Was een dame aan de receptie die vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Douchekop kwam geen water uit. Alleen uit de handdouche. Minibar werkte niet. Personeel mocht vriendelijk zijn. Brak balkonu, bardzo głośne odgłosy pociągu za oknem, problemy z brakiem miejsca do parkowania, mało urozmaicone śniadania, łazienka wymagająca odświeżenia.

Направихме резервацията рано сутринта, пристигнахме към 21:00ч. на същия ден. Бяхме пътували много километри и искахме да се настаним, да се освежим, да се чуем с близките си и аз да поработя дистанционно. Но нищо от това не бе възможно. Качихме се до указаната стая, картата не отвори вратата, наложи се да слезем до рецепция и разбрахме, че рецепционистката не ни е активирала картите и за двете стаи. Качихме се отново. Влязохме в стаята, нямаше кърпи, нямаше и нито едно шише вода. Наложи се да звъня няколко пъти до рецепция, за да получа вода и кърпи. 30-40 минути по-късно все още нямахме интернет достъп, проблемът беше, че все още не сме регистрирани. Закуската беше много оскъдна, в сравнение с предишни години. Напуснахме хотела към 09:00 сутринта. Абсолютна липса на организация. За краткия 12 часов престой, нищо не беше както трябва, с изключение на това, че персонала беше любезен. Сменявам хотела за междинна нощувка.

The staff were very helpful throughout my stay. While the language barrier posed some challenges, I was still able to achieve most of what I needed. The hotel is well-located, close to the city centre, and provided a comfortable base for my visit.

We reported to the reception and informed us that we need to call the receptionist every time we need the AC . Which was so weird . I understand that they wants to reduce the cost but that effect the comfortably of being in the room

- Antonio (7/5): Si può fare di meglio - La colazione è ricca sia nel dolce che nel salato (cosa non sempre facile da trovare). La camera era grande e provvista di tutto. Lo staff al check-in non ci ha dato nessuna informazione riguardo colazione, password del Wi-Fi, cosa poter fare nei dintorni. La location risulta comoda se come noi avete necessità di stare vicino la stazione dei treni (anche se ci sono comunque 650mt non facili da fare coi bagagli) ma non è una bella zona e non è molto servita da mezzi/ristoranti. Bisogna utilizzare i taxi per muoversi soprattutto di sera.

- Faheem Rizvi (7/5): Good Value for Money. - Hotel was big, room was big. All amenities available and room was modern. Breakfast was really good. Valet was available for car parking. Hotel doesn't have a big parking area but you can find space nearby. Location was also good, close to all touristy areas of Izmir, like Kemeralti Bazar and Alsancak, Kibris Sehetleri Cadessi. Airport is also 30 minutes drive. Staff was friendly and courteous. Extra Bed was provided for my child free of charge. The Wifi wasn't that great and coverage was bad in the room. Otherwise it was all good It's right next to a main road so it's a bit noisy throughout the night with cars passing by

- Petrovskii (5/5): Too basic, too expensive - Breakfast was fine in most of the cases and cleaning was good. Most of the stuff is incapable of speaking English. The location is really bad, just in front of the highway. They treat people based on their passports and nationality, so you need to have a European or a booking reservation to be treated in a better manner. Quite basic rooms and everything. I've seen two rooms and all of them were quite bad and not worth its cost. There was a hole in between the window and the wall. AC was loud and there was always a tradeoff to open the window and listen to cars or to turn on the AC and listen to it. Dirty windows Leaky toilet
