- Hina (7/5): 気になることは多少あったが全体的に快適で良い宿泊でした。 - ホテルスタッフやレストランスタッフの対応がとても良かった。リッチモンドは朝食メニューの種類が豊富で楽しい。ご当地メニューやロイヤルホストコラボ？のパンケーキなど。館内にはロイホの冷凍食品自販機もあり。 他のホテルでもよくあることだが、レストランの食器の洗い残しは気になった。 ユニットバスのカーテンが加齢臭のような匂いがして少し不快ではあった。

- Chad (10/5): Comfy place - They had a room with a double bed and a single bed, so three of us could sleep comfortably. Room was spacious compared to others we've had in Japan. Lights on the bed stands. Umbrellas to borrow. They gave us two key cards. You can see the status of the washing machines from the screen in your room, so you don't have to go all the way down with your laundry to find out that all the machines are in use. You can even see how many minutes are left on each load! Because there are eleven floors, and there were many guests, sometimes the elevators were slow and very full.

- Yuko (10/5): リッチモンドにしてよかった！ - ウェルカムドリンクやベッド(布団、枕も)、ロケーション、チェックインとチェックアウト時間が私にはとても有り難かった。 近くの部屋に子供がいたのか、夜間にドタバタと足音が響いて何度も目が覚めたが、深夜は静まったので助かった。

- tomoko (10/5): - 朝食ビュッフェのあるカフェにいるスタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです。ご飯はどれも美味しかったのですが、スープと鰻がとても美味しかったです。 また部屋も広く、夕飯は外で済ますつもりでしたが、色々買って部屋で食べました。ゆっくりできました。 特にありませんが、強いて言えば机（とても広くてご飯食べたり呑んだり使いやすかった）にあるライトの消し方がイマイチ分からなくて付けっぱなしにしてしまったことです。節電できず、すいませんでした。
