- Anton (1/5): גרוע - המיטה הייתה נוחה המיקום היה נהדר ריח של סיגריות אחרי שחזרנו לחדר… ניסו לעקוץ אותנו בכל בקשה אפשרית לוקחים לעצמם שירות בלי לבקש ובנוסף מחייבים אותך עוד לשלם על זה מס תמורה גרועה למחיר עקצו על הכביסה לא לעשות כביסה!!!!! לקחו על 5 חולצות 5 תחתונים ו 3 מכנסיים לקחו כמעט 50 שקל ולא אמרו לנו מה המחיר לפני למרות ששאלנו אותם. במסעדה האוכל סביר למרות שלוקח להם הרבה זמן עד שאתם מקבלים את האוכל עצמו. כל בוקר החדרנית הייתה מגיעה לדפוק לנו בחדר ב 9 בבוקר עד שהיינו עונים לה למרות שרצינו לישון.

- David Monteiro (8/5): Very well located, you have everything on your door step. - The staff (Dej and Sy) are the absolute best, so attentive to our needs, they were very helpful when we needed to change the rooms on arrival, shame about loosing the view from the first room, but we had to due to the strong smell of chemicals in the bathroom. But the second room was perfect. Very comfortable bed and linen. Did not like that they allow guests to walk through reception all wet from the pool, they should advise guests to dry themselves before walking around everywhere all wet and even seating on the sofas and leaving them wet. The chemical they used in the bathrooms was so strong, we could not breathe, perhaps using a different method? Not sure.

- Ruben (7/5): - Location great. Friendly staff even if bit pushy to sell. Lovely sunset view from the pool area. Location getting old and shows his signs in room, bathroom etc. Also this is lower quality than other Amari hotels, even with the other one in Laos in Vientiane. Also huge empty space in room and no small sofa or nothing. Careful also, riverview does not mean you look right at the river, might be sideways!

The beds are very comfortable.Breakfast buffet is wonderful and starts at 6.30 am.Swimming pool overllooks the beautiful mountains, great location.Amari location is very close to multiple restaurants,also very close to pier from where you can take long tail boat rtides along the Nam song rtiver There were too many mosquitoes,u can see them flying outside the windows,even while having breakfast,can see them outside the windows..

- JEAN F (9/5): great view (west side) ; stylish lobby (when table lamps switched on). - view over mountains, large swimming pool, courteous staff . air con : no remote control, you have to go at the door ; vast lobby, full of stylish table lamps, but never switched on (even after mentioning it to staff)... gives an unfortunately bleary atmosphere.

The hotel is well located, clean and has the best view~~ Sy is an excellent concierge, ensuring we had everything we needed including booking activities, arranging transport and events.

- Vranda (9/5): Amazing hotel with excellent staff! Would definitely recommend. - The location was convenient and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had good variety and tasty food. Special shout out to Sy(Mr Bounsy) who was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us with everything from booking train tickets to booking pick up from Vientiane! None

- Dalia (10/5): מלון נהדר - מלון נהדר, נקי, מודרני, חדר גדול, נוף נהדר להרים. חדר כושר קטן מאוד אבל מאובזר. בריכה יפה משקיפה להרים, נוף מיוחד הייתה הפסקת חשמל כמה פעמים אבל זה כנראה לא קשור במלון, הבעיה שהטלוויזיה מכוונת להידלק בכל פעם שנכנסים לחדר, ובהפסקת החשמל שהייתה באמצע הלילה היא נדלקה באמצע הלילה ונבהלתי.

- Anirudh (10/5): - The morning of our check-in, I requested the hotel to allot me a room with river view as I had booked a city view room and I was lucky to get the river view room. This gesture is much appreciated! The view from the room is out of this world. The room was very comfortable and the staff courteous and polite. Overall one of the best hotel stays for us so far.

- Jeanine (10/5): Amazing stay! - The room was so spacious with an amazing mountain view! The gym was also well equipped. And a nice big pool with sun all afternoon until sunset. Special thanks to Buonsy (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly!) who gave us several recommendations where to go, and helped us organize the paramotor trip and scooter rental. He made our stay even more comfortable!

- Yael (10/5): - I loved everything. I loved the design of the room and the hotel in general. The view from the room towards the cliffs and the pool, which is a breathtaking view. The cleanliness of the room. The room is huge in size and the bed is very comfortable. There are all the facilities, everything you need in the room from the smallest item to the largest item you need. The staff was just fine. The breakfast was okay. I highly recommend the hotel and there is no doubt that I will return to it. The hotel is in a very central location.

- תומר (10/5): מקום טוב סה״כ קצת יקר לאיזור הייתי שמח שיהיה עם ארוחת בוקר במחיר הזה - נקי, מסודר, בריכה גדולה היה המון קבוצות והם גרמו לרעש שלא טופל. היה חסר לי מתלה כביסה בחדר ורק אחרי שלושה ימים הביאו לי. הפסקת חשמל לא הייתה מטופלת במשך כמה שעות טובות

Full of noisy Chinese tourists in a morning. 8:00 would be better I think. Breakfast was not brilliant but that is down to personal taste.

La vue sur la piscine et les montagnes est très appréciable même sans balcon, à condition d’être au 4 niveau CF photo. La vue sur la ville n’a que peu d’intérêt. Disponibilité et discrétion du personnel.

- M. (9/5): Nice clean hotel with great swimming pool - Due to, too high water was our original location riverside boutique hotel cancelled. They advised to go to Amari. I prefer smaller hotels but this one was spot one. A larger hotel but it felt like coming home. Swimming pool was great. The rooms are a bit noisy. We had neighbours who made a lot of noise. Fortunately they offered us another quiet room
