- Robin (5/5): - The swimming pool is nice. Everyday they clean your sheets and towels They did not clean the Rome prior or during the stay. A lot of mold in the bathroom, fridge did not work. Very noisy neighborhood, with good food though. The pictures are definitely not of the rooms you get. They are not even old pictures. Chairs are filthy, and sheets and towels are not exactly clean.

- Irman (6/5): Good location near PWTC on budget. Prepare pest bait/spray. - Nearby to PWTC for conferences. Simple eating place nearby. Friendly staff. Payment issues so did a payment on seperate card. Prepare pest bait. Room is clean but must be having nymph infestation. Suggest bring a pest repellant spray or bait for precaution. Everything else is decent for a 3 star hotel. Fridge in the room is not working for all rooms.

It’s important to be transparent about this so guests can plan ahead. There is no air conditioning in the lift, check-in was late, and the toilet lock & hair dryer are broken

When we were going to complain, hotel suggested we cancel the booking via booking apps, however until today there was no response from the hotel to accept our cancelation. Bad service and not recomtmend.
