- Noam (9/5): Spacious Units with Private Onsen - Very Spacious Units: The accommodations are incredibly roomy, offering plenty of space to relax. Private Parking & Garden: Having dedicated parking and a small, private garden attached to the unit is a fantastic convenience. Private Onsen: The inclusion of a private onsen is a standout feature, perfect for relaxation. Fresh & Tasty Pastry: While breakfast is basic, the fresh and delicious pastry provided is a definite highlight. Beautiful Surroundings: The area around the property is quite picturesque and pleasant. Train Noise: Be aware that there's some noise from passing trains, which can be noticeable. Mosquitoes Outdoors: If you're spending time in the garden, you might encounter a few mosquitoes. Lack of Comfort: Adding some cushions to the living room area would significantly improve comfort.

- Kelly (10/5): Wonderful guesthouse with onsen!! - The son and mother running the guesthouse were wonderful. It's a beautiful location, and because it is fairly far from the station, the son picked us up in his van at the station. We did have to call him to get us (which we knew ahead of time), so it's important to have the capability to do so or otherwise arrange it with the guesthouse host. We thoroughly enjoyed the onsen at the hotel with included yukatas and our very spacious room (had a heater/AC as well!). The sheets and yukatas and towels were impeccably clean and pressed. The son and mother had a lovely cafe with free beverages downstairs, and they also had a wonderful breakfast we paid for in the morning. I feel this guesthouse is truly a hidden gem and highly recommend it to anyone considering it. Easily one of the best places I have stayed at in Japan. My husband and I were so charmed during the whole experience. The mattresses were thin, which could be difficult for those with bad backs. Also, be aware that you need to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room, so very heavy bags may not be good to bring (possibly leave at a station coin locker or other luggage storage place and bring an overnight bag instead).
