- Frank (10/5): - What an amazing place. I really loved my stay at the SoHo Suites. I was there only 4 nights but I wish I could have stayed longer. The apartment is beautiful you get everything you need. Everything was super clean and comfortable. I had a beautiful view of the twin towers. The area around is beautiful as well and you have so many things available just by walking. The staff were also wonderful. I really don’t have anything bad to say about this place. Do not think about it and just stay here you will not regret it.

Great location, great service staff, clean, well stocked kitchen and laundry room, would have given stay 5 stars but the beds in the 3 rooms were absolutely awful. This is a deal breaker. Not sure if other apartments are better but not willing to find out in future. We informed staff of issue hopefully this will be fixed for future guests as the rest of the apartment was great.

- FLORAME (10/5): - The place is walking distance to the Petronas Twin Towers, Suria Mall and Pavilion Mall. The view from the Condo is amazing. It’s very secured. The condo is modern, very spacious, and very clean. Kenny, the host met us at the front lobby during our arrival and gave us a short tour of the condo. He was very attentive host, and answerd questions quickly and recommended sites for us to go. I would strongly recommend this place.

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment, which is great for large families. It was fully furnished and included a full kitchen. The AC was nice and strong, the washing machine was super convenient, and the hot water heater was powerful. If you like to spend your vacation inside a hotel, then there are probably nicer places. This is a great place to come back to after a long day of touring.

The Wi-Fi and video entertainment was exceptionall. The price point was below market rates of comparable units. It was by far the best experience of our 5 week trip to multiple countries, this was definitely a 10!

It was well after midnight before we were settled. WiFi not available at time of check-in. However, Chew apologised and upgraded us to better accommodation the next day, with WiFi availability. He was extremely helpful in getting me a physical map of the city centre and directing me to The Pavillion, also in helping me to arrange transportation via Grab. Thank you Chew 😊

However, I was disappointed to find that the pool and gym come with an extra fee, which is unusual for a hotel of this caliber. The suite is fully equipped with everyou need in the kitchen, laundry, etc. and is in a high rise building with the most fabulous view of the city. Very clean and staff was very helpful and kind and communication is easy specially with Kenny. The location is close to everything, Petronas Twin Tower is within waling distance. We had a great time and highly recommended.

The owner and staff of this hotel/apartment were great. This ain't the W or a big brand hotel but it was excellent for what it is. I gave comfort 3/5 because seating and beds we just ok. Washer and dryer are great to haves but kind of old. Neither of these were deal breakers. I've stayed in places in this region that happily paid not to stay there. The 24/7 store in the building was great for getting water or a quick snack. The location was great as we were in decent walking distance to malls and great restaurants. Didn't feel like either was more than 15 minutes away. The price for 3 bedrooms in a safe area will be hard to beat.

Only critique would be in the kitchen. Would be nice to have some basics like salt and pepper, a toaster and a coffee machine. There is a boiler but nowhere to plug it in the kitchen so we had to bring it into the living room. Kenny was available for the check in and responded quickly. I would go back to this apartment

- Robin (10/5): - Kenny (the apartment owner) was really nice. After we checked out, he let us leave our luggage with him. He let us pick it up again at 9.15 pm! Wouldn't accept a tip. The pool was great, although you have to pay a small fee once a day to use it (I think it was 10 RM per child and 20 RM per adult). Lots of attractions and restaurants within walking distance (Pavilion mall, Twin Towers, KL Convention Center which includes the Aquarium).
- Hannah Lakhy (10/5): - This apartment block is within walking distance of many of the tourist attractions in the city. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in August 2024. It was spacious and clean with loads of wardrobe space and all facilities were in working order. Kitchen appliances all excellent, we only made the occasional breakfast tbh and heated food if needed as food in KL is cheap. Kitchenware, towels and iron provided. There is no front reception but contacting Kenny was easy and he always responded quickly. You can only enter the building with a security card/key which is also used for the elevators so it’s very secure. I don’t think there is a staircase..I never saw one. Sprinkler system in the building. We used the gym and/or pool almost daily. There are 2 mini markets in the building for buying essentials, but there is a 7/11 just a few minutes walk away and there is a Mercato in the Pavillion mall. Really happy with our stay here, no problems at all, would definitely recommend! Thanks Kenny and Pauline.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great for Family - It was very spacious with everything supplied and in a great location. Host was helpful and quick to respond. However, you have to pay for the pool which became expensive when there is 6 of you. And if it’s raining the pool is unavailable. There’s no Netflix available due to the age of the t.v which was a little frustrating but other options were available.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean but old good place - If you're not a local then get a sim and be in touch with Kenny who is a fabulous host. Kenny is one of the best hosts I have had, very supportive and polite. My experience here was mixed though duo to the old furniture and soft bed. Bathroom is tinny area camped between two bedrooms. No access to pool or gym unless you pay extra to the residence in charge. Outside of Kenny 's ability indeed so if you're into pool you should make reservations with the building after you have checked in. If you're a person who dislikes roaches this is the right place for you, it's clean and during my stay I saw no bugs no mosquitoes and no cockroaches.

- NOORAZLINA (10/5): - I love it is walkable to klcc and pavilion. And this apartment also near monorail station and easy for me to go wherever i want. For the building security? It was excellent as only those who is with the card can go that level. For the check in and out, it was excellent also as the owner responded very fast. It is recommended for you to stay here especially it is very close to klcc and pavilion. There are also few dining area including mcdonald nearby

- Verified traveler (2/5): Condescending and disrespectful concierge - My family arrived late (after mid-night) due to flight being delayed. Upon meeting the concierge staff, he requested for the deposit of 300 MYR. However I was short on cash having only 100 MYR with me. My suggestion to pay with other method of evening during normal office hours (e.g. next morning) was denied therefore I had walked around 3 blocks as suggests by the concierge staff to visit local ATMs. Two ATMs found were both out of order. After returning back to the lobby, the concierge staff repeatedly scolded me and reminded me that it's my fault, and I need to half the full deposit paid no matter what. This was in front of me and my 3 young kids at 2am in the morning. Forget about customer service. The experience was so bad that I am worried for the next person to visit this property. Save your time, money and soul. There are so many and better options around.
