Shmuel (5/5): Passable - Great location and price We got there and there was no toilet paper and they said that it was because we did not pay extra for a welcome package
Zofia (3/5): I would not recommend P&O Apartments to anyone. - the only good thing about this place was the location Filthy old urine-stained mattress that they wouldn't replace, even after they cleaned it after few days, I could not bring myself to sleep on it. I slept on the couch the entire stay. Bedding was old, not clean, pillows completely flat. Apartment was dirty, dishwasher full of dishes, kitchen cupboards sticky, old pots and pans, dirty dishes in cupboards so why are they charging cleaning fee? The place wasn't even vacuumed. Couldn't get the keys from the safety box to get in. The address advertised on Booking.com was different to where I was staying. Customer service very poor, they practically don't care. They don't read messages and reply without checking with appropriate people. It's all about getting paid without providing the service. Very disappointing.
Sarah (6/5): No regrets but … - The apartment clearly was renovated which is great but it is not as clean as it should be. The kitchen is fully equipped which is great! Big fridge and freezer. Dishwasher. Everything you need to cook. Really nice. The water kettle is really old and needs to be replaced though. A coffee place just across the street , in addition to a couple of little supermarkets. The windows were really dirty , the towels had hair in the them! The shower was all rusty and very old it was not clean! I was disgusted to take a shower in it. In addition to the stinky smell that was always in the bathroom! I think there’s a problem with the sewage system! Our original booking was in another place but for some reason they had to change our booking to a different location. To be fair they offered us a full refund or accept the other location. Due to the tight schedule we wouldn’t have managed to find another place. So we accepted the suggested place. Batteries of the TV remote controls were dead as well.
Emmanouil (3/5): Poor - It's well positioned, close enough to the center and the building has its own kiosk. The corridors make you feel as if you're living in a communist country and the house was disgusting when we arrived. Dust everywhere and strains on the sheet-blankets and rugs are just the tip of the iceberg.
Angela (8/5): Very good - We enjoyed the stay overall. Perfect location, comfortable, spacious, well equipped flat.
