• gerard (6/5): Old and needs to be upgraded - Old Walmart appliances need to be upgraded , air conditioning duct work needs to be cleaned badly ( look in the kitchen vent) , bathrooms need to be upgraded also at least the sink fixtures .Furniture is ok , hi top stools at the kitchen island are a joke . The house outside could use a good cleaning ( there was a company cleaning other houses on the on the street every day) . The master bed was very comfortable and the linens get a thumbs up . Overall not a bad experience but it has issues that need to be addressed

• Shawn (10/5): - Has to be cleaner than any hotel we had ever stayed in. I was amazed how clean it was for being an older cottage. I am an office Manager and very much in the habit of looking at the office after the cleaning company cleans each weekend, so my eyes were wide open. Very impressed.

• Julie (10/5): - This property had all you needed. All you needed from dishes to pans, towels, hair dryer and a backpack for your hikes. We were there to see family so we did not use the other amenities, pool etc but they are available. Place was clean, beds comfortable and you are given one contact for everything. Thanks for a great stay!
• Janette (10/5): Splendid place to stay - The community was spectacular! The home was well maintained, roomy, and comfortable. Beds were cozy. There were so many ammenities along with fully stocked kitchen cookware including a crockpot! Teresa was exceptional during check-in providing helpful tips and information. She was also readily available if we needed her. Definitely a place to go back to!
• Kathy (10/5): - This is a wonderful property and the unit was far larger than I anticipated. It was clean and organized, things were easy to find. The resort has multiple pools and hot tubs, billiards and workout area all well maintained clean and within short walking distances. I will look into renting this place again next year.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Friendly visit - It was an easy access with a helpful gate guard. GPS doesn’t work in the facility, so finding the unit the first time was a little bit of a challenge in the dark. Very comfortable accommodations. Stayed 4 nights.

Rosy and Teresa from Suite Life Vacations made sure that our arrival and check in came off without a hitch. Once there, we were even more impressed by the property and the amenities. They remained very accessible for the duration of the stay and were very accommodating throughout. I would not hesitate to book through them next time. It was amazing!
• Rebecca (10/5): Great getaway - What a great resort property!!! The house was perfect for our golf getaway!! We took lessons each day across the street at Augusta Ranch. Teresa did a phenomenal job of introducing us to the Monte Vista community and all it has to offer (amazing). She also provided an annotated list of area restaurants and her recommendations were spot on!! We loved that we could walk to the grocery store and have snacks and meals at the well-stocked house.

• Theresa S. (10/5): Monte Vista - The mobile home was perfect for my family of 3. It would easily accommodate 4. 2 beds/2 baths and everything you need in the kitchen. The manager, Teresa, was awesome and attentive. She made sure to let us know to text her if we needed anything. We will definietly stay again when we are in the area.
• Jill C. (8/5): Mesa Verde - Lovely 55+ community with many amenities. We particularly enjoyed the lighted pickleball courts. Our rental provided all the items we needed however, the beds could be updated. The mattress in the master was very saggy. We ended up sleeping in separate bedrooms so we wouldn't be rolling into each other all night. Other than that, a pleasant visit.

The people at the resort were all so friendly, including the staff. The facilities were spotless and so much fun. We absolutely loved it! We are planning to book a one month stay soon.

House was fully stocked with basics, tp, p towels, hand soap, laundry,soap, etc even tho email said to bring your own. Rosy and Theresa were great to work with. Enjoyed our visit very much!!

• Verified traveler (8/5): - After a rough start we forgot settled into our correct unit. The second unit was clean and was nicely furnished. Our unit was furnished with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker and a fully stocked kitchen. The property has 2 pools and hot tubs, 1 of the hot tubs is currently being worked on. They rent RV spaces between the houses which made everything feel kind of tight and close.
• Karen (10/5): - The facilities were marvelous, and the home we stayed at was clean and very comfortable. What did make us uncomfortable was the idea of staying at a retirement community. Though we are technically seniors, we are country dwellers and private people by nature. It was a bit difficult to adjust to the idea of being surrounded by others wanting to be friendly and converse with us. Though most would see this as a genuine perk, it isn't for everyone.
