- Maria Inês Almeida (4/5): - Cheiro do quarto muito desagradável, ruído intenso das unidades exteriores de AC, as refeições não variam, colocam 1 toalha para 2 pessoas (pedimos a segunda e só recebemos 1 dia depois e com insistência). Como fomos dormir a outro hotel, percebemos que não era um problema geral em São Tomé, era mesmo deste hotel.
- Marta (5/5): Fraco - A limpeza foi um ponto positivo, assim como a localização em relação ao centro da cidade, permitindo o fácil acesso a restaurantes a pé. O staff não é um ponto positivo, havendo um ou outro funcionário bastante antipáticos. Para além disso, não foi positivo no último dia se terem dirigido ao quarto para dizer que tínhamos que fazer o pagamento da nossa estadia, quando a mesma tinha sido paga no momento do check-in. Foi desagradável. O quarto onde ficámos inicialmente estava posicionado num local em que se ouvia um barulho persistente daquilo que julgámos ser as máquinas dos ares condicionados, pelo que tivemos que solicitar uma mudança de quarto. O nosso quarto não tinha janela. O pequeno almoço também é um ponto menos positivo, uma vez que tinha pouca variedade de comida. Para além disso, não houve uma hora certa para o início do pequeno almoço, que supostamente começa às 07h. Num dos dias, pedimos uma omelete que nunca chegou a vir. Os quartos e os corredores de acesso aos quartos têm alcatifa. Segundo o que consta aqui no Booking, o hotel tem centro de spa e wellness, o que não corresponde à verdade.

- andrezinho332 (7/5): Alojamento novo e muito espaçoso - O alojamento é muito bom, novo e espaçoso. Quarto com uma cama bastante confortável. Pequeno almoço com bastante oferta e variada. Fica perto da zona central da cidade, facilmente acessível a pé. O Funcionário da recepção super atencioso desde o primeiro momento Não havia praticamente água quente. Houve apenas por 2/3 min à noite e nunca mais houve. A água do lavatório deixou de haver à noite, voltou de manhã mas por apenas 1min sem qualquer aviso. A senhora que estava no pequeno almoço foi pouco prestável quando lhe foi pedido apenas um copo, e esteve o tempo todo a ouvir vídeos no telemóvel com o mesmo com o som bem alto, o que incomodou bastante no momento do pequeno almoço.

- Benedict (8/5): Very good - The hotel is on a quiet side street so not much noise. Most places in Sao Tome were in walkable distance but you can easily get a taxi or moto from the hotel. I liked the design of the room and it had good AC. The staff were very helpful even when there was a language barrier.

- Yahnedum (8/5): I’m all, my stay was good and exciting - The facility is located close to the city center. Very quiet location away from the noise. Clean room at all times. Staffs are helpful (for English person, you’d have to deal with the translation app). You don’t need to worry about getting transport. Hotel helps with forex exchange as well The breakfast is always the same. Some variety would help. I think the price is a little high for this facility

- Rebecca B (8/5): For Singles on a Business Trip - This hotel works well for a single person, but the rooms are not sufficient for two people. It is not particularly clear from the listing that the bathroom is not a separated room; it is just a sectioned off part of the bedroom. The breakfast is good, and the hotel is exceptionally clean. For a single person on a business trip, we would recommend it.
