- Miki (8/5): - 子連れ(1歳10ヶ月)家族で1泊宿泊。和室で川側でした。近くに病院があり、救急車の音が聞こえるので気になる人には不向きかも。ホテル自体が古めなので、田舎のおばあちゃん家って感じです。値段が安かったので相応かと思います。ひろめ市場やはりやま橋も徒歩圏内で立地良し。コンビニも近くて利便性良し。美味しい朝食もついてこの安さなら満足かなと思います。和室だったからか広めな部屋でした。スタッフさんは、優しくて対応もしっかりしてくれてました。宿泊する人の生活感や価値観で嫌な人もいるかもしれませんが、安さと立地、利便性をとったら総合的に良いホテルだと思います。ホテル敷地内に車を駐車できて便利でした。

- Ikuho (10/5): - 古くて味のあるホテルですが、朝食所のアットホーム感や、スタッフの接客、サービスなどとても素晴らしかったです！客室も冷蔵庫が一人暮らし用サイズで他のホテルより沢山入ります！デスク、チェアセットもあり2人でゆっくりできて、目の前は南国のような植物と川で窓も広く眺めも最高！立地も駅や高速バス乗り場からも近く、歩けば日曜市、ひろめ市場と意外と近くてご飯屋や人気の屋台餃子もあり、1日中楽しめてすぐ帰って来れるので良かったです！穴場なホテルな気がします！また利用したいです！ありがとうございました！

There was also some kind of club right outside our window that was LOUD until around 2:00 am. It was a close walk to everything we wanted to do, which was nice.

- James (6/5): - In general, this is a convenient hotel to stay for a few days in Kochi downtown; within walking distance to Kochi Castle, to Hiromi market, and Ace1 supermarket as well. Breakfast is light and good enough, and people in reception cannot speak too much English but are willing and help and communicate, I appreciate that. Meanwhile, I really think the hotel has to pay more attention in terms of cleaning. Unfortunately, I "met "cockroaches on the bed right after entering the room, and the ground carpet is not clean, not an acceptable experience at all. I did ask the receptionist to change the room for me; they were very nice and did it for me, but I do not see the implementation of the cleaning of the "new room". This is the unfortunate part of this staying experience. Maybe I should not complain as the price is low than average in this area. But I do see there's a space to improve.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Spring Solo Trip during ‘Rona - It’s an all-smoking hotel, which wasn’t mentioned at first when booking. I selected non-smoking room for the options, but at final confirmation, it always came up as smoking. So I was surprised when I got there. It took about 2-3 days for the smoke smell in my room to clear up. Overall, the place looks like it’s stuck in the 80’s. One of the cheaper places in Kochi though and very close to the station and everything.

- Dillon (8/5): - I went to stay in the area because I was supposed to meet a friend, however the plans fell through so I didn’t k ow what to do. However the surrounding area was wonderful, there was plenty to keep an American like me occupied and it was close to several convinence stores. All in all I’d say it’s worth your while to check it out if you’re in the area!
