• Anna Maria (1/5): ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA - Posizione eccellente, già conoscevo la zona Sono arrivata la mattina e ho depositato i bagagli. Mi è stata consegnata la chiave della stanza n.1 che avrebbero approntato per il mio rientro verso sera. Al rientro verso le 19,30, la camera n. 1 aveva il termoconvettore a palla, letto disfatto, bagno in disordine, cestino carta e water indecenti (allego 4 foto). Il referente Francesco ha cercato di darmi altra camera la n.3 la cui chiave mi è stata consegnata da altro cliente che l' aveva rifiutata per il pessimo odore di marci, infatti ho dovuto dormire con la finestra del bagno spalancata. Anche la camera n. 3 non era integra, qualcuno si era già appoggiato al letto, spostato i cuscini e lavato le mani (allego le due foto) Me ne sarei andata se non fosse stato per l' orario e l' weekend affollato per cui non ho trovato altro e poi ero con altre persone. Il referente Francesco comunque, avvisato anche dello stato della camera n. 3 si è dimostrato menefreghista e disinteressato. Sempre il referente Francesco non ci ha dato il buono per la colazione alla pasticceria esterna, per cui anche qui ho dovuto faticare a farmi dare la colazione. Solo quando ho nominato Francesco, mi hanno capita e dato la colazione. Peccato, perchè la struttura poteva valere, ma in mano a incompetenti e menefreghisti questi sono i risultati. Esperienza terribile.

• Laura (10/5): - I highly recommend this place. It’s just a 10-minute walk from Florence’s central station and 5 minutes from the Duomo, very central to all the main tourist attractions. The room is comfortable, and so is the bathroom. There were always clean towels and everything you need in the bathroom. I really appreciated Francesco’s assistance, he paid attention to every detail to ensure a great stay. I would stay here again without hesitation.

• Joscelyn (4/5): Fantastic location but wouldn’t stay again - The location was absolutely fantastic 10/10 with a good room size and great shower (although not good for anyone over 6ft tall) The room had a very strong vinegar smell which was very unpleasant. We informed the property owner about it but unfortunately wasn’t resolved during our stay. The water system in the property was also very noisy which meant when other rooms used the bathroom it would wake you up with a loud humming noise.

Also, the accommodation host promised some help with our luggage getting down the stairs the next day however he couldn’t make it.

They also let us check in early after our flight was moved to an earlier one. Could not get the jacuzzi tub to work, water appeared to be turned off.

The staff is also super friendly, helpful, and keen to help however they can. There is a daily cleaning service available upon request. I was not aware before arrival that this hotel does not have a lobby, check-in desk, or concierge. It is more airbnb-style in that a host meets you and gives you a key to your room, but it is just one floor with a common area shared with several other guests. My bed was smaller than expected - it was "french-style", which means a large single bed, so make sure to read the booking page closely. The room in general was smaller than expected, especially given the price.

The upstairs living space and jacuzzi were a welcomed chill out space when wanting to get away from the crowd. Some small things that I believe have to change are the pillows are very thin and in the bath shower a self is needed to put the shampoos.

• ROXANA (10/5): Perfecta! - La ubicación es inmejorable, se encuentra en pleno centro de Novella, el vecindario es seguro, hermoso para salir a caminar, muy cerca de varios puntos de interés para conocer. El piso esta muy limpio, bien decorado, la habitación es pequeña pero muy cómoda y confortable. Tienen servicio de limpieza diario incluido, y te permite dejar las maletas luego del check-out sí lo requieres. El primer piso se hace por escaleras, sí bien es algo incómodo, todo eso lo describieron en la página.

The serveces for parking asked me an extra budget (over the one I set with the room stuff) treating me like a tourist to spoild money from. It was totally unpleasant and the parker smoked in my car and left it really durty. Left myself piss up about the total experience in Florence.
