• Fiona (8/5): Fantastic location disappointing quality in parts. - It is in an excellent location in the centre of the old town. It is very nicely decorated kitchen is excellent. Clear arrangements for late arrival. No shampoo in the shower and only hand soap instead of shower gel. Poorly finished in parts, sink and shower leak. Very noisy until very late from the street below not a problem for us but it might be for some people. Poor sound insulation can easily hear the conversation of neighbours in adjoining apartments. No clothes or case storage.

• Anna (10/5): A 4 Star accommodation. Nice memories - The property is very comfortable and beautiful. The 2 bathrooms are added bonus. The central location is perfect as we walked to all the attractions. They have a friendly staff on site. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our last 2 nights in Malaga We would definitely recommend it. There is a laundry facility but without instruction we didnt know how to use it. Anyway it can wait till we get hone 😛

• Jann (8/5): Would stay again!! - Great Location. Close to all major sights, harbour and beach. Lots of cafes, restaurants and museums nearby. Ease of entry, lift. Balcony, washing machine, Comfortable bed. TV wasn't a smart TV. Small lift but better than none. Quite noisy outside till early morning but we slept regardless. Washing machine is not also a tumble dryer as indicated. An info sheet would have been helpful eg the clothes rack is under the bed.

• Gabriella (7/5): Carino ma più manutenzione e pulizia - L'appartamento nel complesso carino, ben arredato, la posizione comoda (seppur rumorosa ma lo sapevamo). L'appartamento necessità di più manutenzione (la porta scorrevole del bagno si incastrata e abbiamo dovuto chiedere l'intervento dello staff) anche le finestre richiedono manutenzione. Piu attenzione nelle pulizie e fornitura (c'era solo un mezzo rotolo di carta igienica, e quando ci siamo accorte che non era fornito un secondo, era troppo tardi), c'è il caffe ma non lo zucchero, inoltre abbiamo trovato un capello sul cuscino.

• Jelena (10/5): Perfect location, walkable to everything - The apartment is located in the very heart of the Old Town, with many cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, as well as the seaside promenade. Everything can be reached on foot. From the train station that connects to the airport, it is also about a 15-minute walk to the apartment. Because of the central location, it can be noisy in the evening if you sleep in the living room, but I was prepared for this and took care of earplugs in advance, so I have no complaints. The bedroom is quiet, since its window faces an inner courtyard.
• Suzanne (10/5): This is an amazing little apartment in the middle of the city center with all of the wonders of Malaga within walking di - I arrived late at the property and they made it extremely easy for check-in. It was by a keypad. They also left me the code for my room which was on the third floor and there was a lift. The hotel is right in the city center below our numerous restaurants and outside cafés, which can’t get a little loud at night, but the noise was muffled and didn’t bother me. The apartment was homie. Everything was there including a washing machine. I was there for four nights and did not need for anything there’s a little shop right beside the hotel for anything you might need. Parking is difficult because of where it is in the tiny streets, but I found a parking lot within eight minute walking distance. I had a problem one afternoon when I got back to the hotel with the power being off and with one email they instructed me how to flip the breaker and it was back on in minutes. I will definitely be going back. It wasn’t a problem for me, but if people are light sleepers, I imagine the noise of the cafés below would bother them, but I didn’t even close the shutters to help drown out the noise. It didn’t bother me.

• Giancarlo (10/5): Suggerisco questa sistemazione se volete soggiornare a Malaga - L’appartamento si trova a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale ma silenzioso in quanto affaccia sull’interno. Gli spazi sono comodi e la casa è completa di tutti gli accessori necessari. L’appartamento è dotato di doppi servizi ma personalmente non avrei messo il secondo lavabo all’interno della camera da letto.
• Noray69 (2/5): Mal olor en el apartamento y excesiva luz nocturna para descansar. - La ubicación es muy céntrica en pleno centro que escogimos así por mayor comodidad. El apartamento olió muy mal todo el primer día, que ni dejando las ventanas abiertas durante todo el día se fue el mal olor, con la incomodidad por la noche al despertar. Pudo haber sido el uso de paños muy sucios. Al segundo día parece que el olor desapareció y al no haber limpieza , el ambiente en el apartamento estaba muy bien. Las persianas están estropedas y dejan pasar excesiva luz toda la noche, tanto más hasta horas avanzadas de la noche porque la restauración está abierta hasta tarde.

Noise from street, very noisy for most of night. Windows did not keep any noise out. (We were in apartment C on second floor). Stains on ceiling in main bedroom area. The bathroom light including fixings and cables fell out of ceiling in middle of night and property would do nothing until morning. Do not appear to be any emergency protocols in place for out of hours emergencies. Also had problem with lots of little flies in shower cubicle area.
• Doris (9/5): Das Apartment ist sehr schön, liegt mitten im Zentrum, alles ist gleich um die Ecke - Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung war sehr nett und vollständig eingerichtet . Auch im Küchenbereich war alles vorhanden. Wir hatten eine Frage an den Gastgeber. Leider wurde weder auf den Anruf noch auf das email reagiert. Das haben wir als nicht sehr professionell empfunden, gerade im Hinblick, wenn es sich um einen Notfall handelt.

Slightly slow response when we couldn't find something in the apartment but couldn't fault apartment itself. Highly recommend!
• Angie (10/5): We would definitely recommend this apartment, superbly situated, clean, everything you need! - This apartment was superbly positioned in the centre of Malaga and was immaculately clean. We were allowed access to the apartment a little early as it had been prepared and was ready for us which was great as we could drop the bags and get out into Malaga. There was a slight issue but this was sorted immediately! The host was great and kept us informed all along the way. The apartment is basic but has everything you need. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment although, when in Malaga who wants to cook but if you did, you'd have everything you'd need. The lovely cleaning lady was great & pointed out the extra bedding, iron & ironing board in the under bed storage. All in all, a perfect place to stay to explore the beautiful city of Malaga! Although it stated "toiletries included" this only went as far as shower gel, which was difficult to get out of the bottle & hand soap on the sink, there wasn't any shampoo / conditioner which was fine as I had taken my own but just something to be aware off. The noise, as you would imagine in the centre of Malaga was really loud, especially really early of a morning with deliveries etc. However, this, I think, added to the experience but again, something for you to be aware of.

No tenía ni un solo armario para guardar la ropa, piso lleno de humedades, no había ni toallero ni armarios en el baño, se sale el agua de la ducha y tenía moho. Great communication from hosts, easy automated check in. Would happily stay here again. Appreciated nice touches like dishwasher and washing machine tablets, tea bags, coffee pods etc. Nothing to dislike
• Martin (9/5): Good value for a short stay. - Very central location right next to Malaga Cathedral. Clean and well equipped property with electronic door code access. Double glazing which keeps the noise down from the streets below. Fair amount of wear and tear on this property. The shower seems to leak on the floor quite a lot and there is pealing paint work through the wall from the shower visible in the kitchen, so I suspect that there is a water leak behind the shower?

We contacted the hosts prior to our stay with some queries and didn't get any response. We then didn't receive check in information until after the check in time. We had issues with ants in the accommodation, called the number given and messaged on Booking.com and didn't get any response until the following day, and even then the issue wasn't resolved. The ant problem was so bad in the bathroom we couldn't use the shower on the last day.

• RUBEN (9/5): Todo genial salvo el incidente - Una ubicación increíble! 0 ruido para la zona en la que está y muy limpio todo! Pues resulta que el segundo día de estancia, estaba mi novia en el apartamento mientras yo estaba comprando unas cosas. El personal de limpieza ( en este caso una chica) abrió la puerta del apartamento sin tocar antes ni nada por el estilo. Resulta que el día anterior se le había olvidado una bolsa de tela dentro y pasó a por ella. Mi novia se asustó porque no debería de entrar nadie en el apartamento salvo nosotros, y si se había olvidado algo, lo normal es tocar a la puerta y preguntar. Fue un momento muy raro e incómodo, porque ya estaba dentro del apartamento cuando mi novia la vio .

Klimatyzacja z funkcja ogrzewania, co bylo bardzo pomocne w styczniu :) Apartament troszke zmeczony i wymaga malego remontu. Ogromna wilgosc na scianie w salonie - ewidentnie idzie od prysznica w łazience. Prysznic przecieka i woda leci na podloge, takze podczas korzystania z kranu, gdzies ciekla rura i podloga pod zlewem byla mokra. Poza tym wszystko super.

Fuimos seis personas. Ducha con presión, sin problemas con el agua caliente. Al lado de la catedral y calle Larios. Está en pleno centro. El sofá a la hora de dormir dos personas, se hundía hacia el centro

Everything you need for an enjoyable stay Lots of coffee shops restaurants etc for breakfast lunch dinner and drinks . Walking distance for shopping and historic sites . Felt very safe , lovely building Walls are thin , so we’re woken early by neighbours.. to be fair they were just having a normal conversation but soundproofing poor Wouldn’t put us off , would stay again

• Shqiponje (4/5): - perfekte Lage und trotzdem in der Nacht ruhig. Einfach eine Katastrophe! Wir haben die Wohnung in einem völlig verschmutzten Zustand bekommen. Der Esstisch war mit Krümel und Staub, und der Boden war extrem schmutzig – der Dreck klebte einem regelrecht an den Füssen. Auch die Sofas waren nicht gereinigt und teils mit Haare. Zudem war die Wohnung viel zu klein für die vielen Möbel. Warum stellt man in einen so kleinen Raum einen riesigen Esstisch mit vier Stühlen, eine grosse Plastikvase mit Blumen, ein Sofa und zwei Sessel? Wir hatten kaum Platz, uns zu bewegen, geschweige denn unsere Koffer vernünftig abzustellen. In der Dusche lief das Wasser außerdem aus dem Badezimmer bis ins Schlafzimmer. Durch den bereits schmutzigen Boden war das einfach nur ekelhaft. Dann hatten wir nicht mal Klopapier. Bett zu klein für 2 Personen. Ausser der Lage war nichts gut.
• Nicola (9/5): Ideal location to explore Málaga - Location was super central in the Centro Histórico, close to all sightseeing areas and bars/restaurants. Lovely kitchen area with everything you could need. Can be noisy depending on your neighbours at the time of your stay. The room across the hall from us kept their door open while playing music and you could hear the people above us walking around their room from early in the morning.

• Ans (8/5): Top appartement helaas gehorig. - Alles was helemaal naar onze zin. Het verraste ons in de positive zin van het woord. Het was precies zoals we hoopten en aan alles was gedacht in het appartement om er een fijn verblijf mogelijk te maken. Helaas konden wij de buren erg goed horen praten. Alsof ze naast ons op de bank zaten. Ook de mensen in de hal kan je letterlijk verstaan. Dat is echt het enige nadeel en heel jammer.

• Thomas (8/5): Lage, Lage, Lage - Super Lage mitten in der Innenstadt, gerade 50 Meter von der Kathedrale entfernt. Gute Ausstattung und gutes, wenn auch etwas schmales Bett. Es hat uns gefallen Abends im Wohnzimmer ziemlich laut vom Lärm der Kneipengäste. Davon merkt man im Schlafzimmer jedoch nichts.

• Valentin (8/5): Well worth the money for the convenient location - Location is excellent, and the facilities and staff were very good, we had requested a few things for baby prior to arrival and all were catered for, in good condition and clean. The apartment itself was cleaned well and instructions to access were super clear. Could do with a bit of renovation here and there, ex outside window shutters need fixing, bathroom ceiling, a few bathroom fittings and the main entrance door need a bit of repair but nothing a few days of work can’t fix and also it was the end of the season so maybe this is planned. The main annoyance we had was that the walls are super thin and throughout the stay, the neighbours were extremely loud and partied inside the other apartments till 1 am so if you are travelling with kids be mindful of this.
