• Gabriele (10/5): Unerwartet gelungen und weit über das Übliche hinausgehend - Das auf den neuesten - auch ökologisch - Stand gebrachte Agriturismo mit seinen polyglotten und sehr großzügigen Inhabern Carlotta und Fausta hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Gartenanlage mit einem großen Swimmingpool. Die nahe gelegene Strasse hat überhaupt nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, ausreichend und wurde persönlich serviert. Man war schnell in Alba und Asti und den umliegenden pittoresken Dörfern. Man kann es nur empfehlen!

• Julien (10/5): Magnifique séjour aux petits soins. - Très bel endroit soigné par Fausto et Carlotta. Un accueil chaleureux, un déjeuner extra avec des produits frais locaux. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins, se sont proposés et ont effectués les réservations des restaurants, dégustations aux vignobles selon nos souhaits. Location d'ebike récents et soignés également. L'endroit est idéalement situé. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet agriturismo et remercions Fausto pour ses services.

Carlotta und Fausto sind außergewöhnlich herzliche Gastgeber – aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und unglaublich zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch: frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und mit vielen regionalen Produkten.Auch das von den beiden organisierte Abendessen in einem hervorragenden Restaurant war ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die von Fausto geplante Weindegustation – absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die die Region und ihre Weine wirklich kennenlernen möchten. Eine Unterkunft, bei der einfach alles stimmt.

• Lise (9/5): Très bel endroit, propre et bien entretenu dans un cadre chaleureux, idéal pour découvrir la région. - Le petit déjeuner est très généreux, Fausto et son équipe était au petits soins pour nous, on s'est régalé. La literie est parfaite. La situation géographique est idéale pour découvrir la région. On est prêt de tout. Fausto nous a conseillé des restaurants où nous avons bien mangé. La Cascina est superbement restaurée, et on peut même encore profiter de la piscine fin octobre. Encore merci ! Tout était bien en général, peut-être qu'il manquait des portes serviettes dans la salle de bain, la cloison de notre chambre manquait d'isolation, une prise électrique à coté du bureau aurait été le bienvenu ainsi qu'une lampe de bureau. De quoi écrire aurait également été apprécié.

For example, they were very flexible with our late check in & check out times and they couldn’t do enough for us… including booking us a restaurant & helping us plan our bike ride! It was also sweet of them to acknowledge my partner’s birthday with a candle & cake at breakfast and gave us gifts of wine & a lavender soap as we departed. It’s these fine details & finishing touches we really appreciated. Other than that, the place is extremely clean & well cared for. Breakfast is also yummy with high quality produce. Thank you!

• Jolanthe (10/5): Heerlijke relaxte dagen in een mooie agriturismo midden in het Barolo gebied - Mooie en ideale ligging in Barolo en Barbesco gebied! Gebouw en kamers zijn nieuw en uiterst verzorgd en netjes. Daarnaast is de service van Fausto de eigenaar erg fijn. Op alle vragen een antwoord en helpt en denkt mee in het ontdekken van het gebied, incl bv ook reserveringen van (uitstekende) restaurants op toplocaties in het gebied. De MTB e-bikes waren nieuw en werkte uitstekend. Daarnaast mooi zwembad met hapjes en drankjes die je zelf kan pakken (tegen een minimale vergoeding). Tenslotte prima ontbijtje. En ook nog laadpalen voor elektrische en hybride auto's beschikbaar. Al met al perfect plekje! Kunnen even niets bedenken

The breakfast each day was delicious with fresh and homemade produce. The room was excellent and comfortable and super clean. The pool was lovely. Fausto and Carlotta looked after us so well and made dinner reservations for us. We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

The location, right in the heart of the region, gave us the perfect place to explore the amazing Barolo and Barbaresco areas. The pool and bar area was a fabulous place to relax between visits to the many beautiful nearby villages. An ideal base for exploring the beauty of Piemonte. Can’t come up with anything.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast and very good coffee served in a plesant atmosphere. A plus is the small shop with local products and some wines. Easy access. There is a nice and long swimming pool, unfortunately in november we couldn’t enjoy it…The lavander field should be a pleasure during the summer. The owners knew how to transform an old farm into something modern, keeping its old charm. Maybe some Lavazza coffee in the room…
• Burak (10/5): wonderful - We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at Cascina di Carlotta. The farmhouse is in the middle of the vineyards and hazelnut trees also in a central location for easy drive to many Barolo and Barbaresco region villages as well as Alba. Needless to say, a car is needed. The farmhouse and the rooms are super modern and very tastefully decorated. A great breakfast awaits you every morning with products from the farm. The owners accommodated all our requests. Thank you Fausto and Carlotta.

Also Fausto gave us excellent recommendations of restaurants, supported us with the appointments and was really dedicated to make our stay the best as possible We liked everything on the property.

The rooms were modern and comfortable. Breakfast was a scrumptious continental with local bakery, cheeses and meats. The farmhouse was situated in a central location for touring Alba and the key wine regions of Barolo and Barbaresco. Everything was 15-20 minutes in either direction. Fausto couldn't improve the cloudy weather. Fortunately he was able to keep the rain away until the morning we checked out.

He seems to know everybody!! New e-bikes to rent with full equipment! There is even a Tesla charger!

• Michael (10/5): A jewel in the crown of Piedmonte hospitality - If it was possible to score more than 10, then the owners would manage that easily. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests are taken care of. TRULY EXCEPTIONAL I didn't like leaving. I had such a good experience I wanted to stay a bit longer and not move on to my next hotel.

• Amy (10/5): An absolute delight - can't recommend highly enough! - I truly can't say enough good things about La Cascina di Carlotta! Starting with some basics - the rooms/bathrooms are clean and good-sized and it's extremely well-located. What exceeded my expectations... - Fausto is the best! Before we had even arrived he reached out to provide some dinner recommendations. He booked our dinners for us the three nights we stayed and they were all exceptional (and different)! We had our own plans for the most part during the day, but he had great recommendations for areas to visit/events to attend as well. Honestly it was like having a personal travel agent. - The breakfast is great - so many options, great service, and a nice dining room that provided a sense of community. In the afternoon Fausto shared some of their homemade beers with us and other guests as well. - Dogs, donkeys, homemade products from their lavender fields in the bathrooms... Just great vibes. All around. It's also super kid-friendly - I was traveling with a friend for this trip, but I would love to come back someday with a family of my own. Ultimately I can't recommend La Cascina di Carlotta highly enough!
• Marianne (10/5): Perfetto - We had such a wonderful time… the location is excellent, the building is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable (great beds!). You will be welcomed by a curious pack of donkeys, three very sweet dogs and, most of all, a wonderful host. Make sure to ask for restaurant recommendations, these people sure have style and taste! Breakfast was above all expectations as well. We were spoiled with quality and kindness. We hope to return in the future.
• Emma (10/5): Perfect for rest and relaxation - Cascina di Carlotta was a beautiful place to stay! Very modern and well maintained with a nice pool. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a selection of chocolate Hazelnut spreads made by the owner Fausto. And if you love animals, they have three very sweet dogs and some donkeys on the premises. The location was great for us, near the main roads and only a short trip away from loads of pretty villages. Fausto is a very generous host, helping organise and book activities and restaurants throughout the trip. All suggestions were incredible! Thank you for a great stay 😊
• Annika (10/5): Exceptional - La Cascina di Carlotta was an absolute joy to stay at! Fausto and the team were all incredibly helpful and friendly, and their generosity was exceptional. The breakfast was first-rate, the e-bike hire was enjoyable and affordable, and the Jacuzzi and pool were really pleasant. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough and would love to return one day.
