- Svegress (7/5): Luxury but overly teched - We have stayed at Snowman 1 three times now. It has a superb location and a nice ground floor patio as well as a superbly equipped kitchen and a brilliant entertainment screen with good internet access most of the time. The allotted carpark is too narrow and difficult to negotiate. The zip boiling and chill water died on the first day and was not repaired during our stay. The lack of instructions to operate equipment was non-existent or extremely difficult to read from a web page. The dining table light was far too dim. Not that it was used but the threat of having to pay $75 to clean the BBQ was a bit steep.

Shower rose in master bedroom bathroom isn't long enough, doesn't come out from wall far enough so water stream very close to wall.
Taps on both bathroom sinks don't come out from under mirror far enough.
Front verandah not cleaned recently. Built up dirt/leaves on floor
Bbq is out in the rain.
- Matilde (9/5): Loved our stay at Snowman1 - hard to beat for a week of mountain biking and hiking! - Great, central location for our MTB trip, loved the view over the mountain.
Smart and well laid out apartment, well stocked kitchen, and dryer cupboard came in handy after a wet day. Comfy beds. Excellent base for hiking and mountain biking. Hosts were responsive and friendly when an issue arose. Secure parking with enough room for both bikes and car.
Hosts very helpful assisting with the return of some items we had accidentally left behind. Shower drain was blocked causing a big leak into the hallway. This was fixed as the earliest possible opportunity, so cannot fault the responsiveness of the hosts.
Slow internet, but I think that is a general issue in Thredbo(?)
- White (6/5): Great location, spacious and comfortable. Close to all the cafes/restaurants and facilities. - It is a great location, beds were comfortable and quite spacious. The outdoor area was lovely and sunny and a great view of the mountain. Easy communication with staff/managers. Very helpful and friendly. The hot water didn't last too long so was hard to enjoy a long shower which was dissapointing.
The carpark for snowman 1 is short and awkward. But better than no carpark. But tricky for drivers like me!
The place is ageing as is all of Thredbo so I think due some upgrades.
We couldn't get the wifi to work but in fairness I'm sure the manager/owner would have been onto it if we had asked but we were so busy with racing that we just used our hotspots. Also, there wasnt any gas for the BBQ!

The unit had all the bits and pieces necessary & Great fireplace. Careful Expedia did not price match cheaper price from the actual property managers website will never book with Expedia again.
