- armani123sg (10/5): Very nice stay - Nice, small, clean hotel. They allowed me to get the room early because it was ready. That is amazing because many hotels enforce the 3pm rule and its sad that we can’t enjoy the room even when no one is using it. So really appreciate it. Check out was also at 2pm. For early and late check out, you must be an ihg member and its free to join, but this is subject to availability so please do not fault them if its not possible. Overall, a happy stay. Thank you!

- UpamanyuB (6/5): Missing a Few Basics of Customer Experience - In my fortnight long visit to Japan I stayed is 7 hotels, this one was probably the most average of them all. Don't get me wrong, the people at the hotel were friendly enough as well as helpful, but some of the basic amenities were missing and that's what makes this room average to my mind. There is no drinkining water available anywhere in the hotel, neither in the rooms nor elsewhere. To me, free drinking water is a basic amenity of any hotel. The literature in the room said that water dispensers are available in the hotel. When I could't find it I checked with the reception and they said that it wasn't available. Strangely enough there was an ice dispenser, but no water. The other thing was that there was no kettle in the room. A few kettles were kept in the lift lobby which I could use and put it back, but not in the room. Therefore no tea/coffee in the room either, one had to walk down to the lobby and dispense it off a machine. This was rather inconvenient. Beside these all standard features are taken care of. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. But light in the room was super bright, it was also a white light was is rare in hotel rooms, it feels uncomfortable. This is an American mid market chain and it shows. Similar level Japanese hotels are so much more caring and thoughtful. This felt a bit insensitive to some of the travellers' basic requirements. This was re-inforced when I saw the American manager of the hotel berating an employee in public for not having cleaned the space underneath the sofa. Access wise it is centrally located and most tourist locations are a quick metro ride away. The hotel has a lot going for it, I wish they would put their mind to the basics a bit more. Surely imposing American customs in Tokyo is a mistake they should avoid.

- sayaka (3/5): 普通 - 施設はきれいだった。最寄駅から徒歩5分くらいで立地は悪くないが、夜間の時間帯、ビジネス街だからか周辺は暗かった。 ただ御堂筋線の駅なので非常に便利。 完全にインバウンド向けの宿。 スタッフによると思いますが、日本語は完全には通じませんでした。 また、セルフチェックイン時は説明が皆無です。 wifiのパスワード(部屋にもありません)、アメニティの説明、ラウンジ利用の説明、何もありませんでした。 私が泊まった時は周辺に比べて料金が安かったので、こんなもんかなという感動ですが、日本的な対応を求める人には不向きかと思いました。

- Emily (9/5): Quiet, clean comfort in the heart of Osaka - We loved how clean and comfortable the hotel is, the room has almost everything you could need for a few night city break. The social hub is a great space for taking a breather before heading out onto the buzz of Osaka, the refreshments are a nice touch. The only thing that would have made our stay perfect would be if the TV was able to host streaming services such as Netflix. It’s not essential in any way, but some other budget hotels have this feature with is really great for international travellers looking to wind down after a busy day exploring the city.

- Pauline (10/5): Overall good value for money - The hotel is very close to the Hommachi Station and only 30mins away from USJ by train. There are convenience stores nearby as well. The staff were all good at conversing in english, which is a plus. Check in and check out both took us 5-10 minutes, no hassle. They also had amenities you would expect in a hotel (clean towels, toiletries, hair dryer, drinking water, fridge, safe, etc). I especially loved the option of soft or firm pillows in the room. Not exactly a con as the room is cheap and has good location, but the room and bathroom are a tad bit tiny... something of consideration if you are of a bigger build
