• Katherine (9/5): Great property, lovely stay - Great location, lovely apartment, clean, great services. Our sink was blocked for our entire three-day stay. You are also required to wear bracelets for the duration of your stay which was not comfortable or practical - they should change that to a badge or similar.

You can enjoy a beautiful sunrise and ocean view on one side, and an amazing sunset over the bay on the other. Ideal para unos días en la playa, bien conectado con los principales puntos de int - Funcional, vista impecable al mar y lateral, buena refrigeración, muy útil lavadora / secadora y cocina suficientemente equipada. Muy cordial el staff de servicios de playa. Elevadores no siempre funcionando en su totalidad. Deberían actualizar toallas y sábanas.

I am writing this to express my deep disappointment regarding a serious security incident during my recent four-night stay. On Saturday, while at the pool near the beach entrance, my iPhone was stolen. We reported the theft to staff immediately, but the response was entirely inadequate: • Technical Incompetence: Despite the property being equipped with numerous security cameras, the staff spent three hours reviewing footage only to admit they did not know how to operate the system or enlarge the images to identify the suspect. • Lack of Follow-up: We provided our contact information for updates; however, we received zero communication from the security team or front desk. • Avoidant Management: Upon checkout on Monday, I requested to speak with the manager. I was told he was not on-site and was directed to email a general concierge address instead. • Zero Accountability: Despite emailing the manager as instructed, I have yet to receive a single response. The lack of concern for guest safety and the total absence of professional communication is staggering. I had to replace my device entirely out of pocket because the hotel failed to provide even basic assistance in a criminal matter occurring on their premises. Bottom line: This establishment does not value its guests or their security. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

• David (9/5): Great building just needs couple smalls upgrading. - Loved the Valet. Loved the option of a chlorine pool and/or a heated saltwater pool. The housekeeping leaves us stained sheets. The wristbands for the beach and pool need some work. Not adjustable. They'll tighten up but won't come loose. The near by attractions are hr + away. Traffic is insane coming and going anywhere.
• Gilberto (7/5): I would come back , a very nice hotel at the beach - I stayed 3 times in this hotel , each i had different experiences,the rooms are beautiful facing the ocean, but they should have black out blinds that makes the bedroom really dark ( the living room has no black out blinds , if you are traveling with someone else be advised, some balconies overlooks the other , if you are going to do a late check out, advise the front desk in the early morning,to avoid any stress of Housekeeper slamming your mom ,( very rude thing for a 4 star hotel ) The hotel is closed to the beach,fitness center although needs modernization has sauna dry and steam , and the team of the front desk is very nice

• Christopher (10/5): Vacation perfection - Amazing, amazing. Exceeded all expectations. The staff were so nice, polite and welcoming. Two heated swimming pools and a hot tub, pool table, ping-pong, sauna, steam room, valet and morning coffee. The beach is steps away, with free beach loungers. Condo was beautiful, clean and perfect for a family of 5.

Nytt kök med massa köksredskap. Bra gym. Extra parkeringskostnad att låta bilen stå kvar i garaget efter utcheckningstid. Problem med wifi på stranden

• Henk (10/5): The best stay on Miami Beach - The accommodation was absolutely wonderful and comfortable. The unit is very well equipped. The view is to die for. You can just sit on the balcony and see everything. The valet parking is included and that is a huge plus. You have direct access to the beach with loungers and umbrellas. We loved everything
