Rooms a good size and bathroom large with a walk in shower on its own space. Very clean. Breakfast buffet great with loads of choices especially fruit. During our stay attended a reception in the lobby bar and again loads of space and areas to sit and chat. Nearby food court at the bottom of the hill is great with all local food vendors, no chains. Try the haddock bites at the London Pub - delicious! Would stay there again

Perfect location for visiting family in the suburbs of Cincinnati. Secure parking garage. Pleasant staff. Dinner at the restaurant was okay but nothing to rave about. Charcuterie/cheese plate was basic and expected higher quality items.

- markG4573OE (2/5): This hotel charges you for extras that we never used - In my opinion, This hotel is NOT worth staying at. The parking is horrible. Tiny garage that fills up early. Had to park my truck at the bottom of the hill and carry my bags up the steps to the hotel. This hotel charges you for extras that were not incurred by me. I just explained how I had to park at the bottom of the hill.... Get this, they charged my room $19 for valet parking. What??? They also have extra charges on my bill for going to their bar to which I did not have a drink at. The management is terrible at customer service. Two hours after leaving the hotel I received a notification that my card was charged for more than agreed on, I call the hotel to be told that a Manager needs to correct the issue. I called the hotel three times over the next week and the Management team NEVER returned my call. Terrible experience for me. I would look around for other options.

- mester66 (10/5): Nice and Welcoming - The Summit Hotel ambiance, layout, decoration and facilities are very nice and welcoming. The Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are super comfortable and spacious. Everything was clean and the food was great. Since I was in a business meeting, the Hotel location was irrelevant for me. At night, since we were a big group of people, the noise level could be heard in the rooms, no matter which floor you were. I stayed in the top level, floor 9, and I could hear the noise from the lobby in my room.

Our son sent us a glass of champagne to wish us happy holidays and it was never delivered. I ask to speak to the manager and after a week returning home I finally received a call from her and she gave me every excuse as to why these things happened and did not address our experience.

- 588melindam (4/5): Not so stellar experience at the Summit Hotel - My husband and I stayed at the Summit Hotel from 10/26/2025 to 10/30/2025. The room was lovely and the service at the coffee shop was great. However, our experience with housekeeping was. Very disappointing. This morning I discovered that we only had one bath towel given to us. My husband had used it last night, but I didn’t have time to call for another when I discovered this problem this morning because we were in a hurry to leave. So I used his. Crumbs were never cleaned off the table. The floor was not vacuumed. On the morning of 10/27/25, while the the do not disturb sign was still on the door , a male staff member knocked at the door , wanting to come in. I don’t understand why he thought it was ok to knock at the door when we still had the DND sign on our door. I am very happy that you have Peloton bikes in the workout room, and I used the bike on the right. The video on the tv said exercise equipment is wiped down hourly. This bike had large amounts of crud on the bottom half and obviously had not been clean in a long time. The wipes were empty. I caught the attention of one of the workers and he brought some. The bike also has no cup holders. I had to hang on to my water bottle for the whole tried. This morning, when we checked out, I told the ginger haired lady at the front desk about the lack of towel and a couple of the other problems. She barely acknowledged the concern and just checked me out. I really would have expected better service from this hotel

- John (4/5): Stolen stuff - I had a hat, charger, cords and toiletries stolen when I went down to a meeting. They said the cleaning crew “couldn’t find” them. The cleaning crew cart was sitting outside of my room when I returned to room finding items missing. When I called them they wouldn’t reimburse for them.

I stopped and ask her for help, She immediately came and helped me get back in my room. Later on that evening I found out she was Executive Housekeeping Manager she was very kind and actually stopped on her way to a meeting to help me, To me that’s great customer service. I will definitely come back and stay at the hotel again.

I recommend the fish sandwich, but we felt that the pasta was just ok.

They forgot to clean my room and after 3 requests, 1 by phone and going to the desk twice, they reluctantly changed the sheets and left the dirty linen in the room. Didn't pickup dirty towels in the bathroom or refresh room amenities.

Her energy and personality really elevated the whole experience, turning a great meal into a fantastic night out.

She ensures we have what we need for the class, and that everything is set up exactly as we need it. The space is beautiful. I’m excited for the next one!!

- April (10/5): - Overall I Really Enjoyed My Stay. My check in process did cause some irritation. My reservation was not set up properly & I was assigned the wrong type of room. However, the STAFF was my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. Everyone was so welcoming & willing to help. The hotel is beautiful. I picked the hotel due to the artsy look of it. In person, it was even better. I love all the art work throughout the hotel. I appreciate the fact that they have transportation available if you are going within a certain distance & the gentleman that drove us was so sweet. One of my favorite parts was also that across the street is an eatery that has a nice variety of options..They also had live entertainment this weekend. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. If I had to give any type of feedback, it would be that with all the space that is available, they should consider adding a pool. I would also suggest to consider adding a small laundry facility for the guest. I also LOVE the designated scent for this hotel. I am really big on how a hotel smells. The Summit picked the perfect scent. I'm happy I picked this place to spend my birthday weekend.

- L3435VFjohnj (10/5): Good hotel that’s clean and comfortable - Second time staying here and everything was great. The front desk checked us in efficiently and was very friendly. The room is nice and spacious and clean. However, I don’t think the restaurant on 4th floor serves breakfast only dinner. But there are lots of good brunch options in the neighborhood. Only complain may be the parking, if you come back late there may be no space or spaces so tiny to park due to all the poles around. Good value and will want to return.

The breakfast buffet was great. Valet service for our car was very accommodating. And the entire place was very clean.

- B7381BDbethf (10/5): Wedding - We celebrated our daughter’s wedding at this location and the service was amazing. We contracted to have breakfast and coffees provided for the girls while they were getting ready and Shewna (supervisor) and Ethan (Barista) did an outstanding job! They were very attentive and timely to the wedding party. Shewna was also a part of the brunch that was served to our guest on Sunday morning as well. Again her and the staff did an amazing job of making sure the guests were well taken care of. Overall I was extremely pleased with the service we received. Thank to all the seen and behind the scene staff members.

- Julie (10/5): - Really nice, new, artsy hotel. Stayed here with family on a short trip to see the Cincincinatti Zoo. Staff was nice, rooms were very clean, parking was free, and there’s a food hall right next door with great dining options. I was surprised at how few guests were there. So, if you’re looking to book a big function, I’d bet they’d be able to accommodate. Seems like it would be a cool place for a wedding reception.

- laurietUS (10/5): Great experience in a beautiful hotel - This is a beautiful hotel in a very central location in Cincinnati. It is technically not downtown, but very close to downtown and other fun neighborhoods. Our King room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. We took advantage of the rooftop bar two nights of our stay and received amazing service from the bartender. The price was very reasonable and there is free parking onsite. We will definitely be back!

- briangervaciojesus (10/5): Good service and Clean Establishment - Stayed for a conference and the meeting spaces were very nice, and they have a free parking garage and the building and rooms are very clean. Front desk agents were efficient. Service for breakfast on floor 4 was great and Mike was very attentive. The bar is also top notch, I enjoyed my club sandwich and old fashioned. Claire was our server and she was fantastic.

- Thomas (6/5): - Went a few hours in the first room with no air conditioning, maintenance got it turned on but it never started cooling. Eventually moved us to another room, thankfully the AC was working there. Lots of kids running around and yelling at all hours of the night. The restaurant was decent but nothing notable. I was looking forward to carrot cake and it was unavailable at 8:00pm on a Saturday, I could see being out of it was late at night but if you have 2 dessert options I would think you’d plan to have enough to get you through a Saturday dinner service. 4.5/10 experience I will not make plans to return.

She was able to give us some tips and recommendations to make our stay better. The 4th floor bar has amazing drinks and everyone was very hospitable. Definitely worth going back!
