Verified traveler (10/5): リラックス出来ました - ドアを入って靴を脱ぐスペースがあり、スリッパに履き替えリラックス出来ました。バスタブも足を伸ばして入れて、大浴場が無くても快適に入浴ができました。飲食店も回りに沢山あるので、立地は良いです。以前直接予約して時は、駐車料無料でしたが、今回は1000円支払ったのが予定外でした。
Luke (10/5): Exceeded all expectations - The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The reception was incredible and the hospitality was really welcoming. The breakfast was amazing as well. The view from the room offered an entire view of the city. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Saitama.

MeiKuen Candy (4/5): Not suitable for non Japanese speaking guest - All the staff of front desk cannot speak English. I have tried to use mobile google translate my words into Japanese. It usually works at local restaurants and shops in Japan. So I was very disappointed that the staff of this hotel can not understand the Japanese translated from google at all. When I checked in, I received a notice of general information in English. As per the notice that late check out as per request, so I called front desk to ask for late check out at 12:00 noon. However when I checked out, I was asked to pay ¥500/hour for late charges. The extra charges was not that much but I was not informed beforehand. I believe it is the responsibility of the hotel to explain to the hotel guest for any extra charges that to be incurred. I won’t suggest to stay at this hotel.
