The facility was very clean we were allowed to stay on the property long after the check out time. I loved everything. No complaints from me.

I didn't like staff working without proper attire(PPE) They're the face of the company and should look decent in their working clothes. There's room for improvement on that one.

I could not check via Booking.com App which room I had actually booked. The bed was small & no duvet. So was a tad disappointed. The place is beautiful, there are no complaints.

- Gary (8/5): A charming hotel - The Tuscany suites is a charming hotel, set in a residential area. The gardens and landscaping are charming and very relaxing. The customer service was excellent. Didn’t stay long enough to sample the food.
- Mesed (7/5): Beautiful but lack customer service - The place is beautiful and comfortable as shown on the photos. It is located in a quiet street. It was easy to get to shops and restaurants. We last saw any staff member/host on check in. I tried to call to enquire about breakfast and check out procedure but all numbers listed went unanswered so I wonder if we had an emergency what would happen. A text message was also not responded to. However full payment is required before arrival.

I wish there was a ‘Do No Disturb’, signage for when there’s occupants in the room. If there’s a common room for ironing I was not told about it, I had go around the guesthouse just to look for an iron

- Hannes (8/5): Comfortable stay in beautiful 'villa-like' lodge - The lodge is located on a very large stand with beautiful architecture and out buildings. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Limited DSTV is available, and the WIFI is strong and fast. Didn't take the breakfast option. Every morning we woke up the gate to the property was open. This might be seen as a security risk - ensure the gate is closed at all times. The room is setup for 4 people, but there are only two mugs, coffee packets, glasses and spoons. There is a small fridge, but no milk for the coffee or tea (only creamer packets).
