For some reason they struggle to access the system. However, they certainly will have vacancy. However, if you want to make sure that the reservation is in there system, even if you have received a confirmation via booking.com already, call them. That will also increase the chances that your room will actually be ready when you arrive.

Il n'y a rien autour et peu de clients, ce qui est assez bizarre. Les repas au restaurant sont excellents et le buffet petit-déjeuner de très bonne qualité. Très chouette piscine, propreté irréprochable et literie confortable. Tout était très bien sauf le calme dû à l'absence de clients.

- Grzegorz (2/5): Very poor - Upon arriving at the hotel, we were not informed about the water issues. Every hour, we were told that the water would be available soon. The staff claimed that the whole town was without water. We called Booking.com and canceled our reservation. We went to the reception to inform them that we wanted to change hotels, as we couldn’t take a shower after the safari, especially since this wasn’t a cheap hotel. After telling them that we canceled the reservation through Booking.com, the hotel refunded our money and assured us that they would be happy to host us again. However, it turned out that water was available everywhere except in this hotel. We feel deceived by the staff. I hate being deceived, especially by the hotel.

I learned a lot from him, he is very knowledgeable and committed to facilitating contacts between tourists and the local people. I got to meet and talk with people in a way that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise. Food in the restaurant is good but takes a very long time to arrive

- Jill (10/5): Deep relaxation, Uber Service! - My curiosity was piqued when I read stellar reviews of EPIC Hotel and Suites on a FB Group called “Expats in Kigali”. Knowing that I was returning to Rwanda for a Rwandese wedding and would have a few additional days to head to the northeastern corner of the country, I booked a room for myself and my friend, and off we went. Much to our mutual surprise, we entered a truly delightful respite- with perhaps the best bed I have ever slept on, exceptional management (with a special shout out to Mr. Sandeep Moorjani, the Food and Beverage Manager, who was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful, attentive, friendly without being intrusive, and solicitous. All he wanted was an ultra-satisfied customer and talk about aiming to please!!! If he wasn’t trained in a Swiss hotel management school, it must have been somewhere just as outstanding.) My friend and I had spent the preceding night within Akagera National Park (no other lodging names to be specified within this review, though p.m. me if you want a FABULOUS recommendation!!) I cannot begin to describe how AMAZING it was to have a/c and unforgettable water pressure for the shower at EPIC. We felt dusty and dirty and it was super relaxing to get all cleaned up there. My room was quite spacious, and came with two bottles of complimentary water and fabulously plush cotton towels. Apparently, there was a directory with numbers to reach reception, etc., but I didn’t use it. No space left here to expand except... GO!! GO!!
