He went above and beyond to help us in everything we needed, even though we did not speak Italian. Vladimiro, was also very kind and friendly during breakfast. Despite the fact that the hotel does not have a good location, I would highly recommend this hotel because of its excellent service. Thank you Guglielmo for making us feel VIP customers.
