La piscina en la reserva dice que todos los días está disponible pero al llegar dijeron que los lunes no funciona. El desayuno algunos alimentos un poco ya pasados , no hay variedad y si las cosas se acaban te toca comer lo que quede.

Mi esposa le encanta comer filete de pechuga de pollo en cualquier presentación, entonces resulta que en el restaurante, ella pidió un pollo con salsa de naranja basado en el dato errado de la mesera quien le indico que efectivamente la receta incluye filete de pollo pero no fué asi, mi esposa tuvo que sacarle la grasa y la piel al pollo que le sirvieron, de todas maneras estuvo rico aunque mi esposa quedó un poco triste por que comió otra parte del pollo que no era filete de pechuga, la mesera pidió disculpas por la confusión pero quedamos un poco aburridos por esa situción, además no nos dió la posibilidad de cambiar el plato o descontar akgo de la factura por el error cometido, además nos cobraron el servicio o propina y no preguntaron si queriamos pagarlo.
- CARLOS (3/5): Terrible - El desayuno estuvo muy bueno,. la verdad no recomendaría el hotel, en frente nos robaron el espejo del carro... y la primera noche que nos quedamos nos retuvieron el carro en el parqueadero porque no les pidieron a los demás huéspedes las llaves de sus carros y nos dejaron atrapados, no pudimos hacer muchas cosas que teníamos planeadas. La ubicación cercana es muy mala, mucho habitante de calle y ladrón. Y mi hijo se enfermo, estamos seguros que la comida del menú del hotel le hizo daño, porque no comimos nada más aparte, solo comimos dentro del hotel. No lo recomiendo.

- Jessicatheone (9/5): Cali, you always steal my heart - I loved the warmth of the stuff. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. The location is close to a lot of things. You can walk to restaurants and with a short taxi ride, you can see a lot of attractions. The hot water was coming and going.

When we got back, room service was there even though it had been there less than an hour. The room service person gave us the key without even checking if we were the guests staying in that particular room. Day 3: we were told we could check in at 1pm, according to booking.com, we could check in at 2pm so we waited. We wanted until 3:30pm to be able to check in. 2.5hrs after the time we were given by the manager. We were charged for the first night twice because the hotel “did not have any communication with booking.com’ no reimbursement, horrible experience. - Lorena (8/5): Cómodo, súper bien ubicado y un excelente personal - La ubicación es estratégica para moverte a distintos lugares de la ciudad. La comodidad de las camas y la limpieza siempre fueron inmejorables. En recepción siempre fueron muy serviciales y estuvieron prestos a ayudarnos con cualquier necesidad. Se escuchaba mucho ruido exterior del pasillo, de otras habitaciones e incluso de reparaciones que estaban haciendo en el hotel.

Also, I was there with my 94-year-old grandmother and the hotel didn't seem to have handicap accessibility in the room bathroom. Other than that everything was great.

It was almost impossible to find and use electric sockets by the bed as they were hidden by the headboard! There were no bedside lights! - 406christineg (2/5): HORRIBLE! BEWARE! - HORRIBLE! BEWARE! The worst customer service and disrespect for customers with terrible accommodations. I don't even know where to begin with this nightmare of a hotel. This review could go on for pages with all the things that went wrong. I stayed there 7 nights on business. I did not select the hotel. The group that was hosting the training had pre-paid for the group. I should have know from check-in this would be a nightmare. We had reserved months ago and were clear we needed a king bed. When we arrived, the young girl at the desk said there was no king bed. She didn't even attempt to try and help us. An older woman worker heard us discussing the issue and told the young girl it was possible. She then told her how to move things around. This was the beginning of a long line of lazy workers who have NO TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. The breakfast in the morning was exactly the same every morning and it was less than appetizing. Breakfast was till 930 every morning. I arrived at 840am on two occasions and they were basically out of food and refused to bring more. The rooms were clean. I will give them that. But the beds were hard. They provide no basic, complementary toiletries. The outlet in the bathroom was broken and when I called for maintenance the worker said the outlet was on order and could only give me an extension cord. There was one towel on one day and when I called for another towel the young girl at the front desk gave me a hard time about getting another towel. And the supplies at the hotel were low. There were only a few irons at the hotel. We had trouble getting one. We finally got one and then the next morning we were woken up at 530am to get the iron back because another guest needed it. WHO DOES THAT!! The pool was closed almost the entire time we were there. There was a lounge area/work area by the pool but every time I went to go work there, the employees were there eating and relaxing as if it was an employee lounge. This is clearly a management issue with the hotel and a lack of training for what are mostly very young employees. The worst night was our last night. We arrived from an excursion to find loud music at the hotel and many drunk and rowdy people coming in and out the hotel. When we asked when the event would be over they said 2am. Our room was on the 5th floor right below the party area and we got no sleep with the live band, dancing, and noise. Many of us complained and they said it was the hotel owners party and there was nothing they could do. Can you believe that?!! The hotel owner was inconveniencing his own guests for his personal pleasure. Clearly, the issues with this hotel start from the top with a lack of care and concern for guest and their comfort and safety. In all fairness, I will give a few pros. The hotel is in a decent location (though it can be very noisy if there is a game as it is right across the street from the soccer stadium). The rooftop bar is really nice with a great view of the city and the food there is good. I would NEVER come to this hotel again even if you paid me. Save yourself the sleepless nights and being the victims of poor customer service. If I could give the ZERO stars I would.

- Christopher (10/5): Very nice and next to airport. - Reception was warm. Room was great. Bathrooms were nice and shower was amazing. Room service was on point. Free shuttle to airport on demand. I'd stay again.
- Jair Yovanny (6/5): - A nivel general la parte operativa del hotel bien. Sin embargo resultaron deshonestos con el cobro de la tarifa, pues allá terminaron cobrando valores adicionales supuestamente por IVA, y eso en la página no está estipulado. Así que me siento engañado por la tarifa que manifiestan en la página vs la tarifa que cobran, eso daña la imagen del hotel.
