Milagros (1/5): Cuidado - Nada especial La última noche nos llamaron de recepción y nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar 50000 yenes o abandonar inmediatamente el hotel porque habíamos puesto heces en el sumidero de la ducha, algo absolutamente falso, intentamos aclarar que eso no era cierto pero no hubo forma, se pusieron muy agresivos, y argumentaron que con la tarifa tan baja que teníamos (eso sí era cierto) nos seguía saliendo barata la estancia. Además se negaron a darnos factura.

Os funcionários muito solícitos, me ajudaram a receber as malas antes do previsto e me ajudaram a enviar as malas para o aeroporto. O café da manhã com muitas opções, além de ter um lounge com agua e café disponível o dia todo. Quarto com bom tamanho e boas instalações (banheiro, chuveiro e amenities)

Hotel's decoration was great but I cannot say same thing for the room. The room itself looks really dull. It is quite grey-ish, and has meeting room vibe. Amenities is bit lacking as well, there was no luggage rack for instance so I had to open the luggage on floor

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations, directions, or anything else I needed during my stay. The hotel was modern, clean, and very well maintained. My room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with amenities and proper space to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet despite being located in a lively area of Osaka. It was conveniently close to train stations, shopping centers, restaurants, and many popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Whether visiting Dotonbori, Osaka Castle, or local food markets, everything felt easily accessible. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and exceptional hospitality made my trip to Osaka even more enjoyable. Mangtshang (8/5): Trotz des kleinen Zimmers hatten wir insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. - Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hotels ist super – sehr zentral und perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die vielen Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Auch die Getränkeautomaten sowie die Ice- und Kaffeemaschine waren ein tolles Extra. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass das Familienzimmer generell eher klein war. Das Bett war im Vergleich zum restlichen Zimmer sehr gross, wodurch es teilweise etwas eng wirkte. Zudem war es wegen der sehr zentralen Lage zu gewissen Zeiten etwas voller und etwas lauter. Ansonsten hatten wir aber einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Tal (7/5): A pretty solid hotel, good for a few days in Osaka, but only if travelling alone - + Great breakfast that parts of it are rotating every day + Very nice staff + Overall clean room (except for dust on the walls) + Great laundromat room!! + Nice location, surrounded by restaurants and it's easy to get anywhere - Room was small, and weirdly laid out, it was difficult to be in it with two large suitcases - Body towels were small - Pillows were quite small - TVs are too strict and don't allow screen mirroring

Elias Hummel (9/5): Very clean, friendly staff - Very friendly staff, smart porter delivery went very smoothly and staff was supportive, very spacious and comfortable rooms, very clean. Windows were not that isolated so sometimes there was noise from the outside. It was not disturbing but people with light sleep should note.

Maj-Britt (9/5): - Perfect location. Close to the central area and to major stations of Umeda and Shin-Osaka. Nice big shower and a good fridge. I think there was not enough closet space. You could easily have fitted a few more shelves or a small dresser in the room. The pillows for sleeping were (to my taste) too hard.

Tilo (9/5): - Von der gesamten Reise her betrachtet, war das eines der größten Zimmer. Absolut ausreichend Platz für eine Person. Minimalistisch eingerichtet, was ich aber als sehr angenehm Empfand. Schönes und sauberes Badezimmer. Auch hier wieder sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel ist in einer sehr stark belebten Gegend. Gerade in der Nacht sind die Straßen drumherum sehr voll. Wir wollten bewusst in einem angesagten Viertel nächtigen, würden es aber rückblickend und im Vergleich zu den Hotels in anderen Gegenden während unserer Japan-Reise nicht noch einmal machen. Es kommt schon vor, dass bis in den frühen Morgen Lärm vor dem Hotel zu hören ist. Daher bringt der Vorteil auch nichts, dass sich die Fensterfront ein Spalt öffnen lässt. Abgesehen von dem Trubel auf der Straße gibt es auch eine starke Geruchsbelästigung, die von den zahlreichen Restaurants drumherum ausgeht. Da die Zimmer über eine Direktbelüftung verfügen, hat es von draußen den Fettgeruch direkt hinein gepustet. Erst nach einem Tag, als wir die Zimmerseite schon wechseln wollten, haben wir entdeckt, dass sich die Frischluftzufuhr schließen lässt.

Room was clean & spacious, laundry facilities were awesome and a buffet breakfast was included which was so good and perfect start to our morning. The staff were very freindly and helpful. 169jeff (10/5): Highly Recommended - Loved this Hotel - I recently returned from three nights (TOO SHORT!!!) at Hotel The Flag in Osaka LOVED it. My trip included Tokyo, Fukuoka, Kyoto and Osaka and Hotel The Flag was my favourite hotel of the trip. Very comfortable room (I had a standard double with a Queen Bed) and by Japanese standards a nice sized room. Very ample drawer and counter space and , bonus, an actual desk to work at. I am self employed and do need to stay in touch with my biz while travelling and this was the only room of the four that had an actual desk to work at. The others had small, low tables that I had to hunch over to work. My room was super quiet from the outside (there is very iittle traffic on t his road) and i loved the location. Unlike a place like Kyoto, when you walk out of this hotel you are in REAL Osaka rather than being around a bunch of tourists Will definitely stay there again when I return to Japan (very likely as early as next year :) ) Definitely can't go wrong staying here. Super nice. staff as well. (oh another thing i liked is when you arrive at the hotel, the "front desk" is actually on the second floor so once you are checked in, future times you come to the hotel it is straight from the entrance to the hotel to the room your floor on.......so it feels like you live there and are just returning to your room......Little thing but definitely added to the great vibe i had staying there. MORE NIGHTS NEXT TIME :)

magdalena (9/5): Hotel muy bien ubicado , con buen servicio y excelente desayuno - Me encanto la ubicación, muy cerca de todo, a pocos metros de las zonas comerciales, muchos bares y restaurantes. Servicio de café en la recepciön durante todo el día y lo mejor es el desayuno. Sin ninguna duda de los mejores, super variado, fresco , de buena calidad, diez puntos. La habitación como todo en Japón es pequeña y cuesta acomodar la ropa y demas cosas cuando no hay placar ni nada similar.
