В отеле вы все оавно будете только мыться и спа - Удобное расположение рядом с местом, откуда отправляются лодки на острова. Горячая вода, кондиционер, вид на море, персонал говорит по-английский. Хороший ремонт в ванной. Большой номер с балконом. Прямо под окном располагается караоке-бар, в котором очень громко поют песни до полуночи. Спать можно только используя беруши. Учитывая, что лодки начинают ходить в 5-30 утра, в тишине вы можете спать не более 5 часов. Персонал дружелюбный, но, не знает ответов на многие вопросы. Например, я приехала поздно вечером и спросила на рецепшн, где я могу купить тур на острова на завтра. Они понятия не имели, сказали, все закрыто. Хотя агенство на пристани работает круглосуточно.

- Louise (4/5): Hospitality was lacking. - The staff eventually brought us the fridge which was included in the family room we booked. Shower was broken and was held up with zip ties. The toilet seat was broken and the air conditioner was leaking and regularly spitting out ice cubes. Cats in cages near the front desk is not at all inviting.

Bathroom OK Bed uncomfortable, only one hard pillow The worst thing was however the music from a bar across the bay, really loud and lasted until really late. Wouldn’t recommend

- Nava (2/5): I do not recommend staying here. - We had a sea view room and the view was nice. It was close to our dive shop. Our room was right next to the bar with extremely loud music until 11:15pm. We could not block it out even with earplugs. The room was very over priced! Breakfast was not good. Few choices in a crowed small area with no place to sit.

- Melissa (2/5): - Hotel room itself was fine - comfortable and clean enough for the price. **The staff at this hotel may be the rudest people we’ve encountered in 5 months of traveling SE Asia. They were dismissive, rude and not helpful. Every time we spoke to them they did not look up from their phones and seemed to be loitering in the lobby most of the time. If you asked for anything, you were met with an eye roll or simply no response. I also found them defrosting frozen chicken in the lobby bathroom sink, hopefully that food was not being served to guests. We were made to feel uncomfortable/upset with every interaction. (This is not the same treatment we encountered at Speedy Divers - the staff there were wonderful!!)

They did not glean the room or change the towel even we stay for 2 nights! This is a hotel not apartment so they are supposed to clean and at least change the towel.

Room facing seaview you can hear music/song/singing from bar. The hotel is 3 storey and the sound from bar is too loud if you bring kids to stay it not suitable.

- Nur (8/5): Nice for a 3 start hotel. - Surprisingly, the room with seaview family room vip and queen bed vip seaview are big and spacious. The room with no seaview is cramp. All the staffs very nice and helpful. The breakfast is adequate. Clean room. Love the view of the sea from our balcony. The balcony also got clothes hanger to hang our wer swimming suits. The location also very strategic. Got watson, guardian and many restaurant seafood nearby. You just need to withstand the noises from the bar downstairs got people singing karaoke starting from 9pm till 12am? But i still can sleep soundly after 30min trying to sleep.

- Suryana (6/5): - The area around the hotel is dirty and since the rooms are not soundproof, we could hear the band playing till late or close to morning. There were many street beggars mostly very young children. The environment around is quite smelly too.

- Zoe (1/5): Do not stay here - The air con was good. We only stayed for one night as we were going to the islands early the following morning. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the conversations and the alarm go off from the room next door very clearly. We were in a sea view room and the windows do not block out any sound from outside either. It is right on the water and wash for Jetty’s however Semporna is not a great place. Street kids hanging around the outside of the hotel.
