• Simin (5/5): RATHER DISAPPOINTED - Large room with its own bathroom and balcony. The furniture is VERY TIRED especially the cupboard and the mirror drawers, the bathroom smells of toilet/ bad drain smell as soon as you turn on the taps. The cleaner and one of the older ladies on reception were lovely, the younger lady on reception not so much, moody and unresponsive.There are air freshener all through the hotel as I presume the bad smell is everywhere and they make the place smell alot better being scattered everywhere. Thevpool in the pucture is not their pool its a pool a minute away down the road which is shred with other hotels in the area.

Juste une nuit mais je pense qu’il doit faire chaud, heureusement, il y a la climatisation. Matelas un peu dur, en dormant sur le dos, ça va.

Очень доброжелательный персонал и особенно хозяйка. Белье - чистое, полотенца - белоснежные. В номере холодильник( полноценный, не минибар), Есть бассейн. Также есть пляжные полотенца. Любые пожелания и просьбы выполняются быстро. Тихая улочка, удобная локация, комфортный отдых. Обязательно вернемся!

• Michael (4/5): Place is OK but I wont risk staying there again unless staying alone. - I messaged the hotel to let them know I needed 2 beds in the room as I was traveling with my teenage son. When I arrived there was only a double. As it was a Saturday night I had trouble finding another hotel to get a second room.
• Ooly (8/5): - I have stayed here in the past but had the larger balcony rooms, everything was superb. Seen they had I budget room so I figured smaller with no balcony, 2 nights no issue. The room 12 needs a lot of reno work leading onto the bathroom, the ceiling is coming down and water stains on the walls. The staff is great, their breakfast for 120 bht is very good, great location. Just didn’t like the budget room due to poor condition. Beds were fine, spacious and hot water... Just that one area that looks pretty bad.

• ANNE (10/5): Clean and cute - For the price, this lovely clean hotel was perfect. Quick short walk to the beach without having to cross any roads, cleanest hotel I’ve come across in this price range. The muslei yoghurt breakfast with banana was a work of art and the coffee hot and strong e erything morning. As usual in Thailand, the staff were absolutely lovely and we had no difficulty communicating. The pool wasn’t super convenient, but was clean refreshing and surprisingly large. Most welcome after a hot tourist day. If I am back, this is where I will book again and again

• Leor (6/5): Overpriced - Very comfy bed, nice view from the roof top (no sea). Sadly the price doesn't match the quality of this room. Wifi was kinda poor and in fact, it's a guesthouse and not a hotel at all. They lock the front door after midnight without giving you a heads up about it.

• Siripun (8/5): Good value for money - I like the location of the hotel is quiet and close to the beach and the market village. I slept well the first night. The furniture is very old. The bed sheet has stains I found a toothpick on my bed after they just cleaned the room, we would extend another night but on the last night the guest came in very late and closed the door very noisy I know is not the hotel's fault but I couldn't sleep so we design to move to the new hotel.

• Sharon (3/5): Highly not recommended - Close to the beach The cleaning worker has very low standards... I didn't get clean room. The owner asked her to clean, but did not appologize. The bath ceiling is molded, ripped curtain - all the hotel needs an overall renovation. There is no any tourist info or help from the staff. The receptionist didn't pay attention for 25 minutes, while i was waiting for her, saw me, but she just continued her phonecall.

• Julie (3/5): Well you get what you pay for. Very worn down hotel with smelly drains. - Location is absolutely top, same with price. If you have a balcony on the „right“ side of the hotel you can see a glimpse of the water. Cleaning consist of changing towels, sweeping floor and making beds. That’s it. Bathroom might have been cleaned a few guests before we visited, but there were brown grime around the faucets and we bought a new shower head for the shower as it and the rest of the shower was quite moldy. The worst part though was the owners sitting in the „lobby“ watching the comings and goings. You feel like you are going through their living room and or dining room and disturbing them every time you come or go.

The bathroom was not very clean however the rest of the room was fine. Checkin was easy and we were even able to arrive in the middle of the night with no problem. Staff all friendly and helpful. The bathroom didn't look very clean, otherwise everything else was great.
• David (10/5): Great place - We really loved the location and room was a good size, the staff were really lovely which made a big difference. We'll definitely be using A&B when we come back to Hua Hin. Our first room had a faulty aircon, the staff moved us straight away with no problems. I do hope they fix it though as that was a really nice room. In our other room the toilet door kept locking itself, we found a way around it but that should probably be fixed too. Great stay though, no major gripes or concerns.

• Doddy (10/5): Thank you A&B Hotel - Clean Hotel with tidy up every day, very comfortable to stay and big room with balcony. Make my family enjoy during stay here. Breakfast and meals will be more comfortable make us easier, but there are restaurants nearby as well.
• Angie (3/5): Poor - Location good near beach. Pool good but shared with other hotels. A heavy ant infestation in my daughter's bed. Had to leave after 2 nights although booked for 5, as the ants got worse. It was pretty awful.We had to find another place.to stay quickly. Cockroach also in room. Room dusty, dirty and just unclean. Although a menu available when my kids asked for breakfast just got a 'no'. I was surprised after reading such good reviews. But who can be expected to sleep with lots of ants in their bed? They gave us some ant killer spray but the fumes and smell after using it were horrendous.They gave a refund for the nights we didn't stay and one of the staff (the manager) apologized and did clean the room thoroughly the next day when we first showed her the cockroach and the ants. However this didn't solve the issue . I actually think the ant nest must be in the mattress or bed frame. I would have expected the room to be cleaned for us on check in not after we had already checked in and spent a night there. It was so inconvenient to have to pack up and leave after 2 nights and to find a new place.

• David (8/5): The Long Good Friday - Big room and friendly staff, I didn't know they served food until I left, perhaps there should have been a menu in the room. But I liked it there, will most likely stay again. I've stayed at 2 other places in Hua Hin (Plaza and Mandarin), both around the same price but this was much nicer. Nothing to dislike about this place, wasn't much near there in terms of bars but that was ok, very close to the beach, probably suits older people more really.

• Vera (8/5): Old but comfortable hotel - Th.le hotel is close both to the beach and city. It's in a calm area. The room was spacious and housekeeping done every day. The staff is friendly, but if you need help with something more complicated, English is a bit of a barrier. The hotel is old and many room facilities would need replacement. Also, the pool promoted by the hotel is shared among all hotels in the street, it's old too and there was a plastic bad floating in it.

• Bradford (5/5): Close to the beach, but far away from good night’s sleep - The location was close to the beach. Maids tidied up the room each day and left two bottles of water in the mini frig. The WiFi was dependable for the most part. I was on the top floor (5th), which meant four flights of stairs. Also, the top floor had suffered water damage (it rains half the year in Thailand). But the bad part is that I was awakened the first night by what seemed to be a ukulele playing 3 disparate chords. I overheard another renter yell “Go home!” In middle of the night. I used my paraffin earplugs but could still hear noises in the night, especially when it sounded like a continuous muffled hammer on a wok. Perhaps it was loose siding, or even a makeshift noise machine to shoo away nesting pigeons? Never found out.

• Martin (8/5): Pleasant stay - A fairly nice cheap hotel in a quiet ally run by a Swedish couple and their Thai staff. For the price it's a good stay even though the staff at times seem a bit confused about their service and not least attitude towards people staying there. But I would recommend it if you like nice simple clean rooms and not to much communication with the staff.
• MARK (8/5): Quiet Beach Soi - 3rd stay this Soi. First this hotel. Street much quieter than when I left in 2019. Many businesses on this street are now closed; permanently or otherwise. Front desk Thai husband & wife friendly and helpful. Room was very big for the low rate. Large balcony. Big bed with soft mattress that needs to be flipped and rotated as it’s settled and sunken. In spite of not being a fan of the mattress I slept well every night. Street was very quiet day and night. Air conditioning worked excellent. Good water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. No problems with toilet. Housekeeping came in every day, stripped the bed, cleaned and supplied fresh towels. In all my travels I don’t think I have seen this. The opposite is true where the hotel begs you to use the same towel for a week. Changing my bed linens wasn’t necessary but fresh towels is very nice. The towels are a bit “dated” but fresh is the key word here. I did not eat here but food and beverage are available. For me the location and the rate make this an excellent choice. Five minute walk to the beach; ten minutes to the mall. Very easy to catch a tuk tuk or songteaw on main road for farther trips. This isn’t a fancy Hilton but it’s no hostel either. It’s in the middle and checks a lot of boxes. Recommend.
