Supervisor of reception elizaveta is one of the best and professional staff you can find, she is ready to help you if any questions or problems you have. She talk English fluently.
- MariaDeGuadelupe (10/5): The best hotel in Roza Khutor. - Perfect hotel! Have stayed here many times, always friendly and helpful stuff! Good location, tasty foos in the lobby caffe, marvelous views if you choose a room with the river view. We come here in all seasons, and each has its pros: winter skiing, spring blossoms, summer mountain and beach holidays, “gold” autumn.
- HAROON RAFIQ (10/5): Enjoyable stay at Golden Tulip - The location is probably among the best you can get. The staff and service were brilliant. The breakfast buffet though not super elaborate has a very good selection of varied items. The lunch buffet is real value for money.

Clean and elegant rooms, kind and helpful staff and a really great breakfast! This hotel is a my preferred stay in Sochi.

- AlexMiff (8/5): Aleksey - We have a superior room for 2 adult and one child. It was big size room, full equipment. There was Very clear in the room and everywhere in the hotel. Personal was very helpful. All was very nice except two subject: First at all it was very noisy from the river it is ok for a day, buy for me it is terrible at the night if windows is opened. And second: I can’t close windows because the central climatic system was not worked. It can only increase a temperature in the room without cooler ability (winter mode: cool mode is switched off) but it’s so stupid in may month then it is 30 degree in the street on day and 20 at the night. That is why I must stay opened windows whole day. So we can chose: sleeping in a strong noisy with normal temperature or sleeping in a few noise (but it isn’t quiet ;) with hight temperature and stuffiness. This subject was awfully. We asked quiet room in our booking ;) but nothing ... All another it was excellent.

- ANNA (8/5): Неплохо, но хуже, чем ранее, не 4 звезды точно - Останавливаемся не первый год, но как-то все похуже стало... Цена и заявленная звездность уже не соответствует реалии. Номер не очень уютен, для 4 звезды странно отсутствие косметич.принадлежностей в ванной комнате, всего пара полотенец. постельное белье с дыркой, на тахте пятно, в ванной комнате косметич.ремонт сделан не аккуратно. В прошлом году было меню подушек. сейчас - нет, не особо важно. но показатель сервиса ... Убогий набор каналов в пакете кабельного. В сауну не попали - все расписано и занято, а наличие сауны с бассейном после катания для нас было важным фактором при выборе отеля. Более всего разочаровал ресторан. в прошлом году выбор блюд на завтрак был значительно шире, а сами блюда качественнее и вкуснее, из плюсов остался только морковный фреш, но графинчик разливается постояльцами за пару минут и далее надо долго ждать следующей порции.. В прошлом году очень остались довольны ужином, сейчас - стоимость выше, а выбора блюд практически нет и качество желает желать ... ну что это : жаренные окорочка, оливье почти из одного картофеля ... столовая какая-то ... поэтому в прошлом году все столики на ужин были заняты, а сейчас - ресторан пустой...

- Marina (6/5): Изменить подход к уборке - Отель неплохой, останавливаемся второй раз, неплохое состояние, есть комната для хранения горнолыжного оборудования, но очень странный подход к уборке номера. Уборка по правилам отеля заканчивается в 20.00, т.е когда ты приходишь с катания в 16.00, номер не убран. Отель предлагает тебе выбрать удобное время для Уборки, например, до 15.00 и все равно его не соблюдает. Не считая этого, все хорошо

- Alexander (6/5): Отель для непритязательных гостей - Затхлый запах в номере, слабая звукоизоляция между номерами, халат и тапочки маленького размера - не для мужчины. Встроенные шкафы в прихожей неудобны для пользования. Никаких преимуществ перед трехзвездночным «Тулип Инн нет.

Спали вчетвером на одной кровати) в тесноте да не в обиде)

- Nunya (2/5): Avoid if you're in a wheelchair. - The staff for the most part were just rude. They pretend they are oblivious to situations, when they very cleverly aren't. They took 3 hours to deliver room service my first night, and then had the audacity to send the wrong food and leave the right food in the kitchen. If you are going to serve raw fish, write raw fish, it wasn't even written raw fish in Russian. Learn what a caesar salad is. Because it doesn't come with Swiss cheese, it's meant to come with parmesan, fish isn't supposed to be raw with a caesar salad, and you can make all the sushi jokes you like, but it just makes you look more horrible as people! You don't have a "swimming pool" so take that off your Expedia listing!!!! Also, a wheelchair accessible room means someone can hang up their clothes, use the safe, wheel to the window and be able to draw the curtains. You don't have any of this. Your ramp has a gap and a less experienced wheelchair user, without the arm strength would have flipped backwards. Your taxi driver over charges and is completely ridiculous! He shouldn't be allowed to drive and once again just yet another rude person. Don't have your maids breaking into my room and/or banging the door down while I'm sleeping, invest in "do not disturb" hanging door signs. Eventually, I made my own! Better off staying at the Mecure or the Valset Apartments. Oh and if you try to get food delivered because their own restaurant is so mean , they go out if their way to make sure that us 3 hours late as well.
