Clean Lovely staff If you mind noise there is train passing right above so can be something to think about, I got us to and slept well. I stay multiple nights and my nose and throat started feeling a bit dry I guess it’s the dust due to vibrations

• Ireneusz (2/5): never ever again - I didn't realize how loud the noise was. Exhausted, I fell asleep around 2 a.m., and when the first train passed at 5 a.m., I got up and left the hostel. I would never, ever stay here again. Luckily, I was only there for one (horrible) night.

• santiago (10/5): Best hostel in Osaka - It’s the best hostel in Osaka, all the staff is super friendly, they speak English. The common area is really good to have dinner or breakfast from the 7eleven that is 2 mins walking . Everything is so clean and the location is amazing. I always come to this hostel when I’m in Osaka😃 Everything is great!

• 지호 (8/5): BonHostel 진실한 리뷰 - 숙소의 위치와 직원들의 친절함이 매우 좋았습니다 (도톤보리 걸어서 25분이면 갑니다 그리고 쓰텐카쿠도 걸어서 10분이면 가고요) 그리고 화장실과 샤워실이 진짜 매우 깨끗했습니다 그리고 샴푸 린스 바디워시까지 있는 것이 좋았습니다 숙소가 걸어서 30분이면 어디든 가는데 위로 전철이 다니는 것이 정말 매우 큰 단점이긴 합니다. 하지만 저는 5박6일로 5번 잠을 잤는데 첫날은 중간에 자다가 3번은 깬 것 같고 그 다음날 부터는 몸이 적응을 해서인지 잘 잤습니다. 정말 싸긴하지만 전철의 진동이 몸이 떨릴 정도입니다 주의하세요 그리고 직원분들이 엄청 많은데 매 타임 직원분들이 바뀌는 것 같고 가끔은 직원분들이 안 계셔서 살짝은 불편해요

• Melissa (8/5): A good night spent comfortably when I needed it, and a great location in terms of proximity to Namba - The bed was comfortable and clean, and the bunk included an outlet, light, shelf and curtains. The bathroom and shower facilities were clean and hair dryers were provided. The staff was very friendly and cheerfully stored my bags both before and after checkout during my travel days. The common spaces were clean as well. When I was there, three out of four outlets in the bathroom weren’t working, so only one person could dry their hair at one time. I hate to bring up the train, because it wasn’t really a problem for me as I was only staying one night. However, I think if I were staying longer, it might get to me…or maybe I would get used to it. Hard to tell! Honestly, despite the train, I would stay there again.

• yui (10/5): Clean, Friendly, Airport HARBS soon. below ¥2,500,I'd keep this room as always - 大國町站Exit1步行可達ＢＯＮHostel. 步行12分鐘可到難波站，退房日直接搭南海去機場超方便，難波站內購物商場3F開店直接吃HARBS不用排隊。再往前走就是去心齋橋了，整體來說獨旅自由觀光方便。 入內提供一次性紙拖鞋，讚！(客用拖鞋還是這種一次性的很衛生) 床鋪算整潔，自行抽換白色被套、床單等。床有門簾，內有小燈，插座。 女專用臥房內有行李locker,自行設定密碼。6個床鋪有6個衣架。 女專用衛浴有大概5間（但當天使用感覺只開放3間,有的一直是鎖著的,有的故障，但不影響使用，完全不用排隊，可以很舒適的洗。）衛浴備品齊全，免費毛巾、吹風機、盥洗用品也蠻香的！ 女專用廁所好像有7間以上，乾淨舒適。 公共廚房、用餐區、廁所也都維持得乾淨溫馨，公共空間寬敞舒適，都有位子，可充電、用餐、用電腦等。 Reception staffs are friendly and professional. On check-in day(12/9 night),the lady with short blonde hair was professional and nice to explain the rules and key-points in detail. Even guided guest to the room and introduced facilities and shared shower room. On check-out day(12/10),ladies are friendly and help to store the luggage at the front desk security freely. btw, my pikachu got lovely new friends. 地板是地毯容易有棉絮、污漬（但有提供拖鞋ＯＫ）。 房間內有獨立空調，但12月一進去還是感覺很冷。 在火車下方會有很大的聲音，這一開始checkin時就有說了。以¥2,442的價格＆乾淨的環境我覺得沒問題！而且感覺住在車站下面就表示交通很方便啊！
• Peter (7/5): Good stay if you can handle the loud train noise. - Comfortable mattress because I'm a side sleeper and most places I've been to are very thin mattresses meant for back sleeping. Didn't have to get sore muscles massaged out due to that! Lounge was nice. Staff were very friendly and all spoke English. Had a good conversation with Shokai (hope I spelled that right) hope you come back to San Francisco one day! The train line right above is extremely loud and vibrates the place crazy, took a few nights too get used to it but seriously if you're a light sleeper I would recommend somewhere else. Otherwise good stay with friendly staff.

There was also a big locker in the room for your personal belongings, it could have fit a small suitcase (maybe even a bigger one). The staff were polite and professional, and they explained everything well. There were free amenities in the lobby, and a towel was provided as well. The common room was clean and a friendly environment. It is right under the train tracks, so it does get pretty loud. The bathrooms could have been cleaner also.
• Silva (8/5): Kind staff, nice stay! - So clean! Super kind staff too! Really comfortable and friendly atmosphere, nobody bothers anyone, and you have big lockers for your luggage! They do warn you about the train sounds, but you can’t tell how scary it is when you’re half awake half asleep and a train passes by ahaha your heart starts racing. The hostel is great but take it with a pinch of salt because the trains genuinely are extremely loud and shake the whole building and only stop around 1am to 5am. I sleep well with noise most of the times and you can also get ear plugs, but honestly the price could be a little bit lower due to the condition or at least you could offer some more amenities! ☺️

• Emily (9/5): - Really clean and comfortable bunk beds. Really clean toilets and shower area. The way they’re built and the addition of the curtain gives you lots of privacy. Staff were really nice and friendly. They warn you about the train running overhead before you stay, it is loud but it didn’t affect my sleep at all personally. If you are a light sleeper it probably would bother you.

• Max (5/5): - Good location Locking cabinets available per bed After having done the check-in, the receptionist told me that now (after having checked-in), I can not cancel anymore because of the loud noise from the railway system. The receptionist was lucky, then during that period of time no train passed by, so it was not possible to complain about the noise. This practice is very borderline.

• hawon91 (2/5): - 인간은 적응의 동물이라는걸 알게됨. 샤워실 수압 좋고 따뜻한 물 잘 나옴. 지하철 노선 밑에 있어서 지하철 진동+소음이 심하다(밤 12시 넘어서 막차가 끊기고, 새벽 6시 이전에 첫 차가 운행함). 연박을 해도 타올 교체 없음(개당 100엔을 내면 새로 받을 수 있음). 방에 창문이 없고 실내에서 빨래를 말리는 사람들이 많아서 곰팡이 냄새가 진동을 함. 지하철 소음보다 냄새가 더 힘들었음.
