MARK (10/5): Wonderful property in a great location. We have a fabulous long weekend in Rome! - In a great location, 2 mins walk to the old town full of bars & restaurants in historic narrow streets. Pool heating needs repairing

Dave (10/5): - this is a large, ground floor house with an indoor pool within the house . it is amazing. while it is not new, and could use a little maintenance, for the money it is a tremendous value
Coppola (7/5): - La ubicación inmejorable y el silencio/la tranquilidad, el diseño y la organización del espacio tipo loft; la originalidad y la calidad de los muebles; la piscina, el salón tan amplio. se tiene que revisar muchos detalles al ser un piso de diseño pero antiguo y con la humedad, me parece que tendría que estar mucho más arreglado: faltan muchos azulejos de la piscina y de la ducha; el jardín es casi salvaje y poco cuidado; las serraduras muy complicadas ya que muy viejas y oxidadas; el colchón de la cama principal no es tan cómodo y las sábanas un poco cortas; los cristales del salón están rotos. Y un detalle importante: muy mala conexión a pesar de haber recibido el conector 5g. Estos detalles tendrían que ser de mejor nivel por el precio que pagamos.

Katie (9/5): Perfect stay, would definitely come back again - Great location- really quiet side street but just minutes away from so many great restaurants. A short taxi ride from all the sights of Rome. Huge property with so much space so we could go out all morning, and then come back and chill out away from the heat of the day. Very quirky property which was perfect for our needs. Loved the swimming pool. And we appreciated having a dishwasher as well as a washing machine. We could only find a bread knife, and normal knives, but no sharp knives. Otherwise the kitchen had everything you could wants

Randy (10/5): The property was very nice, well laid out and the location was exceptionall. - It was quite roomy. Everything was as good or better than expected. The location was phenomenal!! Only thing I would suggest is a bit warmer water in the pool. But it was still very refreshing.
Victoria (9/5): Great, Convenient Location - The location in Trastevere was perfect. The area is full of delightful cafes, gelaterias, and restaurants. It is an easy walk to most of the important sights in Rome. The apartment was large and had fun art, plus an indoor pool(not heated). The beds were comfortable, and the cleaning staff was kind. The kitchen was large and well equipped. There was also a nice, private courtyard. Check-in with the management company was easy, and many good local recommendations were given. Additionally, the washing machine was helpful, as we were there for 5 days.
