- Megan (7/5): Overall, our stay was fine, not bad but not great, but I don’t know that I would stay here again. - The location was great, super close to downtown, super close to the airport, super close to the freeway, lots of food places and a couple grocery stores and gas stations nearby. I love that there was a fridge and microwave and dishes and dishwasher, we were staying for 8 days so we purposely chose a place where we could make our own food and not have to eat out the entire time and that was nice. The room was really nice, and it was big. I loved that there was a nice big bed as well as the couch and desk, and plenty of drawers and things to put stuff in. I also liked that there was plenty of parking and the parking was free. My biggest issues is out of the 8 days we stayed there, housekeeping only came to clean our room 1 day. There was a sign in the room that said they only clean every other day, and that’s fine, but they definitely could have come a couple other days. So we got there Wednesday, they cleaned Friday. Then Saturday and Sunday we slept in and didn’t leave the room until noon and it didn’t get cleaned (we didn’t get back until about midnight both days). Monday we ended up not leaving at all. So Tuesday it desperately needed to be cleaned so we made sure we were out of the room from 8am until 1pm, but when we came back the room still wasn’t clean. Housekeeping came at 2pm that day to clean but we were already back because we assumed the cleaning was done before noon cause Saturday and Sunday when we left at noon it didn’t get cleaned those days. And then Wednesday was the same situation, we left in the morning and got back by 2pm and it wasn’t cleaned. So they need to make sure they have a consistent cleaning schedule. If they’re going to clean in the morning, clean in the morning. If they’re going to clean at 2pm, clean at 2pm. But at least be consistent so we know when to be gone so we can get the room cleaned. And then we took a late flight there and an early flight out so we got to the hotel at about 11:45pm to check in and we checked out at around 5:30am. Both times there was no one at the desk and we had to wait. It was the same employee both times. I get that those are weird times but it still is frustrating having to wait to check in/out when you don’t know where the employee is. The pillows were super flat and I wasn’t a big fan of that. And then my last complaint is there were not a lot of options of things to eat for the complimentary breakfast, and I have a gluten intolerance, so especially for me, almost everything had gluten (toast, waffles, muffins, English muffins, etc.).

Booked my room to someone else and called me even though I had been there 1 night already and asked me to change my room for that guest I was already gone and told them no. They weren’t happy. Trash was left from previous stay under sink. Sheets were dirty with crumbs.

- 561madelinj (2/5): THE STAFF, EVERYONE IN THIS HOTEL. - So’ Badddddddd, The staff is bad and they don't know how to accommodate the guests. They don't clean the rooms, they leave the bed unfixed properly, they don't respond if something happens to your car in the parking lot.

The breads were stale and hard. The coffee weak and lukewarm. The OJ must have needed stirring because it came out like orange water. If aren’t eating breakfast this was a great place to stay.

- 212cheritas (8/5): Nice Impromptu Stay - Nice hotel. I stayed here with my 4 grandsons, and the suite was nice, spacious and clean. The check in process was easy. If I had any complaints, it would be the surprise of the $250.00 incidental charge that no one advised me of when making the reservation. I feel that should be disclosed on the website as well as any other sites when booking. However, the young lady Mounika working the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was decent. This is off a very busy main street. I think it needs more lighting and signs showing how to exit at night. You do have your choice of many restaurants to choose from. I would stay here again.

Traffic getting in and out not the best as the area gets congested fast early in am but it is close to the freeway and there are several dining options very close. The workstation/desk setup was excellent and suited my needs very well. Staff was very helpful.

Rooms are spacious with pullout couches and small kitchen area. Has indoor pool and laundry facilities for the guest. Breakfast is decent. Will definitely come back to stay here whenever we’re here in the town.

Will definitely recommend this place.

- Chelsee (8/5): - We’ve stayed here a few times and almost everything is great. Love the walk in shower and the kitchenette. One star taken off for the uncomfortable bed though. Also for being a pet friendly hotel there should be hard floors in the rooms instead of carpet.

- mariahd465 (2/5): Worst experience ever! - Got locked out trying to swim, front desk lady was the rudest person I’ve ever meet. Waited a hour to get into a room at 10pm with a toddler and a pregnant female. All half dressed. Most accommodating place ever!! Rooms carpets soaking wet as well. There is a weird smell to the halls as well and a couple in pool area doing very questionable things, luckily no kids were in there any longer.

- Amber (2/5): - Hidden exorbitant fees and outrageous “deposit” which is really just a discriminatory smoking policy. None of us planned to do so in the room or property and this policy was listed nowhere online during reservation. We ended up not checking in and leaving because of this, and when we asked about a cancellation fee the lady said she would take care of it. Instead, I walk out and am charged the full charge of the stay (pre fees)! Shady hotel and practices.

Had to be moved 3 times because rooms were not cleaned. They looked like it at first but as soon as you started to get in and unwind the nightmares began.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Whole fourth floor and elevators smelled like weed - Our room wasn't very clean, bathroom was filthy, beds are uncomfortable and pillows squished down to nothing. They put us on the same floor as a 16 birthday party and i had 2 small kids with me and the girls were yelling and screaming all night running up and down the hallway and i had to put a towel rolled up in front of the door to keep the weed smoke out of our room. I will not ever stay at this hotel again!! Ridiculous for the price of it!!

- Jason (8/5): Overall, it was a good stay, we enjoy having a suite that accommodates our family and dietary needs. - Breakfast and daytime staff were very kind and courteous. Room was a great size and we were able to get extra blankets for my the couch. While the Lobby area for breakfast was great, the late evening time period 10-11pm while my wife and I wanted time away from the sleeping children it was too loud to have a converation or play a game. TV was too loud as clerk was watching TV from the desk. We ended up going back to the room for quiet, but before we were ready for bed. The room had USB charging ports but they did not work.

There was pet hair in pull out sofa (sheets not changed), dirty carpet (kids feet black after a few minutes), shower had hair in it (not ours). Staff was AMAZING and super friendly. We actually Kraft a night early as weed smells was super strong in our hallway so went ahead and headed home instead of staying last night.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bed bugs!!! - I regret staying here. The carpets in the hallways were stained and visibly dirty. The pool looked and smelled like pond. The carpet in the room was filthy, the picture on the wall was busted and covered in webs. But worst of all was the bedbugs infesting the couch/pull out bed and the rest of the room (room 201). The hotel would only move us to a different room but refused to refund or even discount our stay.

- Roy (6/5): - Our room was not that clean, and the floors were very slippery (as if not properly mopped). There was old food residue on the cabinet handles and the shower had fresh rings on the shelving that make it seem like they weren’t cleaned either. Just felt dirty in the room and after asking staff to come mop the floors, they said we were on the list but it never happened. We were excited because the pictures made it look pretty nice, but unfortunately, we will be looking elsewhere for our next stay in Columbus.

The initial assigned room was filthy. Dirty linen, soiled carpets, what appeared to be bed bugs on the pull out sofa.

- Michael (10/5): Great suite offerings - Customer service handled the issue i had with booking above and beyond what i had expected. The rooms were large and well organized. The beds are plush with great linens. Hot breakfast was good as well. The children really liked staying in the hotel.

It was in a decent location with plenty of food options around. Nice blackout curtains. Good size fridge and freezer for a longer stay. The carpets throughout were dirty and stained. The morning breakfast was bleak. Most places have bacon sausage scramble, etc. This hotel had ready-made breakfast sandwiches that were cold and seemed stale. The pool was small and overcrowded on this particular weekend. There are no fans in the bathroom to let steam out. The bathroom door had a broken lock.
