• Jeffrey (8/5): - Amazing value For the price i paid because of the location. Its close to the beach, close to a runway street food night market, close to the malls Terminal 21 and the Nike & Adidas outlet. All in just minutes walking distance. Shower Water is Hot, Air conditioning is cold. I think the only thing it could improve is The wifi isn’t too fast. But i enjoyed my stay and if available would stay here again.

• G2Kpauly (8/5): Not perfect - This room is pretty good but the only thing was the hard old mattress I didn't like. The location is great near the beach and action. The room was clean enough with a nice balcony, hot shower and good wifi. Also no cleaning was done in 5 days and Aircon was quite loud.

• Henry (8/5): - About the best you can hope for from a cheap condo in Pattaya. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic. You get air conditioning AND a fridge, and there's hot(ish) water in the shower. Really, you're spoiled. For furnishings, you get a bed, vanity table, chair and wardrobe. It's all pretty old but it's clean enough. There's a balcony for drying your swimming stuff. The location is great, short walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Just don't expect that much. The mattress is hard and stained, the air conditioning and fridge are old and together sound like a goods train. It can be pretty noisy at night, with other people moving up and down and coming home drunk. The walls are thick enough that you don't get noise from the neighbors, though. That's a plus. Overall, if you're on a budget or don't mind being a bit of a Spartan, this is a great choice. If you're looking for luxury, maybe look somewhere else.

The mánager Nida was very friendly and good hostess. I think upgrades are needed in the rooms and more focus con cleaning. Location was quiet at night and no joiner fee.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Quiet hotel near Soi 6 - I have no complaints here. This hotels is located on Soi 5 which is walking distance to the Soi 6 nightlife and the restaurants along beach road. The hotel lobby closes at night and you use your key card to enter through the gate, so no problems bringing back a guest or two. The room is clean with a nice balcony and comfortable bed. The staff are very helpful with anything you need. I would stay here again.
• MikeG (4/5): - Just a dreadful experience. To list what was good won't take long ..... The AirCon worked well, and cleanliness was excellent for a very old property. Everything else terrible, aged, and badly presented. The bed had No linen, other than a nylon sheet over a plastic-covered mattress, and a rough wiolen blanket, not big enough to tuck in. No over-sheet, no quilt. Shower had no hot water. No two pieces of furniture matched. No bedside tables or lamps. Lit only by fluorescent strip lights.

• teoku (2/5): Absolutely Rude and Obnoxious Staff - We had to spend a night in Pattaya before heading back home. This area seemed to be the only one that was centric and relatively away from the brothels. We were about too book on the internet but due to short time and poor internet we finally didnt and decided to pop directly there. As we arrived, we asked for the price of a room and the man at the entrance told us a price that was 500B more than the price we've seen. When we told him we came because of the internet price he started behaving in very bad manners and told us to go and book it if we wanted it at that price. We had a drink somewhere else and after seeing that anything in the area was out of our budget we decided to swallow our pride and book here anyways. When we came back with the booking he started huffing and puffing and trying to ignore us. Finally he gave the keys to another woman without even looking at our face and we finally went to the room. The room was fine, overpriced for Thailand but cheapest for that area in Pattaya.
• JAIDEEP_BANERJEE (8/5): Clean Spacious Room with balcony in a Service apartment - I stayed here for 12 days and liked the place.. Pros : A) Spacious Room, good AC , fridge, comfortable big size bed..suits both solo traveler and family.. B) Proximity with beach.. Pattaya Beach Road and the Beach is only 3 minutes walk C) You get free Wifi, but only in the lobby, not in the rooms...at least I didn't get Cons: A) A little far from the action..If you would like to be in the midst of night life and action at the same price, I would rather prefer to stay in Soi 7 , 8 or 13/4.. However, you can always reach walking street from this place by tuktuk, costing 10THB
• 306kellyt (8/5): Great management! Came for a month and have been here for 10 months so far. - Either Peta or his wife are always available to care of any needs. Very friendly and good with cleanliness and upkeep. Studio rooms work good for one or two people. Small balcony. On-suite bathroom. Fridge. Air conditioning. Cable. No extra fees for bringing guests in. New addition: Small beer bar on the premises. Draft beer available. Wonderful for accessing the main areas of Pattaya. 1/2 block to a 10 Baht tuk tuk > walk east to 2nd road if travelling North. Walk west to the Beach road if going South. You can travel to and back from anywhere in the main area for a total of 20 Baht (about $0.75 cents Canadian at present exchange rates.) Pricing is very reasonable for the location. You can find cheaper places to stay in Pattaya but not many that are in this good of condition, are quiet and that are a 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Big C mall and market / Alkazar (sp) and Tiffany's ladyboy shows nearby / Art In Paradise nearby Wanida’s >78/14 Moo 9 Pattaya 2 Road Pattaya, Thailand 20260 (North side of Alkazar (sp) parking lot / phone 081-3406312 > delicious Thai food at good prices > Veggie menu and regular menu > 6:30pm to 3:30am Kiss / Dolphin fountain traffic circle (2nd road & North Pattaya Rd) / very reasonable pricing / fresh Thai food / open 24 hrs Drawback: Internet only downstairs in public areas > no privacy. But they wired internet into my room for a fee. Drawback: If a light sleeper, stay away from the south east corner of the building as there is a bar across the back alley playing loud music until the wee hours. Other than that it is a hard to find, very quite area for a place that is 1/2 block from the main Pattaya beach!!
• dharshan0001 (8/5): Excellent value for money - Positives - Near enough to beach road (5 minutes walk), very clean and reasonable size rooms and toilets, good support from caretaker, in house laundry service, can walk to big c in 15 mts Negatives - Wifi only in ground floor office, no locker in room Conclusion - considering the price, this is very good value for money and I would recommend to any budget traveller who is planning to stay more number of days

Can add padlock to door for added security when out No safe in room, only reception computer available for net access (50baht per hour) Laundry service avail, free water in room too. • seanmL5271TD (4/5): Be very careful - Friends of mine and myself booked these apartments because they were cheap and well located only 100 meters from the beach... BE VERY CAREFUL... I had a gold chain and medallion stolen here by the cleaner even though I was in the room at the time. It took just 15-20 minutes and I was vigilant as I thought it rare the cleaners insisted on cleaning a room at a certain time and didnt have time to store my valuables. I reported this matter to the owners with no result. Apart from that the rooms were very average, no sheets or proper blankets. poorly set out and set up. Much better options elsewhere.
