• Dorothea (4/5): Disappointing - Close to bus station One night I arrived back after the main doors were locked, and there was no one to let me in even though there was supposed to be. Luckily I had a friend also staying there who I could call to let me in, I don’t know what I would’ve done otherwise. Turned out the person manning the front desk had gone to sleep.

• Alexandra (10/5): A perfect spot for the budget minded with comfort. - This hotel is in a superb location. A few min walk from Ado Bus station and one street away from all the action and convienence of Abe Tulum. The beach is a lovely 30 min bike ride away on a lighted and safe bike path. The hotel serves a lovely breakfast of coffee toast yoghurt fruit and chees. All included. There is 24 hr front desk. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room has a little kitchen that allows you to entertain and cook if you wish. Very safe. Lots of little fruit markets close by.
