• Ida (10/5): Lovely nature and close to the old town - Reception open from the morning to 10:30pm. Free shutle 3 times a day to the old city. In the middle of nature and still walking distance to the restaurants. Quiet place, fluent english speaking and very helpful personell.

• Claudia (10/5): Hotel em localização privilegiada, staff incrível (obrigada Giacomo), cidade inesquecível! - O hotel é muito bonito, confortável e localizado numa envolvência maravilhosa e tranquila. O staff, além de eficiente, é muito simpático e disponível. O pequeno almoço é óptimo, principalmente os bolos caseiros. A Città Alta de Bergamo é lindíssima, o povo muito simpático, os transportes públicos funcionam muito bem. Existem restaurantes maravilhosos, acessíveis do hotel. A repetir tudo! De me ter vindo embora!
• Marijke (10/5): Absolute perfectie op een magische plek - Alles! Het is een bijna magische plek die je kent van oude Italiaanse films. De accommodatie ligt in de groene heuvels op slechts een kwartiertje wandelen van de Citta Alta van Bergamo. Als je geen zin hebt om te wandelen, rijdt er 3x per dag een gratis shuttle op verzoek. Op een ander moment mag ook, tegen een kleine vergoeding. En dan het ontbijt…tussen de fluitende vogeltjes met uitzicht over de vallei kun je genieten van vers gebakken eieren, heerlijk (nog warm) brood, goede koffie en heerlijke verse zoetigheden. En je aperitief? Dat kun je op diezelfde magische plek nuttigen. Niets!

The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and spacious. It’s convenient that you can arrange an airport transfer, and we also enjoyed ordering a delicious Aperol Spritz. There are nice areas on the property to relax, with sun loungers and a table, which made it even more enjoyable. The room is well-equipped and includes all the necessary hygiene essentials. Rodzinny charakter obiektu jest gwarancją ogromnej uprzejmości i troski właścicieli. Obiekt bardzo czysty, zadbany, położony w górach. Z wózkiem szliśmy 10 do 15 min do centrum miasta (citta alta) wśród pięknej przyrody. Parking zamknięty a dla leniwych możliwość parkowania na ulicy przed obiektem. Piękne widoki wokół, dobra, włoska restauracja 5 min spacerem. Znakomite śniadanie i obsługa właścicieli - jajecznica, owoce, szynki, serki, pieczywo, ciasta i najlepsza włoska kawa i do tego pięknie podane w słonecznej jadalni z widokiem Na góry. Super taras z widokiem Na piękne góry i doliny. Serdecznie polecamy i dziękujemy przemiłym właścicielom<3. Chętnie wrócimy.

He kindly went there and found it had been handed in. 😊. He then brought it to us at our next destination. Excellent service and kindness.

The staff are exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed using their shuttle service to Cita Alta. On the morning of our departure, we were treated to a complimentary cappuccino, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended! /

The hotel was perfect for us. All of the rooms are really well furnished and the breakfasts were so appetising.
