- Stefan (9/5): Gut ausgestatte Unterkunft mit guter Verkehrsanbindung - Das Appartement liegt in der Nähe des Gürtels und ist gut an die Öfis angebunden. Es war praktisch eingerichtet, mit bequemen Betten sowie ausreichend Hausrat für Selbstversorgung ausgestattet und super sauber. Der Checkin per Automat hat reibungslos geklappt. Der Kontakt zur Crew war freundlich und unterstützend. Für meinen Geschmack konnte man die Fenster nicht stark genug verdunkeln.

- Vera (8/5): - Die Lage ist zentral, wenige Minuten von verschiedenen U-Bahnstationen entfernt. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft. Grundsätzlich stehen auch ein Kaffee- und Snackautomat zur Verfügung. Der Snack- und Getränkeautomat war kaputt und ist auch während des Aufenthalts von 3 Tagen nicht repariert worden.

Der Self-Checkin war total unkompliziert und es hat uns wirklich alles gefallen!!! Empfehle es jedem weiter!! Bei der U-Bahn Station Gumpendorf treiben sich wirklich komische Gestalten herum… Das war für die Kinder etwas beängstigend…

- Joanne (10/5): Wonderful Stay! - The apartment is beautiful and bigger than we expected! Spotless clean, it has all the things we need during our stay including laundry and luggage storage. Well equipped small kitchenette for us to heat up some food as well. The location is not very near to the center but good news is the tram/bus and train are just around the corner which conveniently connects us to the places we wanted to visit. Overall we're very happy with the apartment! Nothing

Dista a 30 minuti a piedi dalla piazza delle cattedrale di santo Stefano ma prendendo la metro ci arrivi in poco tempo. La città è ben collegata attraverso i mezzi pubblici. La camera è dotata anche di una cucina. Il bagno era molto carino seppur non grandissimo ma adatto alle sue esigenze. La via dell’hotel è silenziosa. Lo staff è sempre a disposizione per aiutare e rispondere alle richieste. Consiglio questo hotel Niente

- Borrely (8/5): Petit cocon a Vienne - Appart tres confortable fonctionnel et décoré avec gout. le ménage fait chaque jour remplacement des serviettes dosettes de café tout a éte bien pensé .l appart se situe a 600m du métro .résidence Calme .nuits tranquilles Le Tarif se situe moyen plus. Nous avons eu droit a une Terasse plus pour prendre le petit déjeuner ! Nous avons été enchanté et nous conseillons sans soucis l appart Oliver ! Juste si les oreillers du lit pouvez etre un peu plus confort .(un peu trop mou a notre gout .) sinon tout es Super !😉

- Noora (10/5): Tilava, moderni ja hieno asunto hyvällä hinnalla hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella. - Sijainti on erinomainen jos esimerkiksi olet osallistumassa konserttiin tai tapahtumaan Wiener Stadthallessa. Kävely hallille on helppo ja suhteelllisen nopea. Vierestä lähtee myös metro, jolla pääsee keskustaan kätevästi. Asunto oli moderni, siisti ja tilava. Oma parveke sisäpihalle päin oli todella viihtyisä. Asuntoon ei kuulunut tieltä mitään ääniä. Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen ovat helppoja ja nopeita automaatilla. Tien toisella puolella heti ruokakauppa. Ei mitään moitittavaa.

Se non si conoscono gli orari dei supermercati nel weekend, il rischio di rimanere senza acqua è dietro l’angolo.

- Yagmur Venus (9/5): Merkeze yakın değil ama otel konforundaydı çocukla gelmeye müsait çünkü yemek hazırlamak için her şey vardı. Giriş talim - Tesis çocukla gelmeye çok uygun, kahvaltımızı yapabildik rahatlıkla. Hemen karşı yolda su ve yiyecek alabilecek market var (PENNY) bulaşık makinesi için deterjan bile koymuşlar. Çok beğendim Bence merkeze uzak metroya yakın evet ama çocukla geliyorsanız 2 kez metro değiştirmeniz lazım ben 1 kez değiştirmek isterdim şahsen. Fiyat birax pahalı ama ne ucuz ki… ayrıca ilk başta giriş talimatları aşırı zordu. Yardımc olaxak kimse yoktu telefon etmek durumunda kaldık. Belki o yorgunlukla anlayamadık girişi bilemiyorum ama o kısım baya bizi gerdi

Easy access, lovely and quiet, super comfy bed, great shower, did not realise it was a serviced apartment, that was a nice surprise. Location was great for U4 or Tram 18 for our sightseeing. Lovely restaurant just a few minutes to the right of the apartment, Buernbraeu, loved it so much went back for seconds. Laundry access was great Thank you for a very enjoyable stay

- Olha (10/5): Чудові та комфортні апартаменти - Провели у готелі 3 ночі і залишились дуже задоволені. Все було чудово від самої реєстрації і до виїзду. Дуже гарні просторі апартаменти, чистота, обладнання у номері, зручне ліжко з білосніжною білизною, чудово обладнанна кухня, зручна та велика ванна кімната. Окремим топом була автоматична система відчинення та зачинення вікон та можливість опустити ролети для затемнення приміщення. Нам це допомогало вкласти нашу маленьку донечку спати. Все враховано до дрібниць для комфортного перебування. Можу сказати, що ми справді відчували себе, як вдома та ці апартаменти увійшли у мій особистий топ. Район також доволі зручний, прямо навпроти великий супермаркет, станції метро різних гілок за 10 хвилин неспішним ходом, ними легко дістатися до будь-якої точки Відня. Сміливо можу рекомендувати Oliver urban apartments. Та, якщо ще доведеться побувати у Відні, обов'язково повернемось сюди. Дякуємо Oliver apartments. Нема такого)

- Andrea (10/5): Tranquillo weekend a Vienna - Struttura moderna e ordinata. Cortile interno su cui affacciano i balconi. Silenzioso. Appartamento ampio e luminoso, bagno grande e ben allestito. Pulizia degli ambienti impeccabile. Cucina attrezzata e kit di benvenuto. Le tende consentono un buon livello di privacy e oscuramento della luce. Supermercato di fronte all'ingresso. Due fermate della Metro e autobus a pochi passi. Quartiere tranquillo e sicuro. Lo staff ha risposto con gentilezza a un problema che si è presentato prima della partenza: meravigliosi! Ho dovuto attendere che altre tre coppie di ospiti facessero il check-in all'unico terminale nella hall, 30 minuti di inutile attesa: nessuno della struttura era presente! Io avevo fatto la pre-registrazione online e ho impiegato al massimo 30 secondi a prendere la chiave. Nel quartiere non ci sono caffetterie per la colazione, poca scelta per la cena. Quartiere prettamente residenziale. Il Ring si raggiunge a piedi in 30 minuti.
- maria nieves (9/5): - Excelente limpieza, cada día pasaban a sacar la basura, reponen toallas cada 2 días, dejaban suficiente papel higiénico. Apartamento muy tranquilo, con cortinas y persianas mecánicas. Tenía suficiente luz natural. La ubicación no es la mejor pero está muy cerca del metro y el bus 57A pasa muy a menudo -la parada está muy cerca del apartamento- y va al centro. La cocina es muy pequeña; si piensas cocinar mejor te quedas en uno de los apartamentos más grandes. Ojo con los humos y vapor, no hay campana de extracción o no funciona muy bien. No hay bayeta en la cocina pero sí papel. El check in no es fácil. Lleva su tiempo y hemos visto a varios clientes que tenían problemas para hacerlo. No hay posibilidad de contactar a través de whatsapp.

- Yuen ha (9/5): Mijn verblijf was erg goed bevallen. Ik ga hier zeker nog een keer terug komen. - Het was een erg ruime appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt heeft het appartement. Ook een Nespresso apparaat. Elke dag werd er schoon gemaakt en bedden werden opgemaakt. Ook elke dag nieuwe handdoeken als je dat wilde. Zelf check in was erg handig alleen lukte bij mij niet meteen. Door te bellen werd het meteen opgelost door een vriendelijke man die ook Nederlands kan spreken. Het was even lopen naar het centrum maar wel een metro om de hoek.

- Jun (1/5): Bad experience, rude staff - The room is clean, and location is great The communication to the apartment staff is really, really bad. There are only 3 ways to contact the apartment should you have any issues with your stay: 1. International phone call which is expensive if your hold time is 30 minutes. 2. Email which is not responded to quickly 3. Go to the main entrance of the apartment to use the intercom to talk to a staff member, and it automatically cuts off every 2-3 minutes, so you will have to call again. The hairdryer in my room didn't work, so I had to go to the main hallway to talk to the staff. I followed the instructions, checking the locker room, bike room, and laundry room for a spare one, but none were there. After several calls and 30 min standing in the hallway, I was told a new hairdryer would be sent to my room the next day. The main point isn't about the hairdryer. In the middle of the night, standing in the hallway for more than 30 minutes, I had to call the intercom several times because of auto-disconnect. A better communication system should be implemented. Here is the message I got from the OLIVER after I posted my comments: "Our concept seems not to match your expectations and we strongly suggest to match your expecation with what you are booking. If a broken hairdryer results in the worst experience you had, you might need to think of a different hotel you are booking. Or maybe bring a hairdryer yourself when a broken item (which can happen naything, in any place) can not be repalced on the spot. Good luck with your travelling!" So unprofessional!
- Julia (5/5): Leider in einem Drogen-Hotspot gelegen - Die Unterkunft selbst mit der Terrasse etc. wäre wirklich total nett… aber… In der Umgebung befindet sich eine Suchtberatung, es hängen hier überall Junkies rum! Ohne Scherz um 8 Uhr Morgen hing einer mit Spritze im Arm vor unserem Eingang, überall floss Blut davon. Wir hatten 2 kleine Kinder mit das war wirklich erschreckend!

- Karin (7/5): - Es war alles da was man braucht. Bett war bequem. Lage ist gut, man kann viel in Gehnähe erreichen, die U-Bahn ist auch nur ein paar Minuten weg. Wobei die Gegend dort nachts nicht sehr einladend ist. Leider war in unserem Zimmer ein sehr unangenehmer, stechender Geruch. Nach der ersten Nacht war es ein bisschen besser, wobei wir ständig das Fenster gekippt hatten. Ich hatte nach einem Zimmerwechsel gefragt, aber das war uns dann zu kompliziert, weil niemand vor Ort ist.

- Ahmed (10/5): Séjour parfait dans un appartement confortable, calme et idéalement situé. - J’ai particulièrement apprécié le confort de l’appartement, sa propreté irréprochable et la qualité des équipements. L’ambiance calme permet de bien se reposer, et l’emplacement est idéal pour profiter facilement des alentours. Chaque détail était soigné, ce qui a rendu le séjour très agréable.
- Paralidou (10/5): - Είναι πεντακάθαρο,με πολύ καλές παροχές και σε βολική τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά σε σταθμό του μετρό. Πολύ συχνά δεν είχα σύνδεση στο internet με το wi fi, χωρίς όμως αυτό εμένα να με ενόχλησε ιδιαίτερα. Απλα είναι κάτι που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί.
