- Gary (7/5): Overall an enjoyable stay and probably would stay again - Location was in the middle of town on a busy main street.
Good for buses and transport and fairly easy to find.
Place itself was clean and quiet, no fuss getting the room and keys. Room was small, my room faced the busy main street so it was noisy, with over looking windows, the only real privacy in the room was with the curtains drawn.

- Miho (9/5): - We stayed one night there. The location was convenient for the event we attended. The room was nice and clean, the shower room and facilities were good. for the price, we are very happy about our stay. Our room was facing the busy road, so it was quite noisy during the night.
- Narvaez (8/5): - Excellent service the attention
And excellent service the cleaning
- Gina (9/5): - Everything was good Okay
- GUILLERMO (8/5): - El trato de la persona que atendía Muy chica la habitación y muy lejos del centro
- Tim (1/5): Disappointing. - Location and easy to enter The door handle was not secured properly resulting in the room door not working properly. We were basically locked inside and had it call the fire brigade to let us out at 3am in the morning. We had to leave as it was not safe.

They are very welcoming! Leftover Shower products from guests before us.
- Ilaria (10/5): Warm, Welcoming Stay with Great Location - I had a wonderful stay in this shared accommodation. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and Leo was incredibly welcoming and kind throughout my visit. The shared kitchen is well-equipped and functional, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station with excellent connections to the city center. There’s a beautiful park nearby, ideal for relaxing or taking a stroll, and all essential services, including supermarkets and shops, are within easy reach. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to stay!

- Blossom (9/5): Would stay there again good value for money and the location was perfect for me - This place was very convenient for my stay as I was attending a funeral and needed to be close to where my family lives
It was clean comfortable and had all the facilities around you at your leisure
Location was perfect and really friendly staff Invest in new carpet for stairs and bannister
- fewzia (10/5): -
- Joseph (8/5): - Free parking around and the good kitchen facilities There should be control in keeping dogs in the rooms. The bed and room is full of dog fur and can be very irritating.
- Annette (7/5): Clean but noisy - Clean and warm, easy access to car park and park for walking dog Thin walls, very noisy location
- Khan (8/5): -
- Oksana (10/5): - Convenient location, bus stops and train station are very close. And there are also many shops and restaurants nearby. The administrator is a very nice man. The room was clean and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here next time.

- Mwakalenga (7/5): Good - Easy to get to, on the main road so I needed to shut the window to sleep. Room was smaller than I expected. A couple of sockets didn't work.
- Peter (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sarah (9/5): Superb -
- Indya (5/5): Overall it was one of the cheapest places I could find in London it is a bed and a roof over your head - it was close to a Morley’s and the event we needed to get too. The shower was alright possible smell of cannabis when first entering to the room, so feel like someone was smocking in the building. Could have been useful to know the only parking they offered was a pay and display as this was not mentioned when asked about parking (we got lucky as we arrived Saturday afternoon and left Monday morning, Sunday is free). There was a lot of dust all over the side and lamp stand. We’re guessing the bed was slightly bent in the middle as both me and my partner were sliding down the side when trying to sleep so did not get a good nights sleep. The remote to the tv did not work, but not a big hassle as we luckily bought our iPad if we did want to watch anything. Of course it was very loud but that is something the property can’t do much about with being in the area, was just a noisy area. The french male staff was absolutely lovely tho on arrival, thank you
- Debbieleeds (7/5): Value for money and clean room and bathroom. - Host was on site when we arrived on the hottest day of the year. He was helpful explaining where the car park was and informed us he had put a fan in our room and kept the curtains closed.
Parking was behind the property in a payable car park, after 6pm & Sunday free of charge.
Nice park behind the property. I didn’t realise it was on such a busy road and it was noisy most of the night.

- Les (8/5): My stay. - Given it is on a busy high street I slept straight through. Loads of shops around. Room was comfortable for my needs though a tad tired and in need of an update. Apart from that, all good.
- Boateng (8/5): Very good -
- Ronaldo (8/5): Very good - Great location next to train station. The room was great, but the bedromm isn't so good. A new bed.
- Tossaporn (9/5): Superb -
- Jamie (7/5): Good -
- Kam Sing (4/5): - I only appreciated the staffs' responsiveness before I checked in and the moment when I arrived to check in. My room's window is broken. Room is dusty and dark. Two wall electrical sockets cannot be used because there are something inside the sockets holes. My room is on second floor. I needed to walk up and down on a worn-carpet staircase. In the morning, it was fine. However, the stairs environment was very dark. In a nutshell, I have no idea how this property got 7.4 rating.

Clean room.
Although we didn’t use it the kitchen looked good. Lighting on the steep stairs could be better.
- Hansi (9/5): Superb - Little small , but cozy
- Thurkgha (10/5): Exceptional - The room was absolutely lovely, and the staff made us feel so warmly welcomed! It’s such a cozy place to stay—perfect for a comfortable getaway.

- Gizel (5/5): Passable -
- Amir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emz (8/5): Very good -
- Jordi (6/5): An Okay place - The area (Norbury) was well-connected with plenty of green spaces.
Overall, the stay had its positives, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and amenities. The suite room itself felt a bit worn down. The bed’s fabric structure was severely worn-out, and while having a mini kitchen was convenient, it lacked essential items—there were only two cups and two spoons, with no glasses or plates.
The bathroom was functional, but the showerhead support on the wall was broken, so it had to be held by hand. There was no shampoo or as such. The owner was kind and helpful, but for a suite with a balcony, we expected more attention to detail. Speaking of the balcony, it was quite disappointing—there was no seating, it was covered in mould, and it lacked any kind of covering to provide shelter from the rain.
- Vikki (3/5): Poor - Great location. Parking close by. Friendly helpful host. Nice room if a bit tired looking with an odd layout with the bed in the middle of the room. Very comfortable bed and nice balcony area Provided kettle fridge and microwave but no plates or cutlery. Very noisey. Sounded like water running however still managed to sleep once it stopped
- Shaba (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Muruganantham (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carruthers (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was very great
- Klaudina* (1/5): Bad - Parking Facilities not ok, hairdriers not working, heating not working, shower cannot adjust at a decent temperature , either boiling hot or freezing cold , no tea no milk . No toiletries, I have arrived in the evening and there were no toiletries at all in the room, not even a bin bag in the bin.. I regret stayed in this place and for 50£ 60£ a night you definitely can find much more better places .
Also there was a weird person outside the building trying to disturb me and engage conversations every single time he saw me. The person in charge of the building wouldnt do anything about it. Please don't waste your hassle if you don't have a car there is not even underground over there .. don't waste your money
- Klaudina* (9/5): Superb - Everything Nothing, everything was good and met my expectations
- Klaudina* (9/5): Superb - The staff , the cleanliness of the room and the communal spaces , the room was warm enough Nothing, all good ))
- Muhammad (7/5): Good -
- Roland (9/5): Superb -
- Katerina (10/5): - I received a call to confirm the check in. It's conveniently placed on the main road, close to bus stops and shops. Off street parking available, free after 5pm. The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance.
I'd highly recommend.
- Julia (10/5): The guest house was perfect for me, I felt safe and comfortable in this lovely place. - Every time I come to London I stay at this particular guest house as it fulfilled all of my needs. It’s central to London it’s quiet, it’s cosy and warm and spacious for 2 people to sleep if need be. It’s round the corner from my family and reasonable priced with TV wi fi, own bathroom and a kettle and sink in the lovely clean bedroom. Nothing the service and facilities were excellent. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with fridge. Thank you
- Mel (4/5): Cheap rooms and OK. . . just. - room had a heater and tv. I assumeb it was a hotel but it was simply rooms above a converted shop.
But, I suppose I got what i paid for so no real complaints.
- Augustine (7/5): Good -
- Shepherd (10/5): - Excellent service
- Agata (1/5): Stay away - Bed Noise .The room supposed to be located from the garden side and we get the room from the street side, exrreamlt noise from the street and from the neighbours.Music was playing very loud by 5am so we had to leave because we couldn't sleep in that noise. We should get refund and none answer my phone call when we were trying to complain about noise.I do not recommend this place Stay away
- Jai (10/5): Exceptional -
- Phil (4/5): Disappointing, probably will not visit again! - Last time we visited, really good, but repeat experience was a disaster. The room was tiny, not enough room to unpack, too much street noise, and noisy dog in the next room???????????
- Rehan (6/5): Pleasant -
