• Sandra (8/5): - Als wir angekommen sind war eine sehr nette Rezeptionistin.Und die Angestellten nebenan im Gasthof waren alle sehr nett und freundlich und zuvorkommend.Essen war auch sehr gut. Der Frühstücksservice ist unfreundlich, kein lächeln oder ein guten Morgen in einem freundlichen Ton eher so es muss halt sein.
• Stefan (8/5): - Zimmer waren sauber und groß. Die Lage (Fenster nach hinten) war auch angenehm und ruhig. Check-in hat gut funktioniert... Beim Frühstück gab es kein Müsli und keine Mehlspeisen. Der angebratene Speck war eher verbrannt... Es hätte auch mehr Früchter oder Joghurt geben können. In Summe in Ordnung und gut, aber nicht sehr gut oder außergewöhnlich.

• Peppino (10/5): Theoretisch ist es ein schöner, ruhiger Ort, man kann sehr gut schlafen, das Zimmer ist sauber. I - Es war langweilig, dass ich keine Lust auf Frühstück hatte. Die Mitarbeiter müssen den Kunden begrüßen und auf ihn zugehen.Ich konnte nicht erkennen, ob es sich um Angestellte oder auch um Gäste handelte. Ich kamm ins Hotel und fragte nach einer großen Flasche Wasser. Die Angestellten schauten mich verwundert an und meinten, wir haben nur kleine Wasser. Normalerweise frage ich nie nach dem Preis, aber diesmal war ich neugierig. Der Preis überraschte mich. Dann drehte ich mich um und sah einen Getränke Automat voller mit kleiner Flaschen Wasser. Natürlich musste ich bezahlen. Der Preis war zwar niedrig, aber ich musste ja trinken. Komisch, für den Preis, den man für das Zimmer zahlt. Und dann steht nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer.

Das Badezimmer super groß Es gab keine zusätzliche Decke oder Kopfkissen im Zimmer. Und die Rezeption war zu unserer Ankunft um 17 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt so dass wir auch nicht darum bitten konnten

• Rozner (1/5): - We were generally satisfied with the quality of the accommodation and the food; however, the customer service we experienced during checkout fell far below acceptable standards. We made the reservation through Booking with payment at a later date, yet the full amount was charged or blocked on my account on the day of booking. At checkout, an older lady informed us that, according to them, we had not paid for the accommodation. When we explained that the amount had already been charged by the system, she immediately became agitated: she raised her voice, reacted with eye-rolling and hostile gestures, and repeatedly interrupted us. She showed no willingness to listen or look into the issue, and only kept insisting aggressively that we had to pay. It is important to emphasize that we showed no hostile behavior whatsoever. Eventually, a younger colleague took action in the background, and at that moment the system charged the fee again, so at the moment of checkout the amount appeared twice on my account. I understand that this was likely a system error and not the intention of the accommodation provider, but the tone and treatment we received were completely unacceptable from any service provider. The accommodation and the environment were pleasant, but treating guests with respect and calm communication is just as important. I hope that more attention will be given to communication and problem-solving in the future, as there is significant room for improvement in this area.
• Robert (6/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall OK - Die Lage war für meine Zwecke sehr gut, daher habe ich auch diese Unterkunft ausgewählt. Das Zimmer war groß genug, ein Safe war vorhanden, leider kein Kühlschrank. Das Bad war sauber, Dusche geräumig und mit Sitzgelegenheit! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sowohl von Auswahl als auch Qualität gut. Bei Ankunft war kein Toilettenpapier mehr vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren für meinen Geschmack viel zu weich. Das TV-Angebot ist sehr überschaubar. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis könnte jedoch besser sein.

• Bhatt (9/5): Excellent location and good value for money - Convenient location. Not too far from City Center. Able to use U6 public transport train and use either a bus or a walk for 15mins. Lovely view of the fields behind the hotel. Nothing.

Near to the subway station Siebenhirten that connects with Wien - we drove 2 minutes till the public parking there. No fridge/minibar in the room, no toilet accesories like napkins or shower caps (a bit unusual for 4 stars) - maybe would be available upon request, we haven't tried.
