- Verified traveler (4/5): - Leider haben wir ca. 2 Wochen vor der Reise eine Nachricht von dem Unterkunft Betreiber erhalten, dass das Apartment aus irgendwelchen Gründen zu dem gewünschten Zeitraum nicht zur Verfügung steht und hat uns die Wahl zwischen zwei seiner anderen Unterkünften gestellt. Wir haben uns für das Chiado Studio and One-Bedroom Apartment - by LU Holidays entschieden. Da ich auf diese Unterkunft keine Rezension schreiben kann, muss ich das ursprünglich gebuchte Apartment bewerten. - Es war leider nicht sauber, was man bei einer zusätzlichen Reinigungsgebühr von 40€ erwarten kann. - Da die Reinigungsgebühr vor Ort bezahlt wurde und das auch nur Bar ging, stelle ich mir die Frage ob die Reinigungsgebühr an der Steuer vorbei ging - Das Appartement hat sehr muffig gerochen, vermutlich Feuchtigkeit in den Wänden - Flecken am Sofa - verrostete Badezimmerablage - Handtuch mit Löchern - Eingangsbereich draußen war voll mit Müll + Die Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten
- Verified traveler (8/5): Grei leilighet i traseen til 28-trikken - Greit rom. Sikkert hyggelig med veranda inn i bakgårdsskyggen om sommeren, men kanskje litt påtrengende å se ned på naboens svømmebasseng uten å kunne bruke det. Forferdelig stank på badet, noe vi meldte fra om. Seinere på turen forsto vi at lukta ikke var noe spesielt for dette stedet. Ingen bad/wc vi kom borti, hadde vinduer, bare vifter. Kloakksystemet virker kort sagt ikke særlig moderne. Upraktisk var det også med ei dyne på deling i dobbeltsenga.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was modern, clean and comfortable. A few bars/ restaurants/shops close by. The famous No. 28 tram stops at the end of the street.
- jose (8/5): - L’attente à l’arrivée à l’heure du rdv la personne pour nous donner les clés nous a fait attendre 1h30 devant l’établissement. Et le stationnement pour la voiture es un vrai casse tête après 17h. Ne pensez pas faire une sortie en voiture le soir. Et assez loin des lieux sympa du centre ville et des restaurants pour une balade a pied. A part ça c’était plutôt raisonnable
- Gerson (4/5): Escolha ruim. - Local é distante dos pontos de turismo e pontos de gastronomia e comércio. Aparenta ter sido recentemente reformado, porém alguns de seus equipamentos simplesmente não funcionam e tornaram nossa estadia ruim, pois como exemplo citamos a máquina de lavar roupas que não funcionou em toda nossa estadia e perdemos recursos e principalmente TEMPO de viagem para lavarmos roupas fora. O elevador não funcionou algumas vezes, tanto que tivemos de usar a escada nestas ocasiões. E o mais desagradável de nossa estadia: combinamos um horário para sair (que admito era posterior ao contratado e que foi por sugestão do locador a liberação para ficarmos mais) e fizemos toda nossa programação. Para nossa surpresa, pouco tempo antes foi ordenado que o apto fosse desocupado no horário anterior, o que fizemos e perdemos uma programação. Sou usuário do site fazem muitos anos e normalmente escolho bem e nunca faço avaliação. Desta vez errei na escolha e decidi avaliar. Não voltaria.
