• Kishan (8/5): - The cleanliness, amenities, breakfast and location. The room has jacuuzi built in it(at least room no 4 had). Location has bus stop literally 1 min away and metro station is 7-8 mins away. The location is a bit away from city centre but that gives you a different area to explore.

Although I have also been to five-star hotels, I have had different experiences staying in hotels, but this hotel exceeded all my expectations. There was a lot of attention to important details that I have not seen anywhere else in other hotels. If you choose this hotel, you will never go wrong. It is the best hotel in Rome in a very convenient location and I will come there again and again. Staff is very responsive and friendly🇮🇹🫶✨️

Quartier calme, a 5mn a pied de la gare pour le train vers l aeroport, les bus au pied de l immeuble pour aller au centre, et a 5mn a pied du métro. L hébergement est parfait, propre et bien équipé. Le petit dejeuner est en self service , ce qui est parfait car pas d horaires , et il y a tout ce quil faut. Maurizio le gérant a ete parfait pour l accueil et les conseils pour les restaurants et un centre commercial alimentaire a proximité ou les produits italiens sont moins chers qu en centre. • Alyssa (9/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was very communicative, gave good recommendations, and let us keep our bags there before and after checkout time! There were chargers for different phone types on each side of the bed, a hairdryer, a straightener, shavers, makeup remover, and ac! The bed was also very comfortable. The breakfast included espresso, pastries, cereal, toast and yogurt. I just want to note that the location is about an hour walk to where all the attractions are. However, it is conveniently located next to bus stops and a train station!

• Dina (10/5): Foi incrivel a nossa estadia, e adoramos o miminho da garrafa de Proseco e snacks. Parabéns - Adorámos, estava tudo limpinho, uma coisa muito importante para mim é no wc haver amaciador para o cabelo, que quase nenhum tem, mas eles têm,portanto mais um ponto positivo. O Mauricio é super simpatico, deu-nos boas dicas de sitios para comer que foram muito boas, tinhamos a banheira no quarto com hidromassagem, enchemos com água, mas não usamos a hidromassagem, pois fazia um pouco de barulho e nao queriamos incomodar outros hospedes. Foi muito boa a estadia.
• Paal Sigurd (10/5): Great place to stay when travelling alone to Rome. - The B&B Easy is located very close to Roma Ostiense train statio (5 minute walk). Maurizio is a wonderful host who will contact you before you arrive to establish contact. I've been communicating with him using WhatsApp. He has two flats that now have four rooms. Most rooms (I think) have a bathroom inside the room, but once I stayed the bathroom was separate (but still private). Both flats have a shared kitchen where there is some food (yogurt, cakes and cookies) and drink (juices, coffee, tea) available. For €2 you can have unlimited filtered normal or carbonated water. Everything is spotlessly clean and there are nice touches like chargers with different charging cables in the room. The TV has Netflix for free. Nothing
• Kurucz (10/5): - Nagyon kedves szállásadó, szuper elhelyezkedés (metro 5perc séta max), a lakás gyönyörű és modern, minden volt amire szükséged lehet. Tágas szoba, tiszta és jól felszerelt fürdőszoba, nagy tv, közös használatu konyha mindennel amire szükséged lehet (hűtő, vízforraló, edények, mosógép, kávéfőző). A szoba csendes volt, se a szomszédokat se kinti zajt nem hallottunk, a reggeli bőséges és finom volt. Minden van a közelben: bolt, patika, étterem, szuvenírbolt, fagyizó. A check in meg check out egyszerű és gördülékeny volt, Maurizio nagyon rugalmas és segítőkesz volt. -

Er hat uns erzählt wie das Frühstück funktioniert, jedes Zimmer hat seine Frühstück Box und man durfte sich Kaffee und Sprudel, Tee jederzeit ziehen😊 Am Bett waren für jede Bettseite ein Multilaufladekabel Anstecker, im Bad gab es viele Kleinigkeiten zum nutzen, die die meisten Hotels nicht besitzen😊 Wir durften sogar unsere Sachen über die Checkout Zeit im Flur stehen lassen. Er hat uns auch Tipps zur Besichtigung von Rom sowie Essensvorschläge via WhatsApp mitgeteilt. Der perfekte Gastgeber 😍

• Tai Jong (10/5): 만족스러운 투숙 - 체크인 전부터 위치, 접근방법을 친절하게 안내해주셨고, 슉소내 시설부터 주변 관광지, 맛집정보도 상세하게 설명해주셨습니다. 24시간 이용가능한 공용키친 및 커피머신, 정수기가 있어서 좋았습니다. 사용은 하지 않았지만 올인원 세탁/건조기도 있습니다(적당한 가격의 유료). 언제부터 오픈하셨는지는 모르겠지만, 상당히 오래된 건물임에도 숙소 안에서는 전혀 냄새가 나지 않고 청결하게 관리가 되고 있는 점이 가장 마음에 들었고, 전반적인 시설, 집기류가 모두 새것이고 깔끔하게 관리되고 있었어요. 관광지 한복판은 아니지만 위치도 좋은편이고, 전반적으로 만족스러운 투숙이었습니다. 지금처럼만 잘 관리된다면 다음에도 재방문 할 것 같아요. 가성비가 워낙 좋아서 특별히 개선할 점은 모르겠어요.

Pokoje z wygodnymi łóżkami, wielki tv smart z Netfiixem do dyspozycji, ciepło, czysto. Łazienka ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi do codziennej higieny akcesoriami, wystarczy tylko wziąć ze sobą szczoteczkę do zębów. No i na deser, dostęp do wspólnej bardzo dobrze zorganizowanej kuchni. Dostęp do expresu bez limitu, woda gazowana, soki, jogurty, pyszne ciasto no limits-poprostu super. Komunikacyjnie idealna baza wypadowa, 5 min do metra gdzie wszędzie się dojedzie, pod domem przystanek autobusowy nr23 bezpośrednio do samego Watykanu. 30 min do Koloseum pieszo. Z Flummicino pociąg stacja 5 min. Pociąg do Osti obok mieszkania w 30 min. Mieszkanie pomimo sąsiedztwa z koleją jest ciche. Wszystko ok.

En mi caso, estando embarazada, solicité si necesitaba la cocina para preparar algo especifico y eso se aprecia bastante. Un excelente lugar, recomendado a ojos cerrados. Hay que tener en cuenta que se puede escuchar el ruido proveniente de la calle, esto claramente no depende del host, si embargo, tambien ponen a disposicion unos tapa oidos ;)

• Lucio (10/5): Fantastic! - La posizione è ottima, molto centrale e dista 200 metri dalla fermata della metro, ottimo per muoversi in maniera agile per Roma! Lo staff è stato molto gentile e super disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Colazione e servizi al top e completi di ogni necessità, anche sopra alle aspettative. Sono stato veramente super soddisfatto!

• Alessandra (7/5): Sicuramente uno dei migliori in zona, ma... - L'accoglienza della signora, la posizione vicina a metro Piramide e stazione Ostiense, i comfort della camera (accappatoi, piastra per capelli e altri accessori moto utili, la possibilità di utilizzare il loro spillatore di acqua al costo di solo 1€) Nonostante i riscaldamenti fossero spenti, la camera risultava molto molto calda. Il bagno troppo piccolo, senza il bidet ma con doccino, lavandino molto piccolo.

• Manuel (8/5): L’ideale per un fine settimana in relax - Buona posizione, pulizia impeccabile, servizi eccellenti e host estremamente gentile e disponibile. Caldamente consigliato. Non sono abituato al western toilette, avrei preferito ci fosse stato il bidè in bagno, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con una bella doccia

• Serena (9/5): Da ora in poi il nostro punto di riferimento a Roma - Proprietario gentilissimo, posizione top a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro piramide, linea B con collegamento diretto con Termini in poche fermata. Stanza pulita, curata, il bagno con tante cose utili ( anche una piastra per capelli! ) colazione buonissima, tutte le volte che torneremo a Roma torneremo sicuramente qui!!! Niente da dire
