• Anneliese (8/5): Prima den Zweck (übernachten und frühstücken) erfüllt! - Da wir die einzigen Gäste waren, war es sehr leise (bei Vollbelegung dürfte Lärm ein Thema sein!) Das Frühstück wurde uns sehr nett pünktlichst serviert, das Zimmer war immer gesäubert; Falls jedoch jemand auch Verpflegung (Essen, Bar) wünscht, dann in ein Hotel gehen - das Clos M ist ein Gästehaus!

Het kleine zaaltje voor het ontbijt, er is nochtans een mooi zaal in het herenhuis met prachtige open haard die eigenlijk veel stijlvoller zou zijn om daar het ontbijt te kunnen nemen. Matras was doorlegen was dringend aan vernieuwing toe !

• Rita (8/5): Super verblijf in het hart van de Champagne. - Mooie kamer en badkamer. Zeer netjes. Lekker ontbijt. Prima ligging, vlakbij restaurantjes van Vertus. Grote, afgesloten parking. We waren met 3 koppels, er was nergens een hoekje waar we met zijn zessen konden samenzitten (vb om iets te drinken), behalve de ontbijtruimte, maar die was overdag gesloten.

• Laura (6/5): - Het ontbijt is goed maar weinig keuze. Aanbod fruit heel beperkt, geen eieren.
• Dirk (5/5): - De ligging. De prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Het ontbijt. We zijn er nu drie keer geweest. Mijn echtgenote vier keer. Onze indruk is dat de accommodatie met de tijd wat erodeert. De grote poort kregen we ‘S avonds bv. niet dicht. En zo was bijvoorbeeld de klink van de badkamer (binnenkant) los gekomen (kamer 2 - gelijkvloers). Dat zou beter kunnen worden opgevolgd.

• Paul (10/5): Quaint stay with lovely breakfast - The room was big and spacious, check in was easy and parking was secure and right outside the room. Breakfast was lovely, we were the only ones present and the lady running it was very accommodating with fresh produce. Exactly what we wanted from our stay, something non-generic and felt like a local stay.

• pascal (6/5): Twijfelachtig. - Goede ontbijt. Goede bedden. We kwamen hier al verschillende malen maar ditmaal viel het toch wat tegen: kamer niet zo proper. Badlinnen is aan vervanging toe. De ontvangst is zeer onpersoonlijk geworden. Je krijgt codes om binnen te komen. Ziet niemand meer. Bij een B&B die tevens champagne produceert zou je op zijn minst mogen proeven (om dan aan te kopen).

• Bart (8/5): - zeer mooie kamer en badkamer. ruime kamer. Positief is de parkeermogelijkheid en dat de poort gesloten wordt. Iets minder positief is het ontbijt. Een verse croissant per persoon en verse baguettes, maar geen eieren. Ik vroeg waarom er geen eieren bij het ontbijt waren en kreeg als antwoord dat ik dit bij het inboeken had moeten vragen. Maar wie weet nu op voorhand dat je geen eieren krijgt bij het ontbijt?
• Fiona (7/5): Lovely room and breakfast, very convenient, need to be able to switch the fan off! - It’s close to restaurants and champagne houses and a lovely cute room with slipper bath There was a fan in the room that kept turning on in the night which woke us up several times, it wasn’t the air con and we couldn’t turn it off. Also the clicker for the gates didn’t work, it doesn’t matter to get in as you have a code but if the gates were shut you couldn’t get out!

Le petit déjeuner était un peu décevant, un croissant, du pain quelques bouts de fromages, il est à améliorer. Peut etre presenter un options d’avoir un espresso au lieu d’un café filtre.

• Kerstin (6/5): Mediocre stay - Help in advance with dinnerreservation. The bathroom was alright. Breakfast as espected This was a complete disappointment. The bed was saggy so you couldn’t avoid falling into the middle during night. What was described as ” terrace, sunterrace and picnicarea was in fact two tables and chairs on the stonecovered yard overlooking the parked cars. We arrived when the reception was supposed to be open, it wasn’t. The information in the room was all in french, we never met a representative from the company. In the morning there was a frenchspeaking woman serving breakfast , she didn’t try to speak to us at all. When we left she was the one charging us.
• Doni (8/5): Convenient parking and clean accommodation with breakfast made special by helpful staff. - Helpful staff - Aurore manages the administration for the champagne house and the accommodations. Yet she found time to make reservation at a nearby restaurant for our dinner. Convenient and secure parking in the gated grounds of the accommodation. Room - ample and clean for family of 4.

• Fiona (10/5): Beautiful as always - This was the third time we have stayed here. Just as lovely as always. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had very good choices and lovely homemade jams. Always served with a friendly smile. Aircon in the room was brilliant and much needed. Lots to see and do in the area. We’ll definitely be returning!!

• Fiona (4/5): it was a very disappointing trip. - we’ve always liked this property. the location and security is excellent. when we have been before, we had a glass of champagne on arrival - that has stopped. the room and bathroom were really clean - they were not clean or properly maintained. the heating took ages to get it to work, the tap on the shower came off resulting in the bathroom flooding. the breakfast was not as good as previously. they are obviously saving money and the staff seemed very unhappy although they were helpful and pleasant.

• Georges (8/5): Idéal pour dormir, mais pas que... - Notre GPS ne connaissant pas la commune "Blancs-Côteaux", nous avons retrouvé ce lieu-dit sur celle de "Vertus" qui, elle, était répertoriée. Une fois passé cet écueil, la traversée des vignes jusqu'au Clos Margot fut plutôt agréable. Retenus par la vigne, nos hôtes avaient pris soin de nous donner toutes les indications nécessaires pour accéder à notre chambre, vaste, confortable et tout à fait calme. Bon petit déjeuner. En plus, la cuvée Vendémiaire mérite tous les éloges...
