• Sarah (9/5): - L'emplacement est top, la résidence arboré et familial, l'appartement spacieux et bien décoré, la piscine bien propre et équipée de super transat. Il manque quelques petits équipements pour améliorer le confort su séjour par ex, sèche cheveux, torchons de cuisine, grandes tasses, et quelques ustensiles en plus.

Buena comunicación con el anfitrión, cortesía a nuestras peticiones y buena experiencia. Algo apartado del centro de la ciudad, aunque cerca de 2 centros comerciales con todos los servicios. Todo bien en general.
• Kaushal (10/5): Great week in a nice location - Good location, safe. Owner extremely helpful and polite. Best experience I’ve had with an owner. Fabulous person. All good. Bedroom toilet should have a door. Electrical points need to be updated as some of them are loose. Door latch to balcony needs a repair. Main door can be fixed to make it smooth to open.
• dounia (9/5): Super emplacement pour joindre l'utile a l'agréable (GITEX et Week-end) - l'emplacement, le confort de la literie, la décoration de l'apart et aussi le jardin accessible depuis le salon. c'est mon 2eme séjour depuis 2021 et l'endroit est bien entretenu. les serviettes étaient propres oui mais trop vieillies et fades (bcp de lavages) ils devraient proposer des serviettes a la hauteur de l'endroit et aussi un vanity set ( je suggère avec des produits locaux).

• olivier (10/5): Excellente adresse à recommander sans modération. - Tout était parfait. Emplacement centrale dans une belle résidence. Appartement vaste et très propre. Service impeccable et aimable de la logeuse. Rien à redire. Nous reviendrons volontiers. En plus, bonne surprise, il y avait un parking sécurisé pour notre voiture de location.

• Mariame (9/5): Si vous croisez la petite chatte blanche, passez-lui le bonjour de ma part. - Parfaitement situé dans un environnement calme, tout en étant proche du centre et de toutes les commodités. Le logement est très confortable, décoré avec goût et équipé de matériel de grande qualité. Mention spéciale à Imane, notre interlocutrice, toujours disponible, réactive et à l’écoute. La vaisselle dans la cuisine est assez limitée, elle convient pour le strict minimum, mais peut s’avérer juste selon les besoins. À noter également que la piscine est fermée le lundi, ce qui peut être bon à savoir pour l’organisation du séjour.

• Kim (6/5): Pleasant stay in a good area - Gardens were lovely and the area was very quiet. Within minutes walk to M Avenue and 15 mins walk to Menara Mall that had a Carre supermarket ( which sold european items ) . Our apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. We had Netflix! Bed was slightly too hard for me but still comfortable. Lovely bathrooms . Great aircon throughout the apartment and lovely views of the gardens . Contact with the host was not a great start so I was waiting around to check in . She was very friendly and helpful once we met . Once in the apartment I was told that I hadn’t paid for the stay ( although it was a non refundable booking which I booked in April 2025 so there was a moment of confusion ) so Then ten mins later I was told that the pool has a leak and can’t be used . That part was so disappointing and I wanted to have a day of relaxing around the pool before heading back to the UK . There are a lot of stray cats at the property so it’s not for the ones who want to rescue them as there are too many and the local residents don’t like you feeding them .

• MvM (9/5): Heerlijk - aanrader! - Heerlijk, ruim, schoon, comfortabel appartement met schitterende tuin en architectuur. Echt een oase van rust in de drukke stad. Het zwembad was ook heerlijk. Daar hing een gemoedelijke sfeer met Marokkaanse families. De bedden waren beter (minder hard) dan alle andere bedden tijdens onze reis en Imane was altijd beschikbaar. We zouden hier 100% zeker opnieuw naartoe gaan en raden het appartement dus ook zeker aan aan volgende gasten. Dank nogmaals, Imane! Er hing in het hele appartment een rookgeur, vermoedelijk van eerdere gasten. Imane bracht wel meteen een geurspray toen we dit meldden, maar de geur bleef toch wat hangen. Dat vonden we minder prettig. Maar alsnog was onze algehele indruk erg positief.

• Jane (10/5): Excellent. We visit Marrakech a lot as have family there. I would definitely book - Central location in Hivernage. Nicely furnished. On quiet road. General maintenance of building excellent. Very nice pool and sunbathing area. Pool towel provided. Walking distance from Supermarket, Bank and Restaurants. 5 minutes to the Medina by taxi. Nothing. Only criticisms. Please supply proper large tea/coffee mugs instead of traditional glasses. Please supply some ovenproof dishes for those who want to cook and eat in. There was nothing to cook or serve food in except pans. Netflix is provided on the TV but would be nice to have access to normal TV channels.,
• Leanne (10/5): Comfortable, luxurious stay - a perfect hideaway from the chaos of the city - Fantastic, comfortable home away from home. The apartment was clean and well equipped and perfect for my daughter who is in a wheelchair - she was able to manage in a big, walk in shower too. The pool was lovely with comfortable beds and umbrellas to hide from the sun. The neighbourhood was safe with a lots of (expensive) restaurants and cafes a short walk away at Avenue M. Nothing
• Rachel (8/5): Really great value for money for a family or group of friends who want to stay away from the busy Medina. - The apartment was spotless, comfortable and stylish and very spacious. Lovely swimming pool. If you intended to eat at the apartment you would need to ask for plates etc, which I’m sure they would be happy to provide. A little too far from the Medina for us, but would suit a lot of people. Close to some cafes in Hivernage however. Exterior of building needs a lick of paint.

• Laszlo (10/5): A wonderful place to stay while visiting Morocco. - This is a very nice, spacious luxury apartment. Very clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished. Loved the huge sofa in the living room - 4 people can sprawl very comfortably while watching TV! The bathrooms are super nice, the kitchen is gorgeous - although we didn't really use it, we ate out all the time. The area is safe, very nice, there are extremely nice restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacy, small food shop nearby. The Menara mall is a 10-minute walk. You need a taxi to go to the old town but there is a taxi stand very close by. There is a guard at the entrance during the day, he can give you directions. The garden is beautiful with orange trees and a pool. Quiet at night, we slept great. The cats around the property are adorable! The host was very nice and helpful. A few minor things. Hot water runs out, if you have 4+ people in the group you can't take long showers, but enough for 4 normal showers. Nobody knows the place by the name Oxygene, use the building name - Residences les 3 Palmiers - for taxi drivers, or tell them it's near Menara mall and then give them directions from there. Remember to have 200 Euros or Dollars on you when you arrive for the security deposit. You get it all back if you don't trash the place, just remember to have the cash ready on arrival.
• Samira (8/5): Great lovely ground floor house in a great area of Marrakech - I liked the location you can easy get coffee and breakfast. Parking in the garage was really good and a very safe area for 2 sisters travelling alone. We got a nespresso machine as I brought my own coffee cups. The sofa lounge is really good to relax and watch Netflix. I did not like the kitchen equipment I couldn't easily bake or cook but there are plenty of lovely terraces and restaurants on walking distance. But sometimes you just want to stay at the house especially us travelling due to private matter. Also we missed small kitchen towels and small towels after washing our hands there where not enough towels only in the bathroom 2 big ones. It would have been nice from the to provide little handsoaps in the bathrooms and kitchen and a salt en pepper set, these small details you really need for a short stay and not going to find shops to buy this. But these are little minor things and didnt effect our great stay in Oxygene!! It was really great and so friendly people outside and gardeners and 24 hour security.
• Terry (10/5): Fantastic - house in a Residence with a luxurious large Living room (With large TV screen including Netflix) with large bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and kitchen in Hivernage. short walk to the nice modern shopping street with restaurants, but also easy to get to the old city and Medina with short taxi trip. Also with access to large swimming pool the large living room with big couch was very much enjoyed by the children; and the location in Hiverage and close to the Medina

Wonderful furniture and facilities. Exceptionally comfortable bed with high quality monogrammed linen. A very apartment overlooking a manicured garden near a vibrant collection of boutique restaurants and designer shops. This is a superb place to stay in Marrakech. A stones throw from the Movenpick hotel. Very well located with easy ground floor access. There is nothing not to like.
• Rahman (8/5): Perfect for a family stay or peaceful retreat. Gorgeous. - Interior design was gorgeous, with big comfortable rooms. The water runs well and hot as you want and the apartment is very clean. The garden and some of the architecture was beautiful. The location was perfect with local shops, malls and restaurants very close by. Serene and quiet definitely more for a family stay. Swimming pool area was beautiful but could be cleaner. I still had a walk through. The shower area felt a bit unused. Need toilet roll or water holder for toilet.

• Carew (9/5): Excellent, will stay again - I booked this amazing place via booking.com. It's just 9mins from Marrakech airport, 5-6mins walking distance to shops, restaurants, banks, and other amenities. Our host, Iman, is as lovely as everyone has mentioned, is kind, helpful, and attends to issues raised promptly. The apartment is big (two bedroom, two bathrooms, one of them is en-suite). It is spacious, well air-conditioned, has almost everything you need in the kitchen (no washing up liquid for plates), bathroom, only has four tissues for a family of four staying for 7days, minor things which I was determined, I would not let it ruin our experience of a great holiday and place. The swimming pool is clean, big, nice, with plenty of sunbeds to go round and parosol to cover and shield from the sun. As it's a Muslim country, conservate dressing is the norm but did not notice any issue with people who did not, mostly tourists/foreigners. Everyone everywhere is kind, lovely and helpful, would highly recommend Marrakech to visit and Oxygenè apartment to stay. Thank you Marrakech, thank you Iman at Oxygenè apartment, Hivernage gardens Very minimal adjustment will make it five star plus in my opinion, basic things like: enough tissues to last a whole week handwash in the bathrooms washing up liquid for kitchen a cleaner at least once in the 7days stay bin bags for kitchen and bathroom enough towels for body and hand and bathroom floor enough kitchen towels

• Sanaa (9/5): Beautiful gem in Hivernage - We rented the 2 oxygene apartment for our stay, since we were 8 people traveling. The 2 apartments are next to each other, which allowed us to be close enough to share meals and do activities together. The apartment has undergone full renovation, and is very beautifully furnished. We felt immediately at home! it was neat, clean and with absolutely no clutter. You can tell that the property is managed professionally. This is a rare gem in Marrakech! It scores for us high on cleanliness, functionality, location! We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back. Thank you to Imane who was very responsive and professional before and during our stay.
• Sanaa (9/5): My best stay in Marrakech in years! - This is a rare gem in Marrakech. It scores high on all criteria from cleanliness (In all places I stayed in the past, though many are rated “luxury”, the cleanliness was very poor) to location to comfort. This property is designed with comfort and functionality in mind, along with good taste. And there is no clutter. At this property, you don’t need a car, as you are at walking distance from cafes, shops, bakeries, and you can easily grab a cab to get anywhere in town. The residence is secure, and the neighborhood as well. While you are in the heart of one of the best neighborhoods of Marrakech, you feel you are in an oasis. The apartment has views on a serene lush and quiet garden, and you can enjoy the beautiful pool all day long. Imane, the host, is a very friendly person. She’s very responsive and was super accommodating with our group. A big thank you Imane! We will surely stay at your property in the future. Nothing

• Adnan (9/5): Fabulous. - Property was spacious, clean and had beautiful gardens. Imane, the host, was very responsive to the one or two minor issues we raised. Fouzia, the cleaner, was superb. Location was great, the 40 minute walk back from town every night was something we looked forward to. Added attractions included the nearby Parks and amenities. Including a shopping mall, cafes and restaurants. I would book the property again and highly recommend it.
