- Sohaib (2/5): - This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help. STAY AWAY
- abdulwahab (2/5): - They gave ua smaller room than what we paid for. When we talked to the manager, he says all the apartments are full you get this only We reached Expedia still no support
- Yacine (6/5): - We had to wait more than half an hour for the receptionist.
- Joe (2/5): - No proper mugs for coffee/tea, no proper supply of coffee and sugar sachets, no spoons, no microwave .. pretty much very bad compared australian supplies for rooms for two people staying for 3 days. Very disappointing! The room was very clean though and the location was good.
- Moshe (6/5): - Communication working but not strong. T. V not working. The room is big and good bed. The towel not Chang every day
