• Taeseok (8/5): - 아늑하고, 편안했어요. 주차장에서 바로 숙소까지 원스톱 이동 가능하도록 번호키 방식이라 좋았어요. 아침 식사시간에는 외국인이 많더라구요. 유명한 가 봐요. 욕실에 욕조가 없는 게 좀.... 요즘 없애는 추세인 듯하지만....피곤한 몸 좀 담그고 싶었는데...

• Doyoun (10/5): 깔끔한 비지니스 호텔 - 객실이 깔끔하고 침대가 편안하다. 이마트가 가까워서 걸어갈 수 있다. 주차장 발렛 시스템. 이른 아침에 체크아웃을 해서 괜찮았는데, 몰릴 때는 많이 기다려야할 듯.

• 달곰살곰 (7/5): - 울산 시내랑 접근성이 좋아요! 무난한 숙소라 생각이 되고, 짧게 머무를 계획이면 가볍게 가기 좋다고 생각합니다 모든 룸서비스가 어플로 진행을 해야하더라구요? 방에 왜 전화기가 없지 했는데, 환경정책 등으로 모두 온라인으로 전환한게 조금 아쉬웠습니다 답변이 느린 것은 아니지만, 전화로 하면 더 빠를 수 있는데, 굳이 어플로 전환했어야 했나 하는.. 샤워부스의 샤워헤드가 고장나서 들어가자마자 설비팀을 불러야 했네요..! 그 외에 불편한 점은 없었습니다

• Asaf (10/5): Staz Hotel Ulsan - The hotel is very high end and has a lot to offer, great breakfast, insanely good room (very luxurious) and was comfortable. The underground parking that the hotel offers is paid (5000 W per day) and it was hard to understand and communicate with the employees that run the parking (Kakao parking - not related to the hotel) But overall it was fine..

• Dado (5/5): Nice hotel but unfortunately poorly managed - The hotel is approximately 300 meters from the City centre. In the immediate vicinity, there are 2 nightclubs for those interested. Rooms are nicely decorated, with a selection of pillows to like. Coin laundry shop on the 3rd floor. 24 hrs convenient store on the ground floor. The air conditioning was switched off and not working. As there is no staff (no reception), there is no one to complain to, especially if you are a foreigner. Windows can open very little, so no help at all. Ventilation in the toilet didn't work either. The hotel safe is out of order and probably needs replacement batteries. Underground parking is run by different Companies and is relatively tiny/crowded, so if you opt for it, they may take your car to another location (kind of walle parking). Breakfast offered is way too limited and quite expensive for what is provided. Rooms wifi is a bit unstable, but not bad. Cleaning service, bedsheet replacement, and towel replacement are available only upon request one day in advance. Before checking out, the hotel sends an Email asking you to clean your room and leave it tidy ?!?!

• Verified traveler (6/5): - 숙소 내부는 넓진 않았지만 깔끔하게 잘 되어있어서 좋았습니다. 그런데 조식 식당은 영.... 테이블 청소도 안되어있고, 음료 리필도 한참 기다렸고 그랬네요. 아무래도 뷔페식이 아닌 제조해서 주시는거다보니 그런것 같긴 합니다만 조식 먹으면서 불편했네요. 그리고 호텔 정문 바로 근처에 재떨이가 있어서 담배연기가 로비에 들어오거나, 출차 대기중에 담배연기 맡을 수 밖에 없는 환경이라 불편했네요.

• Selina (8/5): Very good - The staff was very responsive. We were a bit hot in our room and as soon as we contacted them through the chat they went to our room to check the thermostat. They even returned to deliver a fan to help us stay cool at night (there is central air so the aircon only goes so low). The location is a short walk to the market, the local train station (not KTX), and buses to take you anywhere in the city. The contactless check in was a little confusing and took longer than anticipated (I was a little confused by the email but they did send an email prior to check in). The English site for check in was as easy to navigate as the Korean, once I found the Korean site the process was fast! The breakfasts were just ok.

• Keir (9/5): A solid room with smooth staffless check-in. - Clean and simple room. Easy online check-in with no need to speak with anyone. A surprisingly painless experience. The room was too hot and the temperature controls did not work well. I had to sleep with the window open to cool down.

• Yo han (8/5): 주차비는 쫌... - 예약시 주차비 부과를 고객이 알 수 있게 고지하지 않네요. 카톡 문자에 안내가 돼 있지만, 문자도 로비에서 직원에게 전화 한 후에 와서 주차요원이 주차비 내라는 말에 어이가 없었음. 시설은 나름 깨끗합니다. 수건 넉넉히 주는 건 타 호텔과 비교하여 아주 좋은 서비스로 칭찬합니다.
• Matyas (6/5): Don't stay here on hot days, otherwise a good choice for a couple of nights. - The check in went smooth. Costumer service was happy to help. Wifi worked well, each room has its own router ACs in the rooms we booked could not cool down the hotel, so it was 28-29°C in the room during the day, 24-25°C during the night. Common areas did not have AC at all. The gym is really poorly equipped, do not expect to do a full workout.

Everything is done through online check-in. Makes you win time and allow for lower prices, but don't expect to get recommandation about the city.
• sion (10/5): - 생각보다 저렴한 가격에 비해 편하게 쉬다왔습니다~! 단지 조식먹을 때 식당 에어컨이 안되서 매우 더웠으며, 곧곧 복도에도 에어컨이 작동하지 않아 매우 답답함을 느꼈습니다. 그치만 그래도 피트니스 센터도 있고, 룸이 좁아도 나름 청결해서 친구와 1박 하기엔 큰 무리가 없었습니다
