• JIEW FOOK (6/5): 还行 太早租酒店两间要一起也没用 最后还分两层 早家人麻烦 最后2天才换回来同层 早定房的意义都没有了 - 吃的选择还可以比较适合住2-3天 菜色就2天不一样第三天就重复了 中空冷气需要改进 热带雨林地区的人不适合冬季租这个酒店 晚上睡觉会热死 因为他们是开暖气 自己房间也不能够开冷气 晚上过了12点吧？ 走廊很阴森恐怖都没开灯全关了 能的话不要省那一点电费

• Nadia (10/5): Comoda posizione vicino alla stazione - Per noi la posizione è stata ideale, siccome ci siamo fermati solo una notte a Changsha era importante essere vicino alla stazione dei treni. Il centro è comunque anche raggiungibile velocemente. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo dell’hotel davvero buono.

Our flight was delayed to 1am and the manager Jack Ma went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay and booked a DiDi to the right entrance at the train station All perfect - will come again when in town

• Derek (10/5): Nice hotel - very friendly and helpful manager - Nice hotel. Clean - good sized room and bathroom. Quiet. Manager - Jack Ma - is very welcoming and personaly showed me the local delicacies being cooked fresh on the buffet breakfast. Every time I left the hotel someone would check to make sure I was OK and knew here I was going. They offered a map and helped point me in the direction of the metro system. They have a "foot bath" in the hotel. It would be nice, as a visitor, to have a little more information on this traditional custom in Changsha. Maybe an outline of what it involves and costs for example.

Feng was very helpful. 24 hour connivence store at the reception was quite good . free laundry and when i went o get our clothes, it had been packed and folded for me. the staff were really exceptional for service delivery nothing

Jack is excellent for having that bit extra for communicating in English and it was in touch shortly after my booking to make himself available for any questions. Restaurant is good for breakfast with a good selection of food. Room was clean and plenty of space, with bottled water and fruit each day. An enjoyable stay. Couldn't really pick fault with anything
• Wai Kean (9/5): Comfortable and restful sleep every night after a whole day of tiring sightseeing. - There's been a lot of praises heaped on Jack Ma the hotel manager and they are all justified and well deserved. Friendly and helpful. The walk to the nearest train station is a bit far for a 77 year old mother. For me, it was fine.

• Ai Nah (10/5): Good good stay - Hotel was located abt 10 mins walk from the nearest mrt YuanJialing. There was a big shopping mall close to the hotel. Hotel room is very big and clean.Staff was helpful n friendly. Especially Mr Jack Ma who goes all the way to take care of our special situation. Bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning was strong. Toilet spacious for comfortable showering. Breakfast buffet was great. Would highly recommend this hotel. Nil

• Meng Hui (9/5): Perfect location, great customer service, can check in earlier than 12noon - Great location, near YuanJiaLing Station, convenience store, on the right of the hotel, there is a restaurant selling lotus root soup which is highly recommended. Crew at hotel is great. Jack Ma gives superb customer service. Kudos!! The hotel guests at a room nearby ie 2601 smokes, though it's a non smoking floor.
• Meng Hui (9/5): Highly recommended as the hotel allows early check-in in - Breakfast with a view, great and attentive team. Service with a smile. Jack Ma made sure we are well attended to, which is good. Gives a personal touch. A few good restaurants near the hotel and within walking distance to YuanJiaLing metro. Air conditioning can be a bit colder. Other than this, we like everything.

Chambre superbe- magnifique vue imprenable sur la ville (nous étions au 21 étage)- et très confortable. Délicieux petit déjeuner, très varié et copieux. Chansang est une ville qui mérite d'être découverte, animée mais recelant de paisibles et charmants jardins. Nous avons aussi passé une journée inoubliable à Laoshan, au sein d'une foule amicale, joyeuse ou émue. Nous tenons à remercier particulièrement et chaleureusement Jack Ma, le manager de l'hôtel, qui nous accueillis et aidés avec une grande gentillesse et disponibilité. Merci encore. Rien

Вкусные и разнообразный завтрак, фрукты, выпечка, овощи. Отличный кофе. Есть большая парковка, удобный подъезд к отелю, рядом много магазинов и ресторанов. Не понравилось то, что в номерах курят и несмотря на то, что везде стоят освежители воздуха, все равно остается слабый запах сигарет. Хотелось бы, чтобы были отдельные номера для некурящих.
• June (8/5): Good food bt it will be ideal if transportation is provided - It was clean and the food is great . The location to the subway is undergoing massive construction . We were told by hotel staff that it was walkable and we can make our way there by foot when we land (that is when we are coming from another part of China). The rolling of luggages was arduous with the bumpy road. We asked the hotel for transport bt was told they don’t provide one . I wld think that this is a necessity .

• Boyka (10/5): A great place to stay in Changsha - The property was at an excellent location for exploring Changsha’s main sights and pedestrian street. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The restaurant offers a great selection for the buffet breakfast and a superb view of Changsha by day and night. We were greeted by English-speaking staff which put us at ease immediately. Jack kindly provided us with all the necessary information to make the most of our stay in Changsha. It was a half way stop on our trip around China so the laundry facilities were very much appreciated and the ease of use made it all simple. A great place to stay on your next visit to Changsha.

The location is super convenient and close to the metro line 2 that takes you to sightseeing stops like orange island, and wuyi stop for all the food! Thanks to Jack and Hu for your hospitality.
