• Derrick (9/5): Helpful staff, clean room, excellent location, and great stay! - The staff was super helpful and great our entire stay. They were very communicative before we arrived and when we did, they even walked us through a map with everywhere to go and things to do. The room itself was very clean and a great size for 2 people. The location was excellent and within a couple minute walking distance to everything we wanted to do snd see. This place was great! The one thing we wish was different was that the shower was a little bigger. Other than that it was great.

The staff were extremely helpful, gave excellent recommendations, and even helped us navigate successfully a day trip to San Gimignano during a transportation strike. Nothing.

Das Zimmer liegt ausgerichtet an einer Nebenstraße, aber mit den üblichen Geräuschen einer Großstadt. Nichts. Lage, Ausstattung, die zentrale Lage zu den Taxiständen und ebenso die Möglichkeiten, zwischen typisch italienischem und kontinentalem Frühstück zu wählen, wsaren perfekt!

Il bagno un po' piccolo e senza un vero bidet

• NAO (10/5): 素晴らしい時間をありがとう！ - 駅からも観光スポットへもアクセスが良く、とても便利な場所でした。建物入口に階段はありますが、私達は大きなハードルとは思いませんでした。 スタッフは歓迎的で、とても親切でした。チェックイン/チェックアウトともにスムーズで、おすすめのスポットや注意した方が良いことなど丁寧に教えてくれました。 お部屋は清潔に保たれており、電源数の問題もなく、過ごしやすかったです。共有部にウォーターサーバーやコーヒーマシンがありました。 再びこのエリアに来る時は、また泊まりたいと思います。 特にないです。 日本の感覚でシャワーを浴びると、お湯切れを起こす可能性があるということだけ留意ください。

• Delia (9/5): Unglaublich tolle Preis - Leistung - Wunderschönes Zimmer an top Lage, super sauber und sehr bequemes Bett. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und erhielten viele sehr tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt, vor allem die Restaurants waren allesamt 1A. gepäck konnte ebenfalls problemlos dagelassen werden. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Einziges Minus. Ziemlich laut am Morgen, da die Strasse unter dem Zimmer um 06:00 sehr intensiv und mehrmals gereinigt wird

• Anja Beisel (10/5): Beautiful house, very friendly people, exactly as you imagine for visiting Florence. - In a beautiful house, easy to find, super central, up some marbel stairs, expect a friendly and informative welcome. There is a spacy entrance hall to the rooms with leather sofas, always stacked up bottles of drinking water and great coffee. The room was nice and big. There were twin beds as requested, but the real beauty was the bathroom, with a walk in shower, pretty tiles, a huge mirror, cuddly warm. No one pushed to leave early. Rooms were cleaned like magic. A general friendly and calm athmosphere. Next time in Florence, I will try to visit again.

Good location, staff was wonderful with helping with our bags and telling us about the city's attractions when we arrived, the luggage lockers were also a great bonus. The water cooler and coffee maker was also a big plus for us. All around i would recommend. We booked the wrong days originally and I switched it to the correct days within 24hrs of when I booked but we had to pay an extra $150 because it was stated the room we booked wasn't available but a higher end room was. When we got in the room though it didn't seem like a suite or anything fancy, just a normal room.

• Kathleen (10/5): Comfortable stay in the center! - Amazing centrally located beautiful and comfortable room! The shower was the biggest and tallest I have seen with great water pressure and temperature with large soft towels. The bed was very comfortable and there is coffee, tea and water in the room and a water dispenser in the common area. There are only about 15 steps from the street level to the elevator to the Residenza located on the 4th floor. We never had an issue with any noise or sleeping but I usually use ear plugs anyway. Franco was a wonderful host! Lots of recommendations to restaurants in the area and places to see. We loved everything and would definitely return!

La camera pulitissima, idem il bagno. Il proprietario è una persona squisita, in caso di bisogno è immediatamente reperibile e pronto a fornire ogni delucidazione necessaria. La posizione è perfetta, sotto i portici situati nei pressi di Piazza della Repubblica, nel cuore del centro storico. Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura, è un gioiellino. È stato tutto impeccabile.

• Andrea (9/5): Gerne wieder! - Super gelegen im Herzen von Florenz, sehr freundliches Personal, nette Atmosphäre, perfekte Sauberkeit. Zur „hervorragenden“ Bewertung der Ausstattung fehlte etwas mehr Stauraum, ein Tisch, an dem man auch hätte schreiben können, Haken für Jacken bzw. Mantel (im November ein echtes Manko, vor allem wenn es regnet) und ein richtiges Bidet (in Italien eigentlich Standard), stattdessen gab es ein Klo mit Wasserstrahl (naja, aber immerhin). Diese Punkte haben dem positiven Gesamteindruck jedoch kaum Abbruch getan, wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder dort buchen.

Hausschuhe und Badutensilien waren voranden. Der Empfang war sehr nett und hilfbereit. Wir bekamen alle Auskünfte, die wir brauchten. Im ansprechenden Eingangsbereich wäre es schön gewesen, wenn außer den Sesseln noch ein Tisch gewesen wäre. Falls man sich mit den Freunden, die auch im Hotel waren, abends dort noch aufhalten will

• Nobleza (10/5): - This property was located in the heart of the city of Florence. Everything from restaurants, shopping and tourist spots are within short walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. Communication is mainly done thru Whatsapp, and detailed responses are given right away. I highly recommend this property if you want to enjoy exploring the city of Florence.
